Liz comments that the baby is stressed causing Ellie to leave her alone.
Scullys
Connor tells Michelle of a competition set by a company to advertise their logo in the best possible way and win a prize for two. Michelle agrees but only if they don't have to hang out of a plane or the side of a tall building; Connor isn't sure how else they'd win.
Lou's Place
Flick is off on another planet as Steph asks her if she'd want the bouquet thrown her way at the wedding. Lyn tells her not to get too carried away as one wedding is enough to organise. Flick decides to head off, claiming she doesn't feel too well and with a bit of persuasion from Marc, Lyn agrees to let her go alone. Marc tells them how she and Chloe had a bit of a run in earlier.
Scullys
Ellie is trying to explain the whole Lars situation to Michelle, but she is too caught up in her nail varnish. Shell asks her how her father situation is going and Ellie tells her she's still convinced it's Karl. Connor arrives and tells them his idea for hiring a tractor and creating the logo as part of a crop circle, but Ellie suggests they come up with a good design and get a sponsor so they can graffiti it on a large building. Connor is impressed and leaves them to their girly natter; Michelle recons Ellie should go to Sweden, and reminds her she has rights too.
Steph and Flick find themselves both unable to sleep and have a girly natter. Steph is unsure if she is rushing into the wedding thing, but Flick convinces her that time isn't going to change the way she feels about Marc and that she is happy. Steph thanks her for being a great sister.
Kennedys
Ellie answers the phone to Lars, and is quick to realise that he doesn't know about her. She questions her mother who claims she didn't have time to tell him and then the baby came along. Ellie storms out.
Coffee Shop
Michelle suggests that they could take over the local radio as a way of advertising, but Connor reminds her it's supposed to be visual, so they'll stick with the crop circle idea. He points out how they'd get a tractor to the local park, but Michelle tells him they could do it with fertiliser. He tells her she's not such a pretty face, and she agrees but ends up digging herself into a hole, and is saved when Flick comes through the door.

Steph and Lyn discuss tactics of handling Chloe, but Steph feels that Flick shouldn't have to do it as well, but Lyn points out that it's part of the job. Michelle is shocked that Connor hadn't paid for the hot chocolates.
Kennedys
Liz tells Ellie she's starting a new life without her, but that she will tell Lars about her at some point. Ellie doesn't believe her and tells her not to touch her when she attempts to give her a hug.
LIZ: Don't make it harder for me than it already is.
ELLIE: Hard for you? I'll tell you what's hard. Hard is not having a father, hard is being moved from home to boarding school and then dumped here. Hard is having a mother who is too ashamed to even admit you are alive.
Ellie tells her she doesn't have a mother anymore and Liz isn't able to say anything as she rushes past Lyn out the door.
Scullys
Michelle tells Connor that Harold will notice they haven't paid when he counts the books at the end of the day, but Connor tells her not to worry as Harold will never suspect sweet innocent Michelle. She gathers the stuff they need for the competition and tells him to meet her in half an hour. Steph wanders in and asks what they are up to but they both reply nothing. Steph warns Connor not to let Michelle persuade him into doing her chores.
Kennedys
Liz tells Lyn that she's never seen Ellie so angry before and she's just trying to do the right thing by leaving her as she thought she was happy. Lyn suggests that maybe Ellie feels misplaced, moving around all the time, especially as a teenager. She invites them over to dinner that evening, but the phone rings. It's the airline company telling her all flights have been cancelled as the company has gone bust. Lyn leaves her to it.

Steph asks Flick how she's going at work and comments that things will improve with Chloe. She reminds her that Marc is her immediate boss and that he thinks very highly of her. She asks Flick to make a speech at the wedding.
Coffee Shop
Marc offers to pay for part of the catering to Lyn, but she tells him Joe would never accept it and she can't keep secrets from him. He tells her he thought he'd offer as his parents are in a better financial position but Lyn tells him that she's never skimped on her kids. At that moment, Michelle walks in and tells Lyn how she found some money sitting outside on the table and thought she'd bring it in for Harold so no-one would run off with it.
Scullys
Lyn discovers Connor with his head under the kitchen sink looking for cleaning products. He tells her he plans to clean his bedroom, but after pulling out a fabric wash Lyn tells him it's probably best to leave it to her. She asks him to tell him stories about Jack, but soon realises they all seem to be about women so decides to cancel that plan and send him on his way.
Scully Driveway
Michelle finds Connor sitting on Steph's bike and he asks her if she'd like to go for a drive, but she tells him Steph would not be happy. Ellie arrives and so Connor offers her a ride, to which she agrees. Michelle tries to stop them, but Ellie goes to get a helmet as Connor turns the bike around.

Steph asks Flick if she's ok to do the speech, but Flick isn't all that convincing. Steph explains that if the best man gets to give a speech, so should the head bridesmaid. Flick agrees and tells her that she's the best sister. Steph begins to head to the door, but Flick asks if she can tell her something.
