Garden of No.30
Sarah says they only talked to the dog. Sarah and Toadie decide to go around together to tackle the dog's owner.

Karen tells Sally and Joel about the bone-throwing incident. The barking has stopped. Sally jokes it's because it's munching on Sarah and Toadie. Karen tells Joel that Toadie's cousin Tad is coming to stay.

The Coffee Shop
The Grey Growlers are there for a meeting to elect a new coach. Before the meeting can start, Lou asks to speak. He says that Portia is generally inept and double-crossing and Lou suggest a vote - him and Madge as co-coaches, or Portia by herself!

No.30
Karen is telling Sarah that she is nervous about being the pilot for the flying machine. Joel comes in and says the dog likes the Battery Acid music! Joel jokes that Toadie and Sarah might be being held hostage. But Sarah and Toadie come back at that moment. The dogs starts barking again.

The Coffee Shop
Portia is making her coach election speech. There are five votes for Madge/Lou and five for Portia. Portia says that Hilary should have the casting vote. Portia reckons that Hilary always leaves the casting vote with her, so therefore Portia has won!

No.30
Karen is still worrying about the flying machine piloting to Toadie. Toadie answers the door to a very rough guy who is obviously the dog's owner. He is very cross and tells Sarah and Toadie that they poisoned his dog! They deny it. They says they'll take the dog to the vet to prove it hasn't been poisoned. The girls cajole Toadie into lending Sarah his car to take the dog's owner and the dog (called Happy!) to the vet.

Ramsay Street
Toadie tells Paul that Tad is coming to stay.

Toadie tells Karen, Joel and Sally that his Aunty Coral wants Toadie to be a good influence on Tad(!). Sarah returns home from the vet - the dog definitely wasn't poisoned. The dodgy guy says that there's something wrong with the dog - she's usually very placid. At that moment the dog starts barking again. The dog's owner says, "That's not Happy." Toadie says, "No, it's dead miserable, but it's still your dog mate!". Sarah tells him he barks all day and all night.

The Pub
Lou tells Madge that it's not over yet with the team.

The owner has brought the dog into No.30 - the dog is barking. They demonstrate how music soothes her. Sally gives him a CD. He says he wishes it was the Righteous Brothers! He takes Happy off, but not before she catches sight of Bob.

The Coffee Shop
Madge is fed up of the Grey Growlers and wants to chuck it in. Harold tells her he wants to study Gardening and Contemporary Music at the University of the Third Age! Madge says that Simon and Garfunkel are no longer contemporary!

The Pub
Portia is telling Lou that the people who didn't vote for her didn't attend the practice. She is very cross. Lou tells Madge about the no-show at the practice. The charity dinner starts - the dinnerless dinner! Harold and Paul are doing Tuba Electrica. Portia threatens to sabotage Lou's Citizen of the Year campaign, but Lou is unimpressed.

Railway Station
Toadie and Karen are waiting for Tad to arrive.

The dog's owner comes round to ask where his dog is. He accuses them of stealing his dog!

Railway Station
Tad isn't on the train. Toadie is worried Tad has done a runner.
