Clarkes
Daphne and Des are talking about prenatal class. Daphne is trying to persuade Des to be present at the birth! Des is clearly squeamish and as much as he wants to share the moment he thinks he might faint! Mike teases Des and Daphne pulls out a video of childbirth. They plan to watch it after dinner.

Robinsons
Lucy is cleaning the bone she found at Lassiters lake. Lucy is sure the bone is from a dinosaur but Helen thinks it's from a dog! Jim and Scott arrive and spread the great news that Jim is coming to the wedding! Helen is elated and Jim asks Scott to go and get Charlene.

Ramsays
Charlene is depressed when Scott arrives, also downbeat. He tells Charlene Jim wants to talk to her. Charlene is terrified but Madge tells her to go and get it over with. Henry tells Madge that Charlene is upset because she can't afford the dress she wants. Madge is devastated that she can't provide the dress for Charlene. She thinks she can revamp her own dress, Henry thinks it's a good idea but comments that it still won't be the dress Charlene wants.

Robinsons
Charlene enters the Robinson house with anticipation. Jim arrives and asks Charlene to sit down. He says he didn't like the idea of the wedding but remembers what it was like to be in love at a young age. He gives Charlene his blessing and gives Charlene Ann's necklace. Jim and Helen welcome Charlene to the family.

Charlene puts on the necklace and says she will treasure it. Lucy comes running in ranting about her bone and Scott tells her to go and speak to Mike about it.

Jim offers Scott and Charlene a place to stay after the wedding. He will let them stay rent free providing Scott goes back to school. Scott says he appreciates the offer but can't let Charlene be the main breadwinner. Helen says she has done some investigating and Scott is entitled to a benefit. Charlene thinks they should talk to Madge before they decide anything.

Clarkes
Des is putting off watching the video and is elated when Lucy arrives to divert attention. Lucy shows them the bone and Mike says he'll show it to his friend who is doing medicine. They talk about the birthing video, which Lucy says she's already seen at school!

Ramsays
Madge has found her wedding dress in a cardboard box. As Charlene arrives Henry takes a phone call from Paul. Charlene tells Madge that Jim is coming to the wedding. Madge presents her with the wedding dress, which has been half eaten by moths.

The Office
Gail has brought a new outfit for she and Paul's wedding. She shows it to him and he says it's 'very smart'. MEN! Henry arrives and Paul tells him he's pleased with the work he done at the lake. He gives Henry a cheque and tells him he can helps Shane with the development taking place at Lassiters. Henry is thrilled and then asks Paul for an advance. The answer is no!

Clarkes
Everyone is gripped by the video. Des is a slight greenish colour but agrees with Daphne that it's a beautiful moment. They turn around and see Mike has dropped to the floor!

The following morning Des and Daphne are slyly teasing Mike who insists he slipped off the edge of the couch!

Robinsons
Madge arrives and asks Helen for some help making Charlene's wedding dress. Madge tells Jim he's thrilled about him changing his mind about the wedding. Jim offers to help financially but Madge declines saying it's her job as Charlene is her daughter.

Garage
Scott tells Charlene not to worry about the dress, when Mike arrives. They are still edgy with each other after Mike disapproved of their wedding. He asks Mike to be best man and he says he'd love to be.

The Office
Helen asks Gail if she needs any help with the wedding preparations. Gail says she has everything under control. Gail invites the family for dinner and Helen accepts.

Mike arrives and says the bone that was found at the lake was a human bone. Lucy is disgusted!

Shopping Mall
Charlene is dragging Madge to see the dress. When they arrive the dress has gone - it's been sold. Charlene is gutted.
