No.32
Nicolette tries to laugh it off but Jane isn't fooled. Nicolette had gone to visit Nell Mangel. Jane is surprised as they hadn't spoken for a long time. Nicolette knew that Nell was poorly as Jane was e-mailing her to tell her this. Nicolette didn't admit this to Jane as the visit wasn't a success. The visit started well but Nicolette wasn't just there for a catch-up.

NICOLETTE: I needed her to know the truth about who I really am.
JANE: You told Nan that you're a lesbian.
NICOLETTE:(angrily) I had to hide who I was because of her outdated beliefs and I needed her to know how much it hurt me.

The visit went downhill and Nell went downhill very fast. Nicolette departed as the nurse was due to arrive. Later that morning Nell died. Jane is upset to hear this.

No.28
The kids are settled, Toadie thanks Karl for having him over for dinner. Karl is feeling bad after what has happened with Nicolette and Jane, Susan points out he is feeling guilty. It wasn't necessary for Karl to let Jane know what had happened. Toadie thinks Nicolette and Jane can sort this out as they've been trying to sort things out.

Tram
Kyle seems to have a bit of pain in his arm but brushes it off to Roxy. Roxy cares, Kyle points out that Sheila is hurting as well. Sheila isn't very enthusiastic about anything so Roxy suggests that herself and Sheila visit bars in the city. Roxy needs a good night out after everything that has been going on with Ned. Sheila isn't keen so Kyle will take Sheila home.

Bea is putting boxes into the van and yawns as she goes to get into the van. Kyle doesn't want her to drive. He reminds her what happened to David when he was so tired and doesn't want a repeat of that. Kyle offers to take her home instead. There is a puddle at the back of the van.

Lassiter's Complex
Terese is curious why Paul's phone keeps pinging with notifications. He shrugs it off as Facebook notifications. Terese worries that Harlow is pushing herself too much studying and stress about Ned as well. Paul thinks that Hendrix is distracting as well! Paul is stunned to see his portrait next to the pool. Paul thinks a thief has stolen it and placed it there.

TERESE: I'm having flashbacks to reading 'The Picture of Dorian Gray'.
PAUL: How do you think I got the idea of stashing it in the attic?

Terese jokes about a ghost doing it. Paul wants to make the person pay but Terese isn't so fussed. They turn round to discover the painting has disappeared!

PAUL: My portrait has got its own Facebook page.

It seems that people are taking photos of them and the portrait and tagging Paul in their post. Terese advises him to avoid reading the posted comments.

No.24
As Hendrix arrives home Chloe tells him that there is food in the oven. He and Harlow have been doing a lot of studying but Harlow is very stressed. Hendrix is ok as he can be. Chloe apologises for Pierce's absence when he could be supporting Hendrix. Hendrix understands they need to work through things but isn't so understanding about Nicolette coming over. Chloe reminds him she's blameless. Hendrix thinks Pierce and Chloe will work things out if Nicolette stays out of the way. Hendrix wants her to get her priorities straight. Chloe promises to talk to Nicolette.

No.32
Jane can't understand why Nicolette didn't tell her sooner. Nicolette knows that Jane would be upset and she didn't mean to upset Nell. Jane reminds Nicolette that she would have known from nursing experience that upsetting Nell who was elderly wouldn't help her health.

NICOLETTE: She deserved to know the truth and I deserved to be heard.

Nicolette doesn't regret what happened. David arrives home and thinks Jane wants to discuss joining the household. Nicolette has more to discuss but Jane needs to leave.

JANE: I have heard enough and it is completely unacceptable. (Jane leaves.)

No.24
Chloe feels for Nicolette carrying this burden for so long and thinks it will help she has been honest.

NICOLETTE: You didn't see the way Mum looked at me. I don't think she'll ever forgive me.

Nicolette thinks it's possible that Jane is correct that she is selfish. Chloe thinks that Nicolette showed courage when she was honest with Nell. Chloe is proud of her and would have been honest with Russell if she had had the chance. Nicolette is worried about how things will be with Jane after they've just sorted things out. Hendrix appears and calls Chloe over. He's not so convinced that Chloe is setting boundaries as promised. Chloe explains things aren't great, Hendrix admits Chloe would have been heartless to turn her back on Nicolette. Chloe is unsure how to help her though.

No.28
Susan, Jane and Karl are sitting round the table. Karl apologises, Jane is ok about it as he had her best interests at heart. She would rather know what had really happened however difficult it is to hear. Susan thinks it's possible that Nicolette was carrying guilt, Jane doesn't think Nicolette is remorseful about this. Jane thinks that Nicolette got the result she wished for on her visit. Susan thinks she didn't actually want it to happen. Jane thinks it's possible without realising it. She was resenting Nell and thinking Nell should be punished.

JANE: I doubt that I'll ever know what her true intentions were that day.

Jane is touched but turns down Susan's offer to cover her classes the next day. Susan is happy for Jane to stay on. Jane can't see the way forward but know there will be brightness in the future. Jane heads out of the room. Karl tells Susan they might need to put their trip off as Jane will need them.

Lassiter's Lake
It's now the next day. Roxy explains to Sheila that the portrait is the one Ned did of Paul and about the painting moving around. Sheila has a good laugh, Roxy will set up the notifications on social media for her.

SHEILA: It looks like an x-ray of the thing he calls a soul.

Paul arrives and they claim to be bird watching! Sheila gabbles on as Karl smirks at the painting. Paul looks bemused and walks off. Kyle thinks they should return the painting to The Hive. Roxy is pleased that they've made Sheila smile. Roxy thinks it's better to leave the painting where it is.

David thinks that Jane will be able to chat more about this Nicolette eventually, Nicolette isn't overly confident!

NICOLETTE: Nan Mangel isn't here anymore and she's still managing to come between us.

David tells her what happened with his own grandmother. They agree the pain doesn't disappear. Nicolette worries things have deteriorated between them. Also she realises they won't have the extra rent from Jane as she won't be moving in. David is more concerned about Nicolette being ok. Chloe texts Nicolette who is touched by her concern. She appreciates Chloe's friendship.

No.28
Susan reminds Karl that they're needed by Elly. Karl thinks they can go at a later date instead. Jane realises what's happening and wants them to still go. She can look after things at school and space between the three of them should be a good thing. Jane is determined to find somewhere else to live, somewhere other than No.32. Jane isn't sure if she's ready to talk to Nicolette. She isn't sure if she talks to Nicolette she could unsay whatever she is going to say. Jane can't get over losing Nell though she knows she has worked through so much with Nicolette.

Power Road
Bea hasn't heard from Ned so asks Terese for an update. Terese tells Bea that he's coping by closing off from other people. Terese thinks a miracle will save Ned from jail time but hasn't given up yet. Terese reports that Paul keeps checking Facebook for updates over his portrait being moved around. Terese has a few people in mind for the culprit! Terese wants to put an end to it. Terese needs to drive her car onto the forecourt so Bea goes to move the van. As Bea moves the van there is a puddle underneath.

The Waterhole
Terese reports that the portrait is now in the ladies according to Facebook.

SHEILA: Bags is exposing himself in my very toilets?!
ROXY: Talk about public indecency. Someone call the art police.

Terese admits that after checking herself the painting is no longer there. Roxy thinks the humour is needed with everything going on. Terese agrees but tells them that Paul is going crazy! Terese asks Roxy and Kyle to locate the painting so she can put a stop to this.

SHEILA: It's hard to think that anyone would want to get on Paul's nerves.

Harold's Café
Pierce hasn't been in touch with Chloe today and Chloe wants him back at home to work through everything. Aaron is heading off but Chloe goes to speak to Jane. Chloe tells Jane that upset is over this business. Jane quietly points out that Nicolette isn't blameless. Chloe tells Jane that Nicolette didn't tell Jane as she didn't want her to get hurt. Nicolette also loves her Mum. Jane thanks Chloe but things are not easy. Chloe tells Jane that Nicolette has enjoyed getting close to Jane again. Nicolette would want to talk things through with Jane.

The Waterhole
Hendrix has arrived to see Terese. Terese wants Hendrix to return to the painting as enough is enough. Hendrix and Toadie's phones ping, Toadie laughs at the latest update. Hendrix is sorry he missed seeing the painting in the ladies! Hendrix claims his innocence as he has been studying at home, nobody can back this up. Terese can see why Hendrix would do this after the way Paul has behaved but thinks Paul will get madder if Hendrix carries on. Hendrix hasn't got a clue who is responsible. Toadie also claims his innocence and has backup. The notifications tell them the painting is now at the tram.

Erinsborough Hospital
Nicolette can manage to work as it keeps her busy. David tells Nicolette that Chloe spoke to Jane, Nicolette is grateful for Chloe's support.

Nicolette isn't impressed with Karl and wants to report him to HR. Karl was worried about what she was being secretive about. Nicolette wishes he had checked with herself before talking to Jane. Karl thought she might not be honest after what she said about London! Nicolette doesn't think it concerns him, David reminds them where they are. Karl reminds her they're going away so hopes Nicolette and Jane can work things out. Nicolette points out he's to blame for things being messy and is furious!

NICOLETTE: I won't forget what you've done and you need to stay away from me.

The Waterhole
Kyle tells Terese he and Roxy stopped looking when they got the notification about the Tram. Terese hasn't got time to track down the portrait along with everything going on with Ned. Roxy points out that the culprit is cheeky and knows Paul doesn't like his portrait. Terese points out that Hendrix can't get into the Hive. Roxy keeps dropping hints until Terese realises that Roxy is the culprit! Kyle and Sheila seem to be surprised as well! Roxy wanted to put a smile on Sheila, Terese and Ned's faces. Terese isn't mad at Roxy, she's impressed. Terese thinks Paul will laugh about this one day! A couple of friends helped transport the portrait between locations. Roxy will stop having the portrait moved, Kyle and Terese are going to collect it.

Power Road
Kyle wants to know if Terese really wants the portrait! Terese just wants Paul happy that the portrait is under lock and key again! Bea hasn't finished working on Terese's car so offers to lend her the van instead. Terese accepts and mentions Karl and Susan's trip. Bea isn't overly enthusiastic about just her and Jane at home. Terese is fine with the van as at 14 she drove the bombed out combi belonging to her boyfriend.

BEA: 14? Could you get your learners at that age back then?!

Terese agrees it wasn't possible! Terese starts the van and finds she is struggling to turn the steering wheel. She concentrates on that. Kyle is distracted by his phone ringing as he walks across the forecourt. Bea shouts a warning as Terese realises too late and hits Kyle! Karl writhes in agony on the floor as Bea rushes over.
