Ramsay Street
Brad and Rick are playing basketball. Rick is still embarrassed about Beth and thinks she and Marco must be laughing at him. Brad assures him he's just being paranoid.

Just then a car draws up and it's Rick's mum and dad (Cathy and Benito). Brad introduces himself but Benito is frosty and stomps off.

Willises
Pam is telling Gaby that she has to go through with going to the police - Doug will ride out Simon's threats. Gaby thinks it will drag on for months or years now - she just wants it to be over. But Doug says that Simon shouldn't be allowed to get away with what he did to Gaby.

Marco is trying to reason with Cameron - Jacqueline has been acting very suss. Cathy brings them out some food but Cameron has to go out for a while.

Marco and Cathy chat about Rick and his relationship with Benito. Marco says that Benito is too tough on Rick. Cathy asks Marco to have a word with Rick and ask him to make an effort.

Ramsay Street
Beth comes out to talk to Rick. The photographer wants to do a photoshoot soon, but Rick says he'll give it a miss - he doesn't think he's cut out to be a model. Beth is disappointed.

When Rick has gone, Beth is confused at Rick's decision. She guesses that Rick has a thing for her and that's why he doesn't want to do it. She asks Brad if he'll be in the photos instead. Brad refuses but Beth begs him - she just wants to be a model. In the end, he has to agree.

Marco and Rick discuss the hard time that girls give them(!)

Lassiter's Lake
Cameron sees Jacqueline with her mother. (It's four o'clock). Jacqueline is surprised to see Cameron there. Her mother says that she'll be glad when the trial is over and they can go away for a bit of a holiday.

Jacqueline is cross with Cameron for spying on her. She storms off again. (Just for a change!)

Willises
Simon has come to talk to Gaby again. He's decided not to report her father - he's sorry he threatened too, but he was desperate. He'll take his punishment and he won't hassle Gaby or her family again.

SIMON: I'm sorry, Gaby. That's all I wanted to say.

Benito is trying to force Rick to come home with him and do his studying. He rants at Rick for failing his subjects at school. Rick is fed up.

Willises
Cameron says that Simon will probably just be fined, put on a good behaviour bond and ordered to undertake counselling. It's unlikely that he'll go to jail, but it is a possibility.

Jacqueline is telling Marco off for making Cameron suspect her motives. She also tells Cameron that she doesn't want him as her lawyer anymore, she wants someone who believes in her. Cameron says that Jacqueline *was* being rather secretive, but Jacqueline explains that they were just planning to get Cameron a gift - it's a nice jacket. Cameron kisses her as a thank you, and then they start kissing properly. They agree that she's not his client anymore, so professional ethics don't apply!

Marco comes round to visit Brad and Beth. Then Rick comes round as well - he's decided to leave home. He asks Marco if he can crash at his place, but Marco refuses - Benito will just come and take him home. He suggests that Rick just goes home and talks to Benito. Rick is angry and says he'll make his own arrangements.

Benito is searching the house for Marco, but only succeeds in disturbing Cameron and Jacqueline in bed(!) Cameron tells them off for just barging into the house. Benito tells Cameron off for being a bad influence(!) Cameron is not impressed.

Willises
Gaby has decided to drop the charges against Simon. She tells him that she'll make a settlement with him, because she doesn't want him to go to jail - it's not the answer. The main thing is that he's accepted the blame. She wants to draw up a contract with Cameron - Simon must go to a course of counselling. Simon agrees and thanks her.

GABY: Make no mistake Simon. If I ever hear that you've tried this on a girl again, I'll come forward and I'll tell everything.

Simon hopes that Gaby will be able to forgive her one day, but she doesn't think she will.

GABY: I don't ever want to see you again. I think you'd better leave. Go on, get out.

Lassiter's Lake
Cameron and Jacqueline are laughing about Benito walking in on them. Jacqueline says she'll take Cameron on as her lawyer again if he agrees to trust her. Cameron tells her that he feels quite serious for her - they can just hide their relationship until the case is over. Jacqueline suggests that they get a room at Lassiter's for the night(!)

Marco has got home, but Rick isn't with him. Benito and Cathy are very worried about him. Beth suggests that they go out and look for him.

MARCO: He could be anywhere by now!
