Beth tells Wayne that she can't go out with him until she's sorted out her feelings for Brad.
Lauren is drawn into a religious group.
Annalise and Jeffrey kiss.
Hannah throws her rock over the back fence. Breaking glass is heard.
Jeffrey is stressing about work stuff. That's about all I can say about that scene.
Mark is telling Beth what happened at the Coffee Shop with Rick and then turns the subject on to Brad. He advises her to talk to Brad as soon as she can - he didn't and he lost Annalise because of it.
Mark goes into the kitchen and finds Hannah's rock has been thrown through the kitchen window! He puts the rock on the table and scary Aboriginal music plays(!)
Julie is doing Lou's accounts and is surprised that he's given Doug a loan of $1,000. She says he'll have to pay it back.
Jacob drops Lauren off from their trip in the country - she's had a great time. She explains to Julie that she's in a new group.
LAUREN: I never knew that there could be such a terrific feeling between so many people. I don't know if I can explain it, but it's sort of like starting all over again.
LOU: Er...well yes, as long as you enjoyed yourself, love.
Lauren goes on to explain that the group is all about love and enjoying the world they're in.
JULIE: I thought all that hippy stuff went out ages ago!
Lauren keeps going on about feeling and expressing things.
LAUREN: This is what I've been looking without even realising it. It's unbelievable.
Doug is confessing that he's spent the last week building theatre sets and has taken a loan from Lou. Gaby advises him not to tell Pam about the loan.
Hannah answers the door to Beth - she's come to ask about the rock. Hannah denies all knowledge.
When Beth has gone, Julie comes out and sits with Hannah. They talk about the nature of luck and Julie says it's up to everyone to make their own luck.
Annalise takes a phone message for Jeffrey from a difficult client. He's eventually forced to take the call in his office.
Lauren is still enthusing about her trip away with the Barrabas crowd and how much they care about her. Lou looks rather worried and says he doesn't want Lauren to be pressured into religion.
Julie comes in and tells Lou they're in big trouble - they've got a new bank manager and they can't have any more of an overdraft. She needs to reclaim every cent she can.
Both the TV and the video have stopped working. Mark tries to fix them but gets a shock from the video. Suddenly he looks at his cactus and says it isn't looking too good either!
Pam is still ill, but has staggered out to work. Doug is fed up of having to worry about money.
Mark is worried about his cactus and then Beth burns Mark's work trousers on the iron.
Julie has come to see Doug. She's tells him awkwardly that Doug has put them in an awkward financial position at the car yard - they need the money back. Doug says he's waiting on a call about some work. Julie says that their overdraft has been frozen and they need the money back soon to pay their suppliers.
Jacob tells Lauren that it's great to see the change in her. Lauren says she feels so much better now, there's joy in her life again. Jacob says that's what opening your soul to the Lord is all about - it's like a little miracle. Now Lauren owes it to herself to go out and tell others.
JACOB: Do it Lauren. Spread the Word. Believe me, it'll bring you happiness you never dreamt possible.
Annalises is fed up of fielding calls for Jeffrey, particularly those to Lindy Chatsworth who is very persistent. But it seems that business is going well.
Jacob suggests that Lauren spreads the word to Mark and Gaby. Lauren goes over and starts telling them that they should all decide their own destinies. She tells them about the Barrabian group and they aren't too impressed.
Lou tells Doug that it's fine about the loan - Julie is just panicking. Annalise and Jeffrey come in and Lou tries to sell Jeffrey a car(!)
Gaby comes over and has a word with Lou about Lauren. She thinks she was a bit odd in the Coffee Shop, trying to convert them to a religious group.
Lauren is telling Hannah that if she believes in the Lord He will fill her with joy.
LAUREN: Bad things happen to little girls who don't accept the Word!
Beth comes in and tells Lauren about her run of bad luck at home. Hannah's eyes go wide and rushes off. Meanwhile, Lauren tries to get Beth to come to a Barrabian meeting. Lou comes in and sees this from the door.
Doug is having a beer with a mate who says he might have some work available.
Annalise is bored because Jeffrey is stuck at work. Beth tells her off for coming to look for Mark the minute Jeffrey is tied up - she's just using him. The cactus isn't looking very healthy.
Lou is waiting for Lauren to come home to tackle her about the Barrabians. He says he saw her at the Coffee Shop and tells her off for preaching at her customers.
LAUREN: Dad. I love you and I just want to spread that love around. What's wrong with that?
She goes off to get ready for another Barrabian meeting.
Annalise has popped around to see Jeffrey and has brought him some pizza. He's wearing a dressing-gown and looks extremely startled to see her. He tells her he's already eaten and just then a woman, Lindy Chatsworth, comes down the stairs behind him.
LINDY: She makes a perfect pizza delivery girl. Doesn't she, darling?
