No.26
Aaron and Amy arrive with her stuff, Gary welcomes her to her new home. Aaron jokes about Amy keeping on moving in and out!

GARY: You wouldn't catch me moving home after an all nighter!

Amy decided not to delay after meeting up in the Coffee Shop. Gary takes Amy's stuff into the bedroom. Aaron quietly points out about her not mentioning Kyle being there the night before. Aaron points out Amy could feel guilty telling a lie. Amy tells him the lie just happened and she didn't plan to lie. Amy worries Gary would feel insecure about Kyle if she told him the truth. Aaron is convinced that it will make things worse when Gary finds out.

No.28
Susan is in the kitchen and Bea wanders out from the bedroom. Bea refuses some toast as she's not hungry, she's heading to The Waterhole for a sound check. She is performing her new song later in the day and Susan wishes her good luck. Bea points out that Susan has got the look she has when she's holding back an opinion. Susan wants to know if Bea will share who the song is about with the audience. Bea isn't sure. Susan is worried that it will stir up feelings against Finn in the community.

BEA: How is that a bad thing?

Susan admits to going to see Finn to get measurements for a new suit. Shaun is footing the bill but Susan is getting the suit. Bea angrily can't believe how much Susan is doing for Finn! Susan calmly states that Finn is putting in effort for the hearing. Bea still isn't convinced. Susan is helping him to feel at ease. Bea isn't impressed and leaves the house.

Ramsay Street
Paul finds there's no room for cardboard in the wheelie bin. He watches Leo come out with cardboard as well. Paul comments he wasn't aware that Leo was moving into No.32. Paul says he isn't cross with Leo for telling everyone what was going on, Leo can't believe that Paul would be cross. Paul says that he hadn't meant to say it. Paul would rather that things weren't like this between them as they see each other across the street. Paul goes to put his cardboard in Leo's bin but Leo stops him, Paul points out Terese's is filled up.

LEO: Yeah full of rubbish and seen better days.

No.22
Imogen asks Terese if she will take her blazer to the dry cleaner as she is so busy. Terese is happy to do that. Imogen is meeting with Miranda Kelly. She doesn't want to go into much detail in case it jinxes the case. It could make a difference to the case though. Paul comes in and announces he intends to order new bins.

IMOGEN: Been here five minutes and she's already giving you chores huh?
PAUL: I'll do whatever it takes.

Terese announces she's planning a barbecue this afternoon to celebrate Paul moving in. Paul thought it would just be them but Terese plans to invite Gary and Amy.

PAUL: I just took the rubbish out, why would I want to bring it back in?

Terese points out they need to get friendly with the neighbours as part of building their home together! Gary is still their neighbour. Paul suggests they invite the rest of the street as well. Imogen only has time for a short appearance. Chloe, Sheila and David are busy with work (not in this episode) but Terese thinks Dipi and Shane would be free. Paul suggests Aaron and Kyle as well, Terese isn't so keen on including Kyle as Amy and Gary will be there. Paul still wants to invite him especially as he works with Paul, Terese agrees. Paul isn't going to invite Leo as it wouldn't go down too well! Terese is heading to the dry cleaner then the supermarket. Paul offers to go, Imogen isn't sure if he knows where it is! Paul brushes it off as Terese laughs. Terese hands him stuff to take him the stuff he needs and Paul is puzzled what they are. (A bag, liquid and probably the blazer.)

Erinsborough Hospital
Susan is measuring Finn for his suit. Finn guesses this isn't the first time Susan has done this, Susan has done this for sons and grandsons for weddings and deb balls. Finn wonders if she's done it for court cases, it seems she has. Finn finds the concept weird of wearing a tailored suit. She is ok with doing this, Finn thinks she is upset. She tells him he isn't the reason, when pushed she tells him about her and Bea's argument. She tells him the song Bea is performing a new song about him tonight at The Waterhole. Finn thinks telling the world how she feels is Bea's right. Susan worries it will stir everything up and she told Bea this. Finn tells Susan that Claudia never did this kind of thing for him. Susan brushes it off but Finn thinks it's more to it. He gives her a hug.

No.22
Gary and Amy arrive. Gary thinks it's strange that Paul is inviting them to his barbecue. Amy wonders if it's Paul's way of apologising. Paul jokes about Paul giving them his blessing. They greet Paul as he comes in from the backyard. Gary has brought some of his own big sausages. Paul accepts them and Amy apologises about Chloe.

Terese, Aaron and Kyle come inside and Amy is surprised they invited the rest of the street. Terese explains Paul wanted to get to get reacquainted with his neighbours. Terese asks for someone to start the barbecue, Gary and Kyle volunteer in unison! Gary suggests they do the job together. The others head outside leaving Aaron and Amy inside. Aaron realises Amy hasn't mentioned Kyle working with her the night before. Amy is planning to do it. Aaron warns Amy to ask Kyle not to mention it or it will sound worse if he says anything.

The Waterhole
Miranda and Imogen have got their drinks and are taking them to a table. Miranda mentions the fact that Shaun has approached her for a character reference and Miranda is willing to do just that. Imogen plans to ask for a non custodial sentence as she thinks that would be better. Miranda seems surprised by this. Imogen explains that Finn will need to have a lot of restrictions in place, he will need to live with someone who will be responsible for him. For example a family member or an ex-wife. Miranda seems incredulous at the idea. Imogen points out that Shaun and Claudia don't have permanent residency in the country. His father is refusing to have anything to do with Finn. Miranda points out she lives in Sydney so wonders if it's possible. Imogen says that local halfway houses are overflowing it would be a convincing argument. Imogen asks her to consider the idea. She reminds Miranda she was able to house Finn when he was on the run. Miranda tells her it was his own idea to go to her parents cabin but Imogen reminds her the police weren't informed. Imogen thinks that Miranda cares about Finn's future.

MIRANDA: I used to love him.
IMOGEN: I think that if you saw him now you would be reminded of why.

Imogen suggests Miranda visits Finn at the hospital and find out for himself. Bea arrives and asks why Miranda is there. Bea is determined to find out as she will find out tomorrow otherwise. Imogen explains she was asking Miranda to consider giving Finn a place to stay. Bea is incredulous, Miranda is considering it.

Bea goes over to the mike and tells everyone she wrote this song about Finn Kelly. She describes him as a monster that came close to destroying her life. Bea doesn't think Finn deserves anyone forgiving him.

No.22 Backyard
Shane, Dipi and Paul are by the barbecue Paul is tending. Shane comments that Toadie is due back in a day or two so they'll need to find a new home sooner rather than later. Dipi asks about Paul's Penthouse plans, Paul says it is most likely to become part of the hotel. Paul suggests a townhouse in Robinson Heights instead. The lease would be a grand, Shane thinks that's per month but it's per week! Paul thinks it's a great deal, Shane and Dipi just laugh!

Amy suggests to Gary that he takes over the barbecue and Paul can chat to the other guests. Amy suggests he gets another beer as Kyle comes over. Kyle is drinking coffee as he had a big night working. Amy jumps in with talking about Kyle doing housework as they are so messy.

AMY: Did David finally crack the whip?

Gary jokes about a cleaning roster. Amy suggests Gary makes them a double shot and he heads off. Amy has to admit to Kyle she told Gary she was by herself the night before. She said it quickly when she was really tired and it was too late. Kyle understands as was done in as well. She didn't want Gary to worry so she just gave him an easy answer. She asks Kyle not to mention it to Gary, Kyle agrees. They head off and we see that Paul has heard everything!

The Waterhole
Bea is singing her song. Ned comes in during the song and joins in the applause. He tells her what an amazing job she did. She has recorded the song and plans to send it to Finn. It sums up what she wants to say better than her victim statement. She plans to go and visit him. Bea says he needs to have to be in a cell rather than a great life with Miranda. Ned is confused so Bea tells him about Imogen and Miranda's meeting. Ned can't believe that Imogen has requested that Miranda gives Finn a place to stay! Bea thinks it definitely seems to be a possibility.

No.22 Backyard
Amy updates Aaron that Kyle has got the message about not telling Gary about the night before. Amy worries that Gary might think she has feelings for Kyle if he finds out about it, Amy denies having feelings. Aaron reminds Amy to keep calm but it's better if Gary finds out eventually rather than be kept in the dark. Amy tentatively agrees.

Imogen is showing her phone to Paul and Terese, it's a piece where she sees her name in print, they are impressed. Ned arrives and comes over, shouting at Imogen. He is mad about Finn maybe getting a non custodial sentence. Gary comes over and can't believe what he is hearing. Imogen calmly states that she is getting the best deal for Finn. Gary tells her she puts being a lawyer first before being a human. Terese isn't impressed but Ned agrees with Gary.

NED: I can't believe that we're related.

Ramsay Street
Leo wanders up the street. Ned comes storming out and Leo asks what the matter is. Ned denies anything being wrong. Ned is ready to punch someone and updates Leo about Finn. Leo invites him for a drink but Ned isn't convinced that will work. Ned walks off, heading for the hospital.

No.22
Gary apologises for embarrassing Amy, he hates the fact that Finn might escape justice over Xanthe. Amy is ok about it as she would go mad if Finn had hurt Jimmy and got away with it. Gary tells her he couldn't think of a better person to support him.

Amy needs to tell Gary something but is interrupted by Paul and Gary coming inside. Paul offers Kyle some beers from the fridge but Kyle declines. Paul insists as a thank you for helping Amy the night before! Gary works out that Kyle was there the night before, Amy awkwardly confirms he was there for most of the night. Gary takes his arm from Amy's shoulders and realises that's why she wasn't able to make the dinner. Kyle laughingly tells him they were sorting out the budgets. Gary thanks Paul for inviting them over. Gary and Amy go to leave, Kyle volunteers to bring the leftovers inside.

Amy tries to explain, Gary points out she said it was just her the night before. Amy claims nothing happened. Gary isn't so sure as she has lied to him. She apologises and tries to explain.

GARY: I don't think you can Amy. Instead of coming home to me you spent all night with my son the ex love of your life. To make things worse I have to hear it from him. Gary leaves.

Amy tells Paul she was about to tell Gary and Paul jumped in first. Paul claims not to know that Gary didn't know about Kyle being there the night before! Amy doesn't know either way but thinks Paul is just prioritising making things hard for them. Paul claims he wishes for Amy to be happy. Amy tells him to stop sticking his nose in, he does the same with all of them and doesn't learn from it either!

AMY: No wonder Leo doesn't want a bar of you. (Amy leaves.)

No.28
Imogen arrives to talk to Susan. She explains that she is late due to the issue at the barbecue. Susan asks what happened. Imogen explains that everyone having a go at her because she is defending Finn.

SUSAN: It's rotten being at odds with those you love isn't it?

Susan says that Bea still isn't happy that Susan has changed her statement. Imogen wants to know if they are doing the right thing. Susan isn't sure.

No.32 Backyard
Leo is lounging beside the pool drinking a beer and listening to music when Paul arrives. Paul comments that Leo has settled in. Paul invites him over to his house, Leo isn't keen on this idea! Paul says there is leftovers from the barbecue. Paul comments nobody was impressed with his small talk.

LEO: Finding it hard to relate to the common people?

Paul is having to adjust and now remembering how having to cook is tedious! Paul realises now why David got Leo to do the cooking! Paul thinks that David isn't managing to keep things tidy inside. Paul reminisces about David picking things up all the time when they all lived together. Leo agrees that they weren't able to locate anything! Paul admits he is missing Leo, he and Terese want him back in their lives. Leo is more keen on being alone forever than spending time with the two of them. Leo jumps into the pool.

No.26
Amy is on the phone begging Gary to come home so they can sort this out. She suggests an alternative of a text so they can meet and talk. Kyle arrives and Amy reports that Gary is cutting off her calls. Amy regrets lying. Kyle agrees but points out Amy was trying to save Gary from worrying. Amy points out that didn't work well! Kyle wants to know if that's why she lied or more to it. She admits to it being a bit strange being around him. They are getting through it though, Kyle agrees. Kyle heads off.

No.22
Terese comes inside, she's been looking for him. Terese helps show him where a tray goes and asks him if things are ok with him. He admits to visiting Leo. He thought it might be easier to try talking as they're living across the street from each other. Leo is still spiralling and Paul doesn't know how to get through to him. Terese points out that David is around to support Leo. Paul guesses Terese means that Paul should stop trying to interfere in their lives. Terese suggests that even if they make mistakes they need to find their own way. Mistakes like ripping each other to shreds in a public place. They realise the barbecue was disastrous. Terese is proud of the way that Paul put in so much effort. She reminds him they've got the place to themselves. They have kids and stepkids for the cleaning up... Paul likes this idea! They kiss.

Erinsborough Hospital
Imogen and Susan walk out of the hospital, they see Finn gingerly making his way towards the entrance. Imogen is impressed he is managing without a cane. Finn is determined to look strong when he goes into court tomorrow. Finn is impressed with how great his suit looks when Susan hands it to him.

IMOGEN: We both need to look like our most honourable selves tomorrow.

Finn thanks her. They continue talking as Bea walks in their direction. They step out onto a crossing as a blue car speeds towards Finn, Imogen and Susan. Finn sees the car and pushes Susan and Imogen out of the way. Finn is hit, he and the women lie on the road. Bea looks aghast and runs towards them.
