Newsagency
Pam has come to look for her regular magazine "Trading Wheels" but there aren't any. Phil is puzzled - there were four copies there yesterday.

School
Michael flogging the "Trading Wheels" magazine to his fellow students(!) So far he and Danni are up to $30 and he says they can hit the nightclubs tonight!

Brett comes over and looks at them suspiciously. Brett tells Danni that he's worried about her - she's missing classes and she's also missed her insulin, he saw it in the fridge.

Pub
Doug is complaining that Pam is obsessed with the bike, and Gaby has replaced them as birthing partner with a bloke she hardly knows. Lou tells him that they still haven't found a wedding celebrant, but they're interviewing another one tonight. He's also worried about Danni being out with Michael until all hours.

Lou suggests they go and see his mate who has a bike shop, to get a new mirror for Pam's bike.

Gaby and Pam are having breakfast, awkwardly. Gaby says nobody seems very interested in her antenatal classes, so she's going for Kris instead.

GABY: Cody's always too busy, and you've turned into some sort of Hell's Angel(!)

Pam protests that she hardly knows Kris, but Gaby assures her that it's not just a casual relationship - he's asked her to move in with him. She still doesn't look sure abuot it though.

School
Lou has come to pick Danni and Brett up from school. Danni isn't happy and neither is Michael.

Cheryl is rading the riot act to Danni for staying out late on a school night.

CHERYL: Ever since you've been going out with Michael, you've been nothing but trouble, and it is not going to continue.

Lou sends Brett off to his room while Cheryl grounds Danni.

No.26
Michael comes in. Julie tells him they need a talk about responsibility. He tells her not to give him a hard time because she's not his mother! This does not go down well.

Outside No.26
Phil is just arriving home when Lou comes up. Phil invites him in.

Julie tells Phil about her encounter with Michael. Lou says Cheryl wants Julie to keep Michael away from Michael. Julie is offended that Cheryl thinks Michael is the only one to blame and stomps off to "have it out" with her.

Coffee Shop
Helen and Brett are having a coffee and talking about their families. Helen is feeling her age and that she's not useful to the family anymore. She admits that she's been feeling dizzy again.

Julie is ranting at Cheryl that Danni is a bad influence. Cheryl isn't happy.

JULIE: The answer is obvious, control your daughter! Before she came along, Michael was doing just fine!
CHERYL: And before she got involved with Michael, so was Danni!

Ramsay Street
Michael and Danni have sneaked out and run down the street.

Pam has been to a bike shop to get a replacement mirror. Apparently the part she needed was an old one - the owner had had it for years, but coincidentally had sold it half and hour before!

Doug comes in with a present for Pam - it's the mirror! Pam is delighted. He's also bought her something else and hands it to her, wrapped up.

Nightclub
Michael and Danni are in the queue to get in.

Doug has bought Pam biking leathers, she loves them and invites Doug for a spin around the block.

DOUG: I'm game! I always wanted to be a biker's love- toy! (!)

Nightclub
Danni and Michael have got in and are dancing and kissing on the dancefloor. Danni says she's going to get some air.

Cheryl isn't happy about Julie's attitude. They are waiting for the celebrant to turn up.

Mitty, the celebrant, arrives and refers to them as "Laurie and Beryl"(!) She's very enthusiastic and Cheryl rolls her eyes a bit.

Nightclub
Danni has been gone a long time, and Michael asks one of the staff to go into the toilet and look for her.

Outside the nightclub
Danni looks very unwell. She ends up bumping into someone and dropping her bracelet.

Mitty tells Lou, Cheryl and Brett that she's done a lot of weddings - firewalkers, contortionists, mud- wrestlers...she likes to do "off- beat" stuff. Lou explains that they did want unique, but not bizarre(!) Mitty says young people have the best ideas, so Cheryl sends Brett to get Danni out of her room.

Cheryl is laughing despite herself, now.

Brett comes back and tells them that Danni has gone - her window is open. Cheryl is very cross and tells Lou to come with her round to No.26.

MITTY: What's happening?
BRETT: World War 3.

Nightclub
The member of staff hasn't found Danni in the toilet. Michael looks worried.

No.26
Cheryl demands to know where Danni is. Julie assures her that Michael is in his room, studying.

CHERYL: Like hell he is.

Helen and Phil try to calm the situation. Helen goes to see if Michael is there and his room is empty.

A silence descends.

Outside the nightclub
Danni has collapsed and is lying on the pavement. A couple of policemen find her and think she is drunk. They put her in the back of their police car and drive off.

When the car has gone, Michael comes out of the club and finds Danni's bracelet on the floor.

MICHAEL: Oh, no. DANNI!!
