Outside the Flamingo Bar
Levi arrives and wants to talk to Amy. Amy makes excuses saying she's busy with jobs though she seems to be making excuses. Levi tells her that Ned suggested they sort things out. He realises things aren't great between Ned and Amy. Levi and Amy aren't sure where they stand.

LEVI: I really hate the way we left things this morning.
AMY: Me too.
LEVI: I was really insensitive this morning and I want to fix it if I can.

Harold's Café
Kyle has told Roxy what is going on. Roxy isn't sure how to respond.

KYLE: Are you angry?
ROXY: No. Course not. I just... I wish you'd told me sooner.
KYLE: I'm still trying to wrap my head around it.

Roxy offers to come to Frankston but he tells her he wants to do this by himself. She points out Georgia will be there. Kyle reassures her it's not that kind of meeting.

ROXY: This is massive.
KYLE: It's going to be ok. I'm sorry I didn't tell you earlier.

They both agree Kyle is an idiot. Sheila arrives with some presents she wants Kyle to take to the family in Frankston. Sheila waffles on as Kyle and Roxy look at each other including Harley and Dane's girlfriends Bella and Macey.

KYLE: You know it's not Christmas.
SHEILA: You can show love and appreciation at any time of the year. These people don't have the privilege of me looking after them 24/7 like you do.

No.32 Bedroom
David and Aaron are either side of Isla on the bed. Aaron is singing nursery rhymes which Isla gurgles to. Both Abigail and Isla seem to appreciate these. David wants to pass on to Leo that Incy Wincy is Abigail's favourite nursery rhyme.

DAVID: This is probably the most relaxed we've been since we had Isla.
AARON: Until we have the parenting agreement in place I can't relax. Not completely.
DAVID: Maybe it's time we had that conversation again.

They agree to talk to Nicolette.

Outside the Flamingo Bar
Levi admits he could have handled things better but he was cross with Amy. Amy agrees that she wasn't acting in the best way and apologises. Amy tentatively agrees to it if that's what Levi wants to do. They hold hands and it seems to be helping Amy.

LEVI: I want to have the same freedoms as you and explore other opportunities.

Levi wants to give things a go with Felicity and is waiting for her to get in touch. Levi will just let it go if Felicity doesn't contact him. Amy jokes she won't mind if Felicity doesn't contact him! Levi doesn't mind her being honest. Amy pretends to break his phone as they laugh. Levi will keep Amy updated.

Aaron is singing to Isla as they come into the kitchen. Nicolette jokes about Isla getting a complex! Aaron wants to talk to Nicolette who has seen the flight options for their trip to Geelong. They were considering it but hadn't ironed out the details. Aaron tries to talk about another matter but Nicolette takes herself off to feed Isla.

The Waterhole
Sheila is giving Kyle details about the presents, he looks distracted. Frank Jr's present hasn't arrived so Sheila wants Kyle to pick up a present. Kyle isn't keen but Sheila is insistent. Roxy has been talking to Ned and they come over to join Kyle. Roxy notes he looks worn out, Kyle explains. Ned suggests a t-shirt and heads off.

Toadie arrives and lets them know Georgia is back in Australia. Kyle feigns surprise. Toadie thinks she should come here, Kyle thinks she's here to see her parents. Roxy heads off and Toadie realises he's put his foot in it. Kyle tells him it's ok but doesn't want Toadie to say anything.

Nicolette comments that Isla was very hungry so Aaron and David must have kept her busy! They've still got something on their minds. They are wishing to discuss the parenting agreement, Nicolette agrees. Nicolette suggests they bond more with Isla before they visit Abigail. They tell her they have bonded and have changed their minds about the trip. Everyone needs time to adjust.

AARON: We want something more clear cut in place.
NICOLETTE: We'd better not put it off then.

They agree to chat after David and Aaron have had a snack. They head outside, Nicolette looks apprehensive.

Outside the Flamingo Bar
Sheila notes that Amy is meant to be working. Amy explains that Levi is here until the rush starts, Kevin is manning the Bar. Sheila pointedly reminds them that Levi is waiting for Felicity to contact him. Levi tells her that he and Amy are ok now. Levi heads inside and Amy pointedly waves Sheila off as Sheila shakes her head. Amy sees a new message from Felicity on Levi's phone.

Roxy arrives, Nicolette has forgotten and explains about the meeting. Roxy is ok about this, Nicolette is happy for her to stay for a cuddle. Roxy looks contentedly at Isla as she holds her.

ROXY: Being a Mum, being responsible for such a tiny human, it's massive. You obviously love it.
NICOLETTE: Way more than I thought I would.
ROXY: Survival of the species thing. Some biological thing that makes you want to protect your cub and fight off all the lions and tigers.

Nicolette now wonders how she could just walk away and not be so much a part of Isla's life. She realises Roxy is tearful and checks how she's doing. Roxy tells her she's ok as she smiles at Isla through her tears.

Outside the Flamingo Bar
Amy wants to talk to Ned but he tells her he's heading off to deal with a delivery. She apologises and tells him she's sorted things out with Levi. She wants to do the same with Ned. She tells him she's ok about Felicity.

AMY: Whatever happens happens. I just feel reborn.

Amy swings her arms out and the phone slips out of her hand in slow motion and falls into the lake. Ned thinks the phone won't be ok if it's not new. Amy suggests putting the phone in rice but Ned doesn't think that will help.

AMY: It's not mine. It's Levi's.

Ned hopes Levi has saved to the cloud. Amy doesn't look too sorry!

David and Aaron are talking to Nicolette. They suggest that they have Isla during the night, Nicolette is happy to alternate nights. She also agrees to express milk for their days.

NICOLETTE: Now I know your focus is on her you should have the relationship you always wanted.

Outside the Flamingo Bar
Levi comes back with the drinks, they took longer than he thought to make. Amy mentions a phone falling in the lake, Levi doesn't think it can be repaired unless it's waterproof. Amy asks if his is and he realises his phone isn't on the table. Amy apologises, Levi wants to know why she was holding it. Amy was waving her arms around being happy they had sorted things out. Ned doesn't look so convinced! Amy apologises again, Levi brushes it off. He thinks he can get an upgrade and Amy offers to pay for it. Ned decides to head off. Levi is happy that things are ok between them.

Ramsay Street
Kyle is getting the ute ready to leave. Kyle is ready but has hurt his back bringing out all the bags! Sheila is still fussing over the bags. Roxy comes out and wishes him all the best. He wants to know how she's doing.

ROXY: Doesn't matter what I'm feeling right now. Just get the results and we'll go from there.

They share a hug and a kiss then Roxy waves him off. Kyle drives off.

Aaron suggests they rotate the routine between them, David has found an app to use. Nicolette would like to return to work part-time at some point. They're happy for that but don't want to rush her before she's ready. David suggests they agree for this to happen for 6 months then review if they can do more.

NICOLETTE: What do you mean by more?
AARON: You said we could have the relationship we always wanted with her?

David gently tells her they still want to be the primary carers which was the original agreement. Nicolette wants things to be 50/50 and they should consider themselves lucky with that arrangement.

DAVID: You started all this. You offered to be our surrogate while we already had a process in place. We deserve more than 50/50.
NICOLETTE: I am her mother. Do you have any idea how hard it is for me to even have this conversation?
AARON: We appreciate that. Can we not ruin all the steps we've just taken?
NICOLETTE: (Angrily) There are no more steps. It is 50/50 or nothing. You decide.

As Nicolette goes to see Isla David and Aaron can't believe what they've just heard.

Flamingo Bar
Ned arrives and offers to cook dinner for Amy. Amy will be tired, Ned offers to do everything including a massage. Amy agrees but another time. Ned realises there's more to his. Amy admits she saw a message from Felicity on Levi's phone. Amy says she's ok with Levi and Felicity seeing each other.

AMY: I've waited too long to tell him.

She thinks Levi will think she read his messages and threw his phone in the lake. She was tempted to do so but didn't do it. Ned thinks Levi doesn't need to know. Amy points out that Felicity will be waiting for Levi's reply. Ned thinks Felicity will find another way if she really wants to. The text was possibly ending what they had and it's too late now. Ned still doesn't think it will make any difference. Amy now wants a massage from Ned so he obliges.

Nicolette comes back and wants to continue talking, there is tension in the air. David wants to know if the options are them letting her have her way or her going again. He points out she can still pull out despite the agreement.

NICOLETTE: You don't trust me. You never have.
DAVID: Because of your actions.
NICOLETTE: Which have all been to protect our daughter.

David doesn't think that's the case when they're meant to be her primary carers as things get heated. Aaron doesn't think this is the way to solve things. David points out the original deal was for the two of them to be Isla's parents. They have stood by her when others haven't been so understanding. Nicolette points out they hid quite a bit from her. Aaron suggests that Nicolette can help decide Nicolette's schooling.

NICOLETTE: That's not enough. I can't take a backseat in her life.
DAVID: Then why did you offer to? This all started with you. We already had something official and safe. It would be easy to prove in court that this was your plan all along. To take advantage.
NICOLETTE: What do you mean in court?
DAVID: Your hostility, your instability, the way you've manipulated everything. Any court would see that as sufficient grounds to grant us full custody. If this is how it's going to be you give us no choice. We'll fight it out in court.

Aaron and Nicolette look stunned.
