Andrew promises to sort things out with Felix but keep an eye out.

Felix tells Slade he is stuck for an alibi. Jools was working, he thinks it won't bode well for him or Slade. He's not impressed at Slade's advice to not say anything at all. The police would need to prove it was him and they haven't got any evidence. He didn't do it. Slade isn't sure if that theory will work plus Felix has Andrew on his back.

Apparently his parents are going overseas about the same time. They won't just return to see him get a piece of paper. Mackenzie asks about his sister, Byron mentions his brother Mackenzie didn't know about! She wants to know why Haz hasn't mentioned his brother before now.
HAZ: I thought I'd mentioned him. A lot of people think he's exactly like me but I don't think so.
No.26
Sadie thinks thinks Wendy shouldn't keep going over and over the thing with Melanie but nobody affected is at the party. Wendy has no right to pry. Wendy feels like she's betrayed Terese by inviting Melanie, Sadie disagrees.
WENDY: It was rude of Melanie to put me in this situation when she knows how we must all feel. Even if she thought she was invited, she must have known she wasn't wanted.
She realises Melanie and Holly are standing right there.
MELANIE: If you didn't want me here, you should have been honest. That would have saved us having to have this conversation.
Holly suggests they head off. Wendy apologises and explains things are complicated. Melanie agrees, Wendy doesn't need to be involved.
MELANIE: I'm not going to be maligned for a choice made by two consenting adults. Enjoy your party. (She leaves).
No.28

Melanie worried about that taking place and it did and she's wondering why she worried about it. Holly points out that things got very awkward.
MELANIE: I feel free. Whatever people say about me doesn't bother me. I know what happened and I know who I am.
Holly is impressed with Melanie's stance. Holly realises Melanie will be ok by herself while she cries on the couch. Melanie gives her the green light to return to the party and show off her dress. Melanie wishes her all the best.
No.32

Byron is interested in this but Haz wants to head off.
No.26
Holly keeps looking at the door, checking if Felix has arrived. Wendy is wondering if she needs to apologise. Sadie wants her to concentrate on the party and give Melanie a chance to calm down. Aaron brings Holly a drink as Felix arrives home which she is more interested in. He recognises her for rescuing him, she introduces herself. He promises to shout her a drink. Andrew wants to borrow Felix. He remarks that Felix is late to the party and wants to know about the alibi. Felix repeats that it wasn't him.
FELIX: You need to trust me or you don't.
Andrew isn't convinced and wants to know what Felix is covering up. He's not hiding anything.
ANDREW: I can tell when you're lying to me.
Felix announces that Andrew thinks he is guilty. He isn't impressed as Andrew is supporting his parole. As they're debating this Haz gets up and leaves.
ANDREW: Just tell me where you were that night.
