Number 30
Sophie returns to find Callum and Rani snuggled up together on the sofa. She offers them the DVDs and they happily let each other choose as a puzzled Sophie watches on. Rani heads to the kitchen and is soon quizzed by her mate as to what just happened.

SOPHIE: I was only gone 10 minutes and now you and Callum... Eugh!

Rani explains that she can see Callum is trying really hard and that it's actually quite sweet. Rani asks if Sophie will find out if he'll go out with her.

Sophie can't believe what she's hearing, but goes to talk to Callum all the same. Callum admits he really likes Rani too

CALLUM: This is so weird. I've never felt like this before. I thought it would be really gross, but it's actually kind of nice. Do you think she'll go out with me?

The scene now switches between Rani in the kitchen and Callum on the sofa, each talking to Sophie in turn...

RANI: He's so funny
CALLUM: She's so smart.
RANI: He's really good to his friends
CALLUM: We can just hang out together.
RANI: I really reckon it could work.
CALLUM: I reckon we could be really good together.
RANI: Thanks for bringing us together.
CALLUM: This is going to be awesome.
BOTH: And it's all because of you.

General Store
Kyle and Jade have made an escape from Rhys. Kyle reminds Jade she still needs to come up with a name for her dog, but isn't impressed by her suggestions of Eddie or Buckley. Jade admits that it's taking a while as she wants to pick the right name for the pup. Kyle is glad to see she does care deep down and gives her a sneaky kiss.

Kyle and Jade turn to Vanessa to pay for their cakes...

KYLE: Hey, can you come around and yell at Rhys more often? The dude's had a personality transplant.

Lou arrives as Kyle and Jade head off for a night out. Kate spots him ordering a sneaky crepe and questions him over spending so frivolously while he still owes Kyle so much. Lou claims a man has to eat, but he's looking into some money making schemes. Kate isn't convinced and warns him not to get into any trouble. She suggests lending him the money herself as the end of financial year is soon and Kyle will find out, but Lou turns down her offer.

KATE: Well, you better hurry up and find a way to do it.

Number 30
Sophie is left to feel like a third wheel as the teens sit and watch the film. She makes an excuse to rush off leaving Callum and Rani to celebrate their mini success with a hi-five.

Number 22
Paul is surprised to see his niece home so soon. Her teenage one word responses to his questioning soon outburst into an aggravated spiel about Callum and Rani. Paul warns her that she's not supposed to be seeing Rani anyway at the moment.

SOPHIE: Look, I get it; I'm always in the wrong.

As she heads off upstairs, Paul warns Ajay that Rani is over at Callum's.

Number 30
Rani wonders if they went too far, but Callum thinks they deserved it. Hearing someone at the door, they quickly snuggle together, only to be busted by Ajay. Ajay is shocked to see Callum's arm around his daughter and grabs his phone to call Toadie back home.

Returning home, Toadie and Sonya don't see the issue with Callum being left at home alone and are rather peeved at Ajay for calling them during their night out. Ajay is still furious to think that his daughter was alone with Callum and had assumed Toadie and Sonya would be there. Callum and Rani both try to explain that nothing was going on between them, but Ajay refuses to see it any other way.

TOADIE: Callum wouldn't do anything to upset Rani.
AJAY: He's a teenage boy. Who knows what he tried to do.

Callum, Toadie and Sonya can't believe what they're hearing.

TOADIE: If you don't want Rani unsupervised with Callum, I'll make sure it doesn't happen again.
AJAY: Is that it?
TOADIE: I can see where you are coming from, but I'm not convinced that either he or Rani have actually done anything wrong.
AJAY: I don't think either of you are taking this thing seriously at all.
TOADIE: With all due respect, I think you may be overreacting.
AJAY: With all due respect, come back and tell me that when you have to raise a daughter. Look, I'm sorry we disagree on this.
SONYA: Yes, so are we.

Ajay takes Rani home informing her she is grounded for the next two weeks. Callum is annoyed that they didn't do anything and apologises to his parents for ruining their dinner. They understand and tell their son they believe him.

Number 26
It's time to meet Nana Canning as early the following morning; Kyle is awoken to his Nan at the door. She is delighted to see him and explains that she came to find him after he didn't show up at Easter.

SHEILA: Well that's why the mountain must come to Mohammed.

Sheila spots the puppy making a mess of the tissue box on the sofa and picks her up for a hug. She is shocked to hear the pup doesn't have a name, but Kyle explains he and Jade are working on it. Sheila is surprised to hear about Jade and shocked to learn she is still in bed. Kyle tries to change the subject by offering his Nan a cup of coffee.

General Store
Kyle is busy tucking into a pastry, but Sheila isn't impressed.

SHEILA: Shouldn't we be heading back, sleeping beauty must be awake by now?

As they head out, they bump into Paul, who introduces himself.

SHEILA: Ooh, someone hit him with the charm stick.
KYLE: You wouldn't say that if you knew him.

Lou and Susan are sharing a coffee. She tells him of her new meditation class at the community centre; she is sure he'd find something he'd enjoy. Lou quickly susses out that the instructors are paid and wonders about teaching a course.

Community Centre (outside)
It seems Lou has had no luck and can't find work at the community centre. Susan reminds him that the manager said to come back in a few months, but Lou claims it'll be too late by then.

Lou doesn't have much change to feel sorry for himself as he's quickly accosted by two older ladies who claim they need him to bring up the male numbers at the mature dance class. Susan watches on amused as he is whisked away.

Jade has arrived for the yoga class and is about to tie up the puppy, but Kate is shocked and warns her friend she can't leave the pup for an hour. Jade asks her friend if she'd take the dog home, and Kate agrees. Jade points out she could go past the yard and drop her off with Kyle if he's in.

Dial-a-Kyle
Kyle is giving his Nan a full tour of the yard, explaining stock management when the phone rings. Kyle heads inside leaving Sheila alone in the yard as Kate appears with the pup. Assuming she is Jade, Sheila tells her off for staying in bed so late. Kate is confused but is pleased to meet her all the same. Sheila is impressed at Kate's politeness but warns her she needs to name the pup soon. Kate tries to explain that it's not her place when Kyle reappears.

KYLE: Nan, that's not Jade. It's Kate.

Number 30
Toadie warns Sonya to give Ajay some space and it'll be fine in a few days. Sonya wonders if Callum really does have feelings for Rani and Toadie admits he's talked about her a fair amount. A sleepy Callum appears from his bedroom, and Sonya quickly rushes to ask him about Rani. The lad explains that they are just mates, despite Sonya's questioning. His parents aren't convinced but agree to let the subject go and head back to the kitchen.

Community Centre
Jade is shocked to hear that Kyle's Nan has turned up and is annoyed that he didn't wake him. Her class has finished so she agrees to meet him back at home.

Over in the mature dance class Lou is finding himself being pulled about by the ladies, with each of them wanting a dance with him.

General Store
Lou explains to Susan that he was the only man in the dance class and that most of the women were widows. He proceeds to pull a handful of phone numbers out of his shirt pocket.

SUSAN: Oh come on; don't pretend you didn't love being a hit with the ladies?
LOU: I'd love it even better, if there was away of making a buck out of it.
VANESSA (tongue in check): There is, you just have to marry a rich one.

Lou suddenly has an idea.

Ramsay Street
Returning with Paul from the shopping, Sophie spies Callum in the street. She apologises for ruining his evening with Rani and he admits it's going to be difficult to see her now that she's been grounded. Sophie offers to hang out with him instead, but he'd rather catch up with his parents who are heading off down the street ahead of him.

Sophie returns to help Paul with the shopping (after a little persuasion), and moans that she's got no one to hang out with now, because of her own failed plan.

Number 26
Sheila is doting over Kyle and making him a mighty sandwich. She is astounded to hear that he and Jade don't really cook and would rather eat out, and is keen to hear about Kate. Kyle explains that Kate is a good friend, just as Jade arrives. She apologises for being all sweaty from yoga, but gives Sheila a polite kiss on the cheek before grabbing half the sandwich. Kyle encourages them both to sit at the table, so they can get to know one another.

Sheila has learnt of Jade's family past and how Sonya lives in the street as well. Conversation seems to be going well as Kyle explains how Jade helped Lou invest in his business, but Jade spots the time and has to head off to work. Seeing her out, Kyle thanks Jade for meeting his Nan and she jokes that she hasn't stuffed it up yet.

Returning to the kitchen, Kyle notices Sheila has gone quiet; she doesn't feel Jade is right for him.
