Anne having a strange feeling about Lance.
Anne is on the phone to Lance and suddenly screams. She says there was a crashing noise and then the phone went dead.
Martins
Phil is on the phone to the fruit-picking organisers. They tell Phil that there has been an accident reported in the area, but it's 15km out of town. They are sending a car.
The Coffee Shop
Amy hasn't turned up for work and Madge isn't very pleased. Harold says she is good with the customers and she talks to everyone. Madge says Amy has got Harold wrapped round his little finger.
No.30
Toadie and Tad are eating dinner. They talk about Tad's first week at school. Tad isn't particularly happy. Toadie says that it was the same for him, and that Tad has to make his mark. He neglects to tell Tad the things he got up to though!
Martins
The phone rings and it's Lance. Apparently a lorry crashed into the ute. Pinhead was in the ute and has a broken arm. Lance is OK though.
Amy suddenly realises she's missed her shift at the Coffee Shop and runs off.
The Coffee Shop
Madge is telling Amy that she could have called them. Madge is a bit cross, but she softens a bit when she hears what happened and agrees not to give Amy the sack under the circumstances.
Erinsborough High
Some girls are chatting Paul up. Tad asks them if they're up for a party tonight and claims he's been planning it for weeks(!). The girls agree to come.
The Coffee Shop
Amy is telling Bill and Anne about the Coffee Shop's "new commitment to customer service". Bill insists on hearing all the specials(!).
Madge comes up and asks Bill and Anne how they all are after the incident with Lance. She sends Amy off to do the orders.
Erinsborough High
Paul and Tad are talking about the party. Paul says that Tad should clear the party with Toadie.
Martins
Phil apologises for being grumpy. Ruth says Lance told her about the road rage incident.
The Coffee Shop
Harold is worn out trying to fulfil Amy's 5-minute service pledge. He isn't happy, but Madge says the till is jingling! Paul and Tad come in to order food for the party. Meanwhile in the background, Harold is sprinting round the Coffee Shop.
Martins
Ruth bribes Anne with chocolate to go out this evening so that Ruth can spend more time with Phil.
The Coffee Shop
Ruth comes in and is amazed by new customer service policy. Harold is still sprinting around the Coffee Shop. Ruth thanks Madge for helping to look after the kids while she was away.
No.30
Tad and Paul are putting out food for the party. Toadie has agreed they can have the party as long as they are clear on the house rules. No alcohol, no skinny-dipping, no very loud music and finishes midnight. Toadie leaves as the girls arrive.
It turns out that Tad has only invited two girls. Paul isn't happy because he's with Hannah.
Kennedys
Bill and Anne are kissing. They talk about Anne going away to Dawber. Bill's worried about having a long-distance relationship.

Tad is trying to crack on to Jade, but she's more interested in Paul. They are watching a scary movie and hear a noise outside.
Martins
Ruth has lit dozens of candles and is giving Phil a massage. Ruth says it's nice to be on their own for a change. Unfortunately Phil gets so relaxed, he falls asleep!

The film has finished and Tad and the other girl go off to get drinks from the kitchen. Jade tells Paul that she thinks he's really brave about Hannah. Paul doesn't know what she means. Jade reckons that Hannah is dating some French guy.
