Evan comes in and asks for his article to be withdrawn. It'll get Susan off his back for a bit. He tells Matt that he hadn't seen Leo so happy for ages when he saw him last night and doesn't want to upset him further. It proved something for him Erinsborough High must have a bullying problem.
The Building They Use For Legal Matters
Lou says he attends Narcotics Anonymous and his problem did not aversely affect Louise. John thinks it must it horrifies him to think of Louise in a potentially unstable environment. Lou is angry the Allens want Lolly because they can't have kids of their own. They've resorted to stealing Louise!
The judge says she sees no reason to remove Louise from Lou's custody less disruption, the better. She grants him interim custody but she gives John Allen generous access rights.
Outside Number 32
Matt appears and Leo has a go at him for taking sides with his parents over the car issue. Matt tells him that Evan knew he was out last night and, although he liked his breaking, he's still mad. Leo's chosen the worst way to get what he wants.

LOU (to JOHN): It's not over, you know. You may have had a win for now but you're not going to take my daughter.
