The Office
Christina tells Melanie excitedly that she's got her first modelling job - she's not sure what it is yet, but it's at the mall, so it's sure to be good. Melanie congratulates her and they joke about becoming world supermodels.

Paul comes out of the inner office and tells them off for messing about and suggests Melanie gets on with her work.

Josh, Todd and Melissa are talking about a concert, but Melissa says she won't go if Cody is - they're not friends anymore. She won't tell them exactly what happened though. Then, to Josh and Todd's surprise, she storms out. Josh tells Todd they'll have to help Melissa and Cody to make up.

No.28
Pam asks Cody what she's moping about, but she is unforthcoming. Doug tells Pam that he saw Bruce from the guesthouse this morning - he's selling the tumbledown guesthouse and Doug is thinking of making him an offer. Pam is horrified and says it's a complete dump. Doug counters that he can do it up himself and get the materials at cost. He tells Pam quietly that it's $500,000(!) She thinks he's gone insane.

Cody answers the door to Todd. He's found out about the kiss in the darkroom and asks Cody why she spread it. Cody says she didn't tell anyone, but Melissa won't listen to her.

The Office
Melanie tells Caroline and Paul about Christina's modelling job. They are both very pleased. Paul suggests that they close the office early and take Christina some champagne to celebrate.

No.22
Christina is on the phone.

CHRISTINA: They want me to do WHAT?! That's not modelling!

She reluctantly accepts that the job is a "start" and finally is talked around. She doesn't look happy though.

Paul and Caroline rush in with champagne and congratulate her. Caroline apologises for not supporting her in her modelling career. Paul pours the champagne into flutes and Christina looks very uncomfortable.

Helen and Pam are chatting about Cody - Pam is worried that Cody won't open up to her. Doug comes in and says that a friend of his might be interested in getting involved in the guesthouse deal. Pam still thinks the idea is very silly, but Doug insists that it's a great long- term investment. Helen suggests that Doug speaks to Paul - Paul is always open to new ideas. Doug reckons that's a good idea and Paul could be just the man he's looking for!

No.26
Todd has lured Cody to No.26 and Josh has lured Melissa. The girls are not pleased to see each other. Cody protests that she didn't say anything to anyone about the Phantom Kisser and storms out. Josh and Todd despair.

The Office
Melanie answers the phone and tells Paul that Cathy is filling in for Christina at the gift shop because she's on her modelling job. Melanie reckons they should pop down to the mall to see Christina's big moment. Paul agrees, as long as they get their work done later.

The Mall
Christina is wearing a peanut costume(!) and her manager gives her a basket of peanut sweets to hand out.

CHRISTINA:(to herself) Next stop, Paris!

No.28
Cody is pacing and Doug tells her to cheer up. She tells Doug that she's lost her best friend. Pam overhears Cody saying she didn't tell anyone and realises that she herself was the one that spilled the beans. She confesses that she told Madge and Cody isn't impressed.

The Mall
Christina is still giving out peanuts when Melanie, Caroline and Paul arrive. They've searched the Mall but haven't seen Christina so far. On their way to the information counter, Christina sees them coming and quickly turns her back on them.

No.26
Helen is making dinner and Jim is going out on his bike. Todd is studying and doesn't want to go with Jim. When Jim has gone, Helen suggests that Todd spends a bit more time with Jim - he's still very sad about Beverly leaving. Todd says that Jim tries too hard sometimes - it feels claustrophobic. He's not in the slightest bit interested in engineering plans. Helen suggests that Todd humours Jim a bit, just to show he still cares about him. Todd decides to go and follow Jim on his bike.

Coffee Shop
Josh is asking Melissa what Cody spread around the school, but she won't tell him. Cody comes in and tells Melissa that Pam was the one who set the rumour rolling. The girls make up for a few seconds, but then Melissa makes a rude comment about Pam that Cody takes exception to. Josh sits there through all this looking confused!

The Mall
Paul, Caroline and Melanie are still looking for Christina. Melanie goes over to get a peanut and Chrissie falls over trying to get away. Melanie helps the "peanut man" up and is shocked to see that it's Christina inside the costume.
