- Jane inviting Vic to dinner.
- Melanie inviting Vic to have dessert with her.
- Jane kissing a surprised Vic!
Number 24
Vic is struggling to know what to think post kiss. Jane admits the kiss represented how she feels and hopes that it is reciprocated. "Are you sure?" he asks and Jane explains her feelings for him have been reignited and she's now on board with them reuniting.
Number 28
The Kennedys are preparing dinner when Holly arrives home and Karl can tell something is up. Holly explains she's just undergone a 3 hour psychological examination - her lawyer's suggestion to explain why she took the money. The lass describes the questioning as "intrusive" and doesn't want to talk more, she's done enough of that and passes on dinner in favour of an early night.
The Kennedys are both upset over what Holly is going through and Karl hopes she will bounce back and that the court case happens sooner rather than later so Holly can put it behind her and move forward with her life again. Susan asks if they should talk about the fact Holly could get a custodial sentence but Karl isn't sure where that conversation starts!

Kirsta is shocked to hear that Melanie has been stood up when she arrives home, spotting and uneaten dessert on the table and a despondent Melanie lying on the sofa. Neither can explain why Vic hasn't at least been in contact to explain his absence.
MELANIE: At least I now know where I stand. Vic has put me firmly in the too hard basket.
Ramsay Street (next day)
Byron, Leo and Krista exit #32 talking about the boylesque when Byron gets a text from Jane summoning him to a family meeting.
Just at that Terese arrives home but isn't impressed at the work done to her front yard, she is very distraught at the trees no longer being there!
The Tram
As he heads to work, Holly and Karl exchange words before she heads toward the tram and hugs Felix - Karl is very surprised at this act!
They catch up on how she is sleeping and her breathing exercises - he reassures her to stick with the process and that she is strong too, to cope with the demands of the court case. Felix also reminds her she has the support of her family too.
Just at that, Holly receives notification of the results of her psychological assessment and announces that she has to go.
Number 22
Terese is on the phone to the landscaping firm trying to sort things out and discovers the work was done to what she wanted!
Number 24
Byron, Nicolette and Aaron listen on as Jane tells them that she kissed Vic! Nicolette is happy amused at things progressing more than she was suggesting. Jane though isn't sure if it means they will reunite and when she starts thinking about Vic's reaction, it seems to come to her that because Vic was speechless, he might not be as excited as she is about them reuniting.
Number 28
Holly is reading up on what the report said when Karl arrives home (Felix suggested he should go see Holly). The report says Holly is "a deeply traumatised young woman attracted to high risk behaviours which recreate the familiar patterns of a childhood lacking routine, stable role models or emotional security." Karl seems shocked at what the report says and thinks it's full of "farfetched assumptions" and doesn't think they can rightly come to this conclusions after just the one session! Holly sends the email onto Karl so he can fully read it.
Lassiters Complex
Paul passes the news of the great write up in the paper about the boylesque to Krista (and Leo) when they run into each other in the complex. He's impressed at the initiatives Krista has implemented and the money it has brought into the hotel! What he isn't impressed with hearing is that Terese is back and she's in a foul mood too after the landscaping job.
702 Eclipse apartments
Vic arrives to explain why he didn't appear the previous night. Melanie is as surprised as Vic was on hearing about the kiss! "It caught me off guard," Vic explains and he asks Melanie if she was hoping last night as a prelude to something happening between them? She confirms this, but Vic is caught in 'no- man's land' between the two women! However, Melanie knows he has history with Jane, unlike her, and so stands back to allow him to be with Jane if that is what he wants. Vic thanks Melanie for her understanding and is rewarded by her showing him the door… and once he's exited, she then breaks down.
Ramsay Street
Susan and Terese quickly catch up before arranging a proper debrief later on with Jane. When Susan brings up the landscaping changes, Terese now backtracks and says she is happy with the work!
Number 24
Being honest, Vic admits he'd given up hope of Jane wanting to kiss him again and double checks if she is sure? Jane admits the feelings crept up on her, and coupled with seeing how committed Vic is to being a better person, it helped change her mindset.
JANE: I want this Vic. I really do.
VIC: I suppose it's my turn.
And this time, its Vic who leans in and kisses Jane and of course are caught doing so when Nicolette, Byron and Aaron enter the house! Given what she's seen, Nicolette connects the dots and Vic is the one to confirm that he is indeed, back with Jane.
Number 28
After reading the report himself, while Karl agrees on the comments about Izzy (an emotionally, unavailable and immature mother!) he doesn't like what it says about him - an absent, sporadically indulgent father! The relationship between Izzy and Karl is brought up too as affecting Holly. The more he reads, the more irate Karl is getting especially as the report seems to indicate Holly "grew up with no love and support at all."
Susan does remind Karl that he was absent for much of Holly's childhood and when he did see her, he was "overly generous." "I was just making up for lost time," Karl pleads to justify his indulgence and they both agree that it wouldn't have been pleasant for Holly to read "such an incisive summary" of her life.
When Holly surfaces from her room, Susan mentions that Karl has brought her up to speed on the report and asks if she wants to talk about it?
HOLLY: What's there to talk about? I'm a certified hot mess.
The K's are quick to reassure Holly that is not the case but she is looking on the bright side - the report is good for her case.
Number 24
Susan, Terese and Jane are demolishing some fortune cookies when Leo arrives to thank Jane for babysitting. He asks how Terese's trip went and it sounds like she had a good time there with the family. When Leo brings up that she looked upset over seeing the landscaping changes, diplomatically Terese puts it down to getting used to them and now waxes lyrically over how great they are… but while the mouth is saying those words, the face is telling a different story!
When Leo leaves, Jane breaks the news to Susan/Terese about reuniting with Vic. "Good for you," Susan tells Jane and Terese puts on the nice happy face before saying "that's great." Terese then mentions Vic looked like he was enjoying the boylesque and subtly asks if he mentioned anything about it (no) and when Jane asks why she is asking, quickly comes up with being curious to know what everyone thought about it.
TERESE: You know, old habits die hard and all that.
Thankfully Jane and Susan buy it and say no more and the meeting formally starts.
Ramsay Street
Knowing that Terese wouldn't be home, Paul is admiring the changes to #22 when Leo approaches. He is bemused over why Terese went with the changes she did and is even further bemused when Leo reports that Terese now likes it, she simply needed some adjustment time to get used to it.
Number 28 (very late on)
Holly is having another panic attack and quickly grabs her jacket before exiting the house.
Karl has heard the noise and on checking, realises it was Holly leaving the house. The noise (and Karl getting out of bed) has also got Susan up and both are concerned for Holly but the lass has left her phone behind so they can't call her. Given the report, Karl is worried for his daughter, so plans to go and look for her.
Power Road
After looking all over, Karl decides to park up and go check The Tram to see if Felix has heard from her.
The Tram
When Karl arrives at the tram and goes to open the door, he discovers that its already open. Gingerly, he walks down the aisle and spots Holly and Felix lying face to face on the floor [both are fully clothed!].
KARL: What's going on here?!
Coming up on Neighbours
