No.22
Toadie is busy on his phone, Terese drily points out they're meant to be having quality time together. Toadie tells her he's arranged for Nell and Hugo to have sleepovers with school friends. He's arranged for them to spend the afternoon and evening together, she is touched. He suggests she heads off while he sorts things out. It'll be a romantic fun surprise.

TERESE: Is this a tracksuit- friendly event?
TOADIE: I'm gonna be dressed into the nines.
TERESE: So it's fancy tracksuit.

Terese has something at the dry cleaners that she plans to wear. He plans to organise things so she will run work errands. She promises not to be late and is excited about it all.

Ramsay Street
JJ and Dex are playing basketball. Felix arrives and sends over the ball when it goes his way. Felix wants to know if JJ likes basketball.

DEX: It's actually my thing but sometimes I take pity and let JJ have a go.

They banter with each other and JJ introduces Dex and Felix. JJ invites Felix to join them.

No.26
We see Felix come through the front door and head indoors. Felix appreciates having more space to walk around than the exercise yard. He's getting used to being on the outside. Andrew answers a call from Wendy, he congratulates her. He tells Felix when he hangs up that Wendy has been accepted into uni. Wendy has decided to be an art teacher, Felix thinks she will do a great job. Felix wants a pub recommendation.

ANDREW: Good beer, amazing manager, a Police Station right next door.

Felix isn't so keen on the last part! Andrew teases him about staying on the straight and narrow. Andrew is heading off to get ready for work.

Penthouse
Paul tells Chelsea that Isla has been asking for Paul. The picture is in Isla's room. Chelsea was happy to be a go between. She admits it might have gone either way but it got Aaron and Nicolette considering the idea.

PAUL: Thanks to you, today is turning out to be a very good day.

Terese arrives and Paul immediately lets go of Chelsea's hand. Terese hasn't had any success finding the plaque. Terese thinks the only option left is to get another plaque made. Terese notices their photo has been taken down, Paul realised he needed to move on. Chelsea announces she's found last minute theatre tickets.

TERESE: Even after you lose someone you can still keep losing them.

The Waterhole
Andrew and Felix are having a drink together. Sadie is looking after Abby. They toast to Felix's freedom whilst they are waiting for Wendy. Andrew suggests Felix considers a course whilst he is job hunting. Felix jokes about hours spent going to court a lot helps get a law degree. Cara and Remi arrive, Andrew introduces them to Felix. He explains Felix and Philippa were friends. Cara doesn't remember meeting Felix before now.

(JJ and Dex arrive with their parents but don't speak or join their table.)

No.28 Garden
Toadie arrives, Melanie is reading Karl's knowledge on garden maintenance. Toadie declares he is committed to being married to Terese. He wants to sort things out between them. Melanie agrees.

TOADIE: Whatever has been going on between you and I that's unsaid is done.

Melanie points out he's come to tell her to keep her distance. Toadie is floored but agrees. Melanie tells him Karl and Holly think Melanie has been putting herself into Toadie's life. She's agreed she's made errors.

MELANIE: You're the one who keeps coming to me. Have you ever wondered why?
TOADIE: I've said what I needed to say. (He leaves.)

Harold's Cafe
Chelsea is looking for seats that are as close to the front as possible. She suggests a couple of galleries instead, Paul distractedly agrees. She is looking for an expensive dinner but Paul has spotted a familiar plant and asks Haz. Haz explains he found it next to the bin. It has a cracked pot but seems ok otherwise. Chelsea tells Paul that Theo cracked the pot at the hotel. He was the trader who fixed the wall. Paul now wants to know which bin the plant was in. Haz tells him it was the Lassiter's bin next to recycling. Paul plans to head off.

Lassiter's Complex
Toadie is arranging for something to be delivered over the phone and bumps into Melanie. Toadie drops some of his bags and Melanie picks them up. She notices he's changed his clothes. He explains about the date night, Terese likes this shirt. Melanie reminds him she bought the shirt for him. Toadie heads off.

Paul reaches the bin but it's empty. The car to take them to the gallery will be here soon. Paul is still thinking about the bin. Apparently Theo never mentioned the bin belonged to Lassiter's. Paul thinks he can now trace the plaque back to the tip. He needs to delay the gallery and heads off. Chelsea doesn't look impressed!

The Tip
Paul looks at the whole tip. He takes his jacket off in preparation.

The Waterhole
Remi tells Andrew and Wendy they plan to win the Lie- in. Cara points out Remi has more confidence than she does!

REMI: Cara is scared of a little commitment.

Andrew comments that hopefully JJ is more committed to boxing as he will need to practice. This surprises Remi and Cara who knew nothing about it. The first session is meant to be this afternoon. Remi isn't that keen on the idea. Cara likes the self- defence idea and getting JJ to focus on something during his suspension. Remi is considering it as Cara goes to get another round.

Felix challenges JJ and Dex at pool. Remi asks if Felix is a Police Officer. Wendy splutters at the idea and Andrew has to remind her to watch what she says. Wendy is honest about Felix being on parole. He's committed non- violent burglaries and Andrew is now making sure he doesn't step out of line. Remi thinks they are being supportive. Wendy raves about Felix being a great guy, Remi doesn't look quite so convinced.

The Tip
Paul shifts through the piles over time. He is happy to find a lamp and takes a photo of it.

Harold's Cafe
Terese is getting a caffeine hit for tonight and fills Haz in on her plans. She finds Chelsea having me time. Terese thinks Chelsea needs it. Terese is surprised to get the photo of the lamp from Paul and shares it with Chelsea and Haz. Haz tells her that Paul might have found the tip where the plaque is. Terese rings Paul, he's found loads of rubbish from Lassiter's and thinks the plaque is there. Terese wants the address as she plans to join him.

Ramsay Street
Toadie has got ready and getting into his car. He notices Melanie walk onto the street. They look at each other. Toadie has a voicemail and listens to it. It sounds clear at the beginning but then it becomes static. Terese is apologising but can't make their date night. He can't hear who she is with due to the voicemail cutting out.

No.32
JJ and Dexter banter over taking out the garbage, JJ is busy anyway. Cara and Remi tell him they know about the boxing. JJ was waiting to find the right moment to be honest. Remi would have preferred he checked with them first, he apologises. Dex thinks it would help JJ's case to take out the garbage! JJ and Dex head outside.

Remi tells Cara about Felix being on parole.

CARA: Cop and the crim, classic brother scenario.

They hope JJ and Dex don't follow that route. Before deciding about Felix coaching JJ, Cara wants to know what Felix was inside for, Remi tells her. Cara thinks it's not as bad as it could be. Jess from baseball did time and managed to make a fresh start with no trouble. Remi ponders whether Felix would do the same as Jess.

CARA: The point is people deserve second chances. Andrew is the straightest arrow ever. He won't put up with any dodgy business.

Remi points out that JJ is spending time with Andrew instead of Felix.

The Tip
Terese arrives and finds Paul. Terese can see how much stuff there is and doesn't think they will find the plaque. Paul finds the plaque at that moment and hands it to her. She is overwhelmed and thanks him.

PAUL: It's the least I could do.
TERESE: Thank you so much for understanding what this means and not giving up. Even when I was ready to.
PAUL: I couldn't, you've lost too much already.
TERESE: We both have.

They hold hands and share a moment.

No.26 Garden
Andrew and Felix are training JJ s Dex watches on. Dex is bored as they're going slowly so JJ suggests practicing on him. Andrew gets JJ to focus, he tries some more and Felix is pleased with how he's doing. Andrew is going to up the pace.

JJ: When do I get to use the punching bag?
DEX: Rude. My name's Dex.

JJ lifts his shirt and Felix notices his birthmark. Felix decides to head off and look at job ads. Felix stands round the corner and processes what he's just seen.

The Waterhole
Chelsea is leaving Paul a third voicemail. She's checking in on him. Toadie walks in as she hangs up. She wonders if he's getting champagne for his romantic date. Toadie tells her Terese has cancelled. Chelsea tells him that she's met up with Paul who has cancelled on herself. Toadie wants to know what their plans were. Chelsea doesn't know.

No.28 Garden
Melanie is in the greenhouse as Toadie arrives. He paces and Melanie wants to know if he's ok. Toadie tells her Terese cancelled their date and met up with Paul. He is blowing off steam so Melanie suggests he takes a seat.

TOADIE: Is this gonna be our life together? Lurching from one loyalty crisis to the next. Am I over- reacting? Under- reacting?

He is looking to Melanie for advice. She wants to know why he's come over here. He wants her to explain herself. She wants to know the reason why he's here.

MELANIE: You should go.
TOADIE: I don't think I wanna do that.
MELANIE: I'll walk away.

They are practically standing right next to each other.

TOADIE: No don't.
MELANIE: It has to be you Toad. You have to make the first move.

He doesn't say anything. She goes to walk away and he grabs her arm. They start kissing and walk towards the house.
