Recap
Michelle is surprised to see Zack at Erinsborough High. He ignores her.
Lou's lawyer says that as the non-biological father he must take out a court order to keep custody of Louise. If he doesn't, John Allen could take Louise and Lou wouldn't be able to do a thing.
Lou's
Harold is confused - he can't understand why Louise's interests aren't paramount. Lou says the six years he's spent with her count for nothing. But Harold says that isn't true - if they asked Louise, she'd say that Lou was her father, without question. Lou says he must get the interim custody order straightaway - he's not going to let John Allen take away the most precious thing in his life.
The School
Evan tells Susan that he's looking forward to the excursion. Susan asks Evan about Virginia - apparently she's Leo's godmother. Susan asks how she'll fit in with the rest of the School Council. Evan says she's a bit odd, but enthusiastic and hard-working. Susan asks if Virginia has ever talked about her. Evan says the only thing she says is "Thank God For The Kennedys!"
The Garage
Matt tells Steph that he's playing pool with a couple of guys after hours, but tells her not to tell Lou! A delivery for a Mr Foster comes up and Matt offers to take it. Steph is surprised as Mr Foster is a difficult man, but Matt says they get on like a house on fire.
The Coffee Shop
Karl is on a rant about other people putting rubbish in his bin. Harold promises to keep an eye out. He asks Karl if he'll help with the shelter and he says he will as he thinks it's a good cause. Harold says pointedly that it's a good cause as long as it's not nearby(!)
Lou comes in and asks Karl for his DNA results. Karl says it's as they expected - the DNA results say that John Allen is Lolly's biological father - as they expected.
The School
Evan says that Leo wrote the essays to fit in with his peers.
The Garage
Steph catches Michelle doing flyposting. She tells Michelle off for sneaking out last night and Michelle admits they were flyposting about global warming. Steph says that there are other ways to get a message across. Michelle tells Steph that the whole thing with Zack was a waste of time.
OUtside Lassiters
John Allen bumps into Harold and asks him about Lou. Harold asks him to be patient with Lou - his world has been turned upsidedown. John says that his world has too, but Harold disagrees - this was John's choice. He asks John to give Lou a bit of time. But John tells Harold that he knows that Lou is addicted to narcotics. He wants Harold to tell him how big a problem it is.
Hancocks
Evan and Matt are talking about Emily's ear - she might need an operation to put a gromit in. Evan is working on some approaches to tackling bullying at school.
Scullys
Michelle tells Steph that Zack gave her the brush-off. Steph says she feels like an outsider at Moco now that she's the boss. She wishes she hadn't gone back and thinks she might look for another job.
Michelle says that she'll forget about Zack - he stood her up today at lunch. Steph tells her not to be too hasty. Michelle admits that they held hands the night before but she's not sure how he feels. Steph says she'd better ask him then!
Hancocks
Matt thinks that Evan is over-reacting about the bullying - Leo just wanted money to do breakdancing. Evan isn't convinced - he thinks Leo has changed because of the school and it's culture of bullying(!)
The Shelter
Susan is shocked to see the state of the shelter - it's a dump. Harold and his mates are hard at work in the garden. He asks Karl and Susan to help with the garden.
Harold tells Karl quietly that John Allen knows about Lou's addiction. Karl is shocked. Harold doesn't know whether to tell Lou or not.
The Coffee Shop
Evan thinks that Matt should either go Uni or get a proper job. When Evan has gone, Steph tells Matt that he'll be just like Evan one day!
The Shelter
Harold has decided to go and talk to Lou about the addiction situation.
While Susan works, she hears Evan on the radio talking about bullying at Erinsborough High. He says that bullying goes on there and he doesn't think that their anti-bullying policy is strong enough! Susan is appalled! He then talks about a "cycle of intimidation". She gets in the car saying she's off to hack Evan into very small pieces(!)
The Pub
Harold tells Lou he's got some bad news - John Allen knows about his addiction to painkillers. Lou is shocked.
Hancocks
Susan storms in and tells Evan off for using the radio to slander the school.
The Pub
Lou has called John Allen in in great anger. He says that he's a good father. But John says that at some stage, Lou's addiction could endanger Louise. Lou is very angry at John's arrogance. John tells Lou that he's going to apply for custody of Louise.
Hancocks
Susan is telling Evan that he's been completely disloyal to the school. Evan insists that there's a problem. Susan sits down and sarcastically asks Evan for his ideas on bullying. Evan says they should involve the students more, but Susan says the teachers are there to guide, not to hand over control to the kids! Evan wants to go to the School Council with his ideas, but Susan says that there isn't a problem! She thinks the school needs to concentrate more on pastoral care, and the teachers need to put aside their personal agendas. Susan thinks Evan might be acting due to Leo's "perceived" bullying, but she also thinks Evan might be making apower play at the school. She tells him to watch his step - she'll fight him all the way. She walks out.
