Recap
John Allen tells Lou that he's applying for custody of Lolly.
Susan tells Evan that if she finds out he's been slandering the school in order to make a power play, he'll have one hell of a fight on his hands.
Garage
Drew tells Libby that he doesn't want a house a view to die for - it'll kill them financially. Libby says she's picked out 3 houses to start with. She asks Drew if he cleaned off the graffiti. Drew says he didn't - it must have been someone with a guilty conscience. Libby says it's going to be hard to find a suburb where she feels as safe as she does in Erinsborough.
Hancocks
Leo asks Evan how much a second-hand motorbike is. Matt says that Evan doesn't know the difference between the handlebars and the exhaust! Evan and Maggie bicker - Evan says he has to do everything around the house.
The Coffee Shop
Lou tells Harold that John Allen wants custody of Lolly. Harold hopes it isn't his fault - he confirmed Lou's back problem by accident. Lou says he'd have found out anyway. Harold says they must settle it peacefully for Lolly's sake. Lou says it's too late for that - the gloves are off now and he intends to fight for Lolly.
Outside a prospective house
Libby says this house has beautiful trees. Drew says that only means gutters full of leaves and possums at 3am. Libby calls him a grump! They go and have a look before the agent arrives. Libby says it has two bedrooms and a study - just what they want. They hear a voice behind them, "Cool! I can sleep in the second bedroom!" To their surprise it's Drew's brother, Dougal.
Hancocks
Evan asks Matt where Leo is. Matt says he's practising breakdancing in his room. Matt says Leo is really into breakdancing, but Evan thinks it's just a fad. He says Leo will just have to live with his grounding. Matt is about to go off to the pub. Evan asks Matt what Lou is like to work for. Matt says he's a good boss and he's happy to give him his time.
Maggie comes in and tells Evan that Emily has fallen asleep. Matt goes off to work. Evan apologises Maggie for what he said earlier. Evan says he's not much good as a teacher or a parent. He says that Susan thinks he's incompetent. Maggie says Susan is wrong - Evan is a great parent and a wonderful teacher. He wonders if he should be interfering in Leo's problems. Maggie says he could always try talking to him.
The Pub
Toadie tells Matt that he's taking part in an experiment for the medical school at Uni - he's taking part in a drug trial. Matt says working at the pub is better. But Toadie says it's a great asset with the ladies - it's a great conversation starter(!)
Toadie tells Lou he's thinking of organising a fundraiser, but Lou cuts him off and asks if he can have a word in the office.
A prospective house
Libby and Drew are looking around the garden of the prospective house. Drew is on the phone to his father - he's booking a seat for him to go back to Oakie. Dougal refuses to go back to Oakie - it's boring there and there's nothing to do. He insists there's nothing Drew can do to make him go back.
Hancocks
Evan tells Leo that he knows there's graffiti on his locker. Leo says it's no big deal. Evan asks if he's been interfering too much lately but Leo says he hasn't. Evan persists in asking Leo about the bullying situation at Erinsborough High (until this summariser feels like screaming!!). Leo says it's just because he's the new kid and he's a brain as well. Leo wants to go to breakdancing - he's friends with those blokes. Evan says that the punishment has to stand and the bullying will blow over. Evan says he won't let Leo down. Leo says "big deal" and walks off to his room.
A prospective house
Libby and Drew have finished looking around the house. Drew is repeating to Dougal that he's going back to Oakie.
The Pub
Lou explains to Matt that he's taking a month or two off to deal with family stuff. That will mean longer hours for them both. Toadie tells Lou about the medical experiment. Lou says the next stage is electric shock therapy(!)
The phone rings and it's Lou's lawyer. The case will come up in five weeks' time.
Hancocks
Leo is on the phone to his breakdancing mates saying he's still grounded. His mates invite him to be in their breakdancing crew. Maggie says no way - he has to take the consequences for his actions.
Matt comes in and tells Leo to chill out and lay low for a bit. Leo says it'll be too late to get into the breakdancing crew if he misses out now. They might even get to go to the breakdancing championships in Germany.
The Coffee Shop
Drew and Libby are sitting with Dougal having finished their househunting. Drew says that maybe they should go to a few auctions. Drew tells Dougal he's going back to Oakie. Dougal says if it's so great, why did Drew leave Oakie. Drew said he left to get work - after he finished school. Dougal can do the same if he wants to, but only after he's finished school.
Lou comes in. He tells Harold that the court case will be in five weeks' time. Lou says he won't let John Allen see Lolly in the meantime - he can't risk him keeping her. Harold says he can now go to Queensland and be back for the court case. He's got to go to sort out Madge's estate and go to a school reunion. Harold invites Lou over for dinner that night.
Hancocks
Evan has written a paper about a bullying policy for the school. He's going to send it to the opinion page of The Chronicle. Maggie thinks he should show it to Susan first as the school might have an official policy, but Evan is very pig-headed about it. Anyway, it's too late now - he's already emailed it to them.
The Pub
Toadie is trying to chat up a girl with tales of his medical experiments!
Hancocks
Evan says he doesn't want Susan burying his views - she's forced him into this situation. Evan says he has to stand up for his beliefs. Maggie says they've spent the entire week telling Leo not to defy authority. She says if he goes against Susan like this he's sending Leo mixed messages.
The Pub
Drew and Libby are having dinner. Drew says that everything's under control but Libby says he hasn't at all. Dougal comes back from the toilet and says he's not going back to Oakie. They can't have him to stay with them because of the lease. Also, there's Dougal's schooling to think of. Dougal says he's already asked his school - they said if he does transfer to Erinsborough High, it's now or never. Libby says they can't take on the responsibility of him with the baby and Drew working long hours. Dougal says he can help them with the baby - it's perfect and it suits everyone.
Bishops
Lou says he feels like he's in a bog. He just has to trust his lawyer, be prepared for the worst and hope for the best. Lou says there is a possibility that he could lose the case - he doesn't know what he'd do them. He laments a legal system that will allow a man to take his child away due to some random genetics - it's not justice.
Hancocks
Leo is sneaking out. Matt catches him on his way in from work. Leo begs Matt to let him go. Leo says he wants to stand up for what he believes in, just like Evan.
