Ned and Levi think that Roxy will be back. Ned tried talking Roxy into staying but she was determined to go. Sheila doesn't think this is unusual.

KYLE: And you wonder why she doesn't want to come back here.

Sheila refuses to take the blame. Kyle thinks he's to blame as well. Sheila thinks Roxy needed to hear what she had to say, Kyle thinks she went over the top. Kyle wishes he'd had a chance to talk to her. Bea has looked on her phone and discovered that the only flight today straight to Darwin isn't for another two hours. Levi suggests that Kyle go after her. Kyle is going to head off, he gets a phone call and answers it. The council need to meet him in 30 minutes for another inspection and it has to be then. He hopes Roxy will answer her calls.

No.30
Toadie and Dipi are sitting in the sunroom. Dipi thinks that things are good between Shane and Amy if they can get past her phone call to Pierce. Toadie thinks Shane is looking through rose tinted glasses! Dipi realises that Toadie isn't such a fan. Toadie wants to stay neutral but Dipi pushes the point.

TOADIE: I think that you two gave up too soon.
DIPI: Toad, that wasn't my choice.

By the time that Dipi worked out her feelings, Shane and Amy were together. Toadie realises that Dipi might want to reunite with Shane, Dipi wants to see if it's possible.

The Waterhole
Amy has arrived late and shows her phone to explain her lateness. She has looked round the vacant shop in the Complex and it is just what she needs. Shane realises that Amy wants to stick around. Amy wants to as she has several reasons to do so. She will sort out about her own children if the shop works out. Shane thinks this is a big deal and is chuffed.

SHANE: I quite like having you around.

The last few weeks have been great for Amy as well. Amy still needs to apply for the lease but she is quite sure Terese already likes her. Shane thinks it will work out.

Darwin Airport
Sheila has tracked down Roxy at the last boarding gate. Roxy hopes Sheila won't talk for too long as her flight takes off in 20 minutes.

ROXY: You finally got what you always wanted. Kyle and I are finally over.

Sheila reminds her that she's supported her after a bumpy beginning. Sheila wants to say sorry for being out of order the day before. Roxy points out that Sheila told the truth. Sheila explains that the business and Kyle really mean a lot, Roxy tearfully rues that she spoilt it all. Sheila allows for Roxy's mistake and explains why Kyle can't be here but hasn't got any more details. Sheila promises Roxy that they will work things out. Sheila wants Roxy to come home instead of going to Darwin. Roxy isn't so sure. Sheila knows how much Roxy loves Kyle and deep down doesn't want to go back to Darwin. Roxy thinks Kyle would be better to carry on without her.

Lassiter's Office
Amy tells Terese she is planning a Boutique with women's luxurious basics. Plus evening wear, maybe wedding dresses. Terese is interested and thinks it's been a while since there has been a fashion retail shop there. Amy promises it will be unique and more than just fashion retail. Terese is pleased with her pitch and asks her to draw up a proposal in a few hours, Amy agrees. Terese agrees to consider it along with the other proposals.

Darwin Airport
Sheila thinks it would be better for Roxy to return home and sort things out than just run away to Darwin. Roxy isn't sure as things are so messy. Roxy worries about going back and Kyle loses the Tram and things don't work out. Kyle could blame her. Sheila doesn't know what could happen but doesn't think now is the time to throw the towel in.

No.30
Dipi is impressed how much Nell's reading has improved. Toadie points out that Nell is missing Dipi's stories. Dipi appreciates the talk they had, Toadie is happy to chat again if she needs it. Shane arrives home. Dipi explains that she's spending time with Toadie and the kids, Shane is a bit awkward as Toadie heads out of the room. Dipi asks if Shane is getting on ok at the NA meetings. They're going well and he feels he's taking steps forward, Dipi is pleased.

SHANE: I'm starting to forgive myself which is a start.
DIPI: We've both got a lot of forgiving to do.
SHANE: Yeah we do.
DIPI: If you ever need someone to talk to I'm still here.

Shane is grateful. Toadie invites Dipi to stay for lunch and she agrees.

No.32 Backyard
Bea and Levi are talking about what's happened with Roxy. Kyle arrives and is still trying to contact Roxy, they haven't heard from her. Kyle isn't sure what the council outcome is.

KYLE: That Mira woman has the most poker face I've ever seen.

He is still not in the know why another inspection was needed. Mira didn't mention the Roxy incident. Levi thinks the council will overlook it and it might mean there's a future for the Tram. Kyle is more despondent and thinks it's the end for the business.

No.30
Amy arrives and is requesting Shane's help for creating the proposal today. Shane explains to Dipi and Toadie what's happening. The vacant space is where the Real Estate was before now. Toadie thinks it's a strong step. Amy is enthusiastic about it

AMY: I've always wanted my own exclusive boutique but there's competition so we need to blow their minds.

Shane advises her on how it will benefit Paul. Amy points out there aren't other fashion boutiques there so more customers will come there. Shane likes her ideas so far. Dipi thinks she's taking a big step. Amy tells them when it came to her it seemed perfect. Amy and Shane start talking about layout ideas as Dipi watches them.

Darwin Airport
Sheila hasn't given up on the Tram, she thinks that is the worst that could happen. Roxy isn't so sure. Sheila thinks losing Roxy and the business is too much for Kyle. Roxy points out that Sheila wasn't her biggest fan so wondering why Sheila wants her to sort things out with Kyle. Sheila knows that Kyle would have told her he loved her if he had the chance. Kyle knows best and told Sheila straight up.

SHEILA: He is the best judge of what he needs in his life right now.

Sheila doesn't want to be responsible for Roxy heading home. She is giving Roxy a hard time as she is family, she wouldn't do that otherwise. Sheila sets high standards! The decision rests with Roxy.

No.30
Shane and Amy are finishing her proposal and Shane reassures her she's done a great job. She thanks him for his help. The bank ring Amy, she is hoping they agree to give her the money.

Dipi and Shane sit at the table for lunch. Shane thinks this will work out for Amy. Dipi mentions Amy's children, they live most of the time with Amy's ex in Cairns as Amy needed to travel a lot for work. Amy thinks this could work out here. They haven't discussed this before today. Dipi is being judgemental and is not so sure about about Amy upping and leaving her kids.

SHANE: It's not really any of your business is it?

Sheila arrives home and calls out to Kyle, she's brought Roxy home with her! Bea and Levi are pleased. Kyle comes out of his room and apologises for not going himself. Roxy is ok about this as the others give them space.

KYLE: I really let you down.
ROXY: No I let you down.
KYLE: This whole time you've just been trying to do the right thing.

Kyle was terrified this connection between him and Gary would be gone. He should have been focusing on her. She is more important than anyone else in his life. They tell each other they love each other. Kyle doesn't want to contemplate not having Roxy in his life as they hug.

No.26 Backyard
Kyle thanks Sheila for convincing Roxy to return. Sheila didn't want Roxy to go for the reason she was going. Kyle admits he has been too hard on Sheila over it all, she brushes it off. He realises Sheila is stuck between Kyle and Levi.

SHEILA: You're both wrong and you're both right and you're both my grandsons.

Kyle apologises. Sheila accepts and would be devastated if Kyle loses the Tram. Kyle hasn't heard back about the inspection. Sheila wants Kyle to sort things out with Levi.

Amy mentions the arrangements with her kids to Dipi. Amy thinks Dipi needs to ask Amy herself. Dipi wants to know how things will work out. Amy laughs at the fact that Dipi asks after her children but tells her off for talking to Jay. Dipi stands her ground.

AMY: It must be really tough for you to see that lovely caring wonderful man that you betrayed find happiness with somebody else. My family is off limits!

Dipi claims her innocence but Amy isn't fooled. She points out that Jay and Kirsha live in another state! Dipi reminds her that it is her children's choice and they have a great chance. If she could she would have Jay and Kirsha living with her at home.

AMY: At least none of my kids have accidentally shot their father.

Amy takes a phone call and goes off. Toadie has come into the room and asks Dipi how she is doing. Dipi admits she isn't doing great and can't get over the chat or Amy moving here. Toadie points out the lease hasn't been finalised.

Kyle apologises to Levi for his behaviour recently. Kyle is worried his business will go under but knows Levi's actions were necessary. Kyle admits he should have put Levi in that position. Levi apologises and admits he should have spoken to Kyle before the Council. Things seem to be sorted. Kyle gets a phone call from the Council and takes it. Everyone is waiting to hear what's happening.

KYLE: They're letting me reopen the Tram.

Everyone is happy about this! The Council have come to the conclusion that this was a one off and won't happen again. Kyle has been asked to revise his protocols on Health and Safety and other bits. He has been given a $5000 fine as well. Levi thinks that's a lot of money. Kyle is just happy that he can open up the Tram and pay back the fine. The e-mail about what happened with Roxy helped to sort things out with Mira.

Lassiter's Office
Dipi arrives to see Terese who is expecting her. Dipi tells her this is an important matter involving her family. Dipi asks if it's possible to choose a tenant other than Amy. Terese points out that this is not good for business or ethical. Dipi realises she's asking a lot but worries about the consequences if Amy moves here. Terese doesn't want to get caught up in all this. As Dipi gets more upset as time goes on she doesn't think Shane is ready to commit to a relationship yet. Terese apologises but thinks it's something that Dipi and Shane need to talk about.

DIPI: I am trying to protect my family.

Dipi realises she shouldn't have asked this of Terese. Terese decides to forget this chat took place. Dipi thanks her and leaves.

Ramsay Street
Roxy is glad that the Council have come around to the Tram reopening which Kyle agrees. Roxy suggests that Kyle dresses up as Captain Von Trapp but Kyle has no idea who she's talking about until Roxy explains. Sheila comes out to the car. She tells them that she's planning to head off to Frankston for some time away. Shane will cover her shifts. She doesn't want them to cause more drama, they promise. Roxy and Kyle flirt about lederhosen.

Lassiter's Office
Amy arrives in an empty office with her proposal. She leaves it on Terese's desk.

Dipi arrives as she forgot her phone. Amy silently leaves the room. Dipi sees the proposal on the desk. She hesitates but puts the proposal in her jacket pocket and leaves the room.
