Number 28
Susan demands that Jemima leave. She claims that since the moment she arrived Jemima's asked for handout after handout and now she's destroying their home. Jemima goes to pack her things. Karl tells Susan that Jemima just wanted this to be a surprise as a thank you for putting in a good word with Amy. Susan says Jemima told Amy to shove her job. Karl thinks they should give Jemima the benefit of the doubt.

SUSAN: Don't you get it, she is a freeloader. I mean it, I want her gone!
KARL: She's my sister, I can't, I won't turn her away.
JEMIMA (returning): And that's why I am proud to call you my brother.
SUSAN: You back for the silverware?
JEMIMA: No. I am back to tell you that you passed the test. You're a good man Karl Kennedy and you deserve to know my secret. I'm not down on my luck, not even close to it. I am a millionaire! And by millionaire, I mean multi!

As Jemima laughs, Karl looks shocked and Susan shakes her head.

Number 32
Dipi offers Shane some tea, he seems hurt by the suggestion. She didn't mean it like that. He tells her about the people laughing at him at work. Dipi says it could be a bit of karma for the way he was teasing Clive. Shane says he knew what she was giving him, whereas he had no idea.

SHANE: I'm just the loser husband who's been dosed up by his wife for the last 20 years.
DIPI: You are not a loser!
SHANE: You see me as a failure.
DIPI: No, I think you're smart, your inventions are great!
SHANE: Come on Dip, it's not too long ago that you admitted you were sick of supporting me.
DIPI: I didn't use those words.
SHANE: You have to prop me up financially and in the bedroom!
DIPI: But can't we just please get past this.
SHANE: Nah, this is something I have to sort out for myself.

Number 28
Jemima tells Karl that her businesses are just hobbies. She wrote a song about a tram, and she gets royalties from a European transport company that has used it every year for 30 years. Susan thinks it's unbelievable. Jemima says it means she doesn't have to work, and she has to be careful with people, which is why she tested Karl. She will repay every cent he spent on her behalf and she'll make sure the house is fixed up the way Susan wants. Susan asks what she was supposed to think by the way Jemima behaved. Karl agrees that Jemima went about this an unusual way, but he understands why. Jemima knew he would. Susan doesn't look impressed.

Number 24
Aaron takes another painkiller, while we hear Mark laughing at the TV. Chloe comes in, surprised to see them waiting up for her. They promise they won't interfere again, but she still won't tell them who the guy is. She says he did book another session, a lunch that she doesn't know how to get out of. She says the guy wants something that she doesn't offer. Mark and Aaron get protective, but Chloe says she's fine and she has it under control. Chloe goes to bed.

AARON: Something that's not on offer, there's no prizes for guessing what that is. What, are you not worried?
MARK: Of course I am but we can't go sticking our noses in here. We just have to trust that she does have it under control.

Boat
Leo and Terese wake up together, and talk about how wild last night was. They start kissing.

The Waterhole
Paul arrives and asks Shane and Ned if they've seen Terese. Ned says they haven't and suggests he asks Leo, but Leo's gone missing as well. Ned covers for Terese by saying she was going to a work function in the city and she said she'd stay the night if things went late. Paul tells him that he wants Terese to give an update on cash4company, parents have complained about finding a card in the elevator. Aaron meanwhile is overhearing the conversation from his table. Paul asks if Shane knows anything about the paid dating service. Shane says he doesn't, and takes out money from the tip jar, saying he's just finishing up.

Boat/The Waterhole
Leo and Terese are still kissing when Paul calls. Terese answers, while Leo kisses her neck. Paul asks if she's done anything about the paid dating service, while Aaron eavesdrops. Terese tells Paul that she'll be back before lunch, before changing her mind claiming she needs to see someone, so she'll be back after lunch. Paul tells her to make the investigation a priority, Lassiters' reputation is at stake.

Number 28
Susan asks if Karl understands why she has a problem with this, he was very forgiving to Jemima. Karl says she's eccentric, the same way Ronald was.

SUSAN: She's been playing us from the very beginning, it's like, I don't know, like she thinks she's Willy Wonka. If we behave we get the keys to the chocolate factory, I mean who does that?

Karl tells Susan she's completely justified in feeling the way she does, and he's sorry if it seems he's been taking Jemima's side. Karl says underneath it all Jemima has a good heart. Susan isn't trying to get between the two of them, but she has a lot of questions. Karl does too, he says they should discuss this at brunch, he's going to see if she's awake.

Harold's Café
Dipi tells Sheila that Shane hasn't talked to her for days. Sheila thought after the way Shane ribbed Clive that he'd be able to see the funny side of it. Dipi says it set off a crisis of confidence, personal and professional. Sheila tells him to give him space. She says Gary's behaving oddly at the moment and Xanthe's convinced it's because he's lonely. When Sheila suggested some single ladies this morning, Gary told her to mind her own business and he can find his own female company.

Aaron and Mark arrive, Aaron tells Mark that Paul wants to bring cash4company down. He doesn't know its Chloe yet. Aaron says they need to talk to Chloe, but Mark thinks she won't talk as she's still mad at them.

The Waterhole Exterior
Jemima pours champagne for Karl and Susan. They ask Jemima about 'Jem's Events' and if she stays in that run-down property they visited. Jemima says its just a mailing address, she mostly stays in hotels now while she travels and studies. Susan suggests Jemima stay at Lassiters, pointing out that she doesn't like their linen or pillows or anything really. Jemima misses people, and while her children treated her appallingly, she still has faith in family, and Karl's all the family she has. Karl thinks they can come up with some kind of arrangement. Susan rolls her eyes and Jemima thanks Susan. Paul arrives and learns Jemima's told Karl and Susan everything. Paul thought it was fun keeping their little secret. He says it was hilarious seeing Susan make a donkey of herself. From Susan's death stares, Paul makes a quick exit. Jemima says Paul figured out who she was, what was she supposed to do. They all drink up.

The Waterhole
Paul comes in and Sheila tells him that her tips have gone missing, Paul says he saw Shane take them earlier. Paul tells her two of his executives have gone AWOL.

PAUL: Terese and Leo, neither of them will return any of my calls and now I have to salvage our fine reputation all on my own.
SHEILA: So you're leaving Lassiters.
PAUL: Oh hardy har, very funny, I'm talking about cash4company.
SHEILA: Oh yeah kitchen hands told me all about it, company my foot!
PAUL: You see, everyone's gossiping and I will not stand for it.
SHEILA: Oh funny, I thought you'd be first in line with that one leg of yours.
PAUL: Will actually I am, but only to find out who it is and then give them their marching orders.

Paul says he's arranged an anonymous date with them this afternoon, she'll be wearing a red collar but if he had his way he'd have her in handcuffs. He shares a look with Sheila when he realises how that sounds.

The Waterhole Exterior
After Karl and Jemima have left, Sheila joins Susan to ask if it's true that Jemima is cashed up. Susan knows Sheila is on Jemima's side. Sheila says she got carried away the other day but Susan is her friend and her loyalties lie with her. She tells Susan that the more she doubts Jemima, the more she'll push Karl towards her. Sheila tells her to wipe the slate clean and start again.

Boat
Terese has put a shirt on, but Leo says not to go yet, they have the boat for another hour. Terese says she has to go home and he does too. If they're going to do this regularly they can't give Paul any reason for suspicion. Terese asks if Paul's gone on any more dates with Jemima. Leo says probably, and tells her the boat is free again tonight if they want to come back again. They kiss after agreeing to meet back later.

Number 28
Karl listens to Jemima's song. Karl asks if Ronald heard it before he passed away. Jemima says he did but they weren't very close by that time. He did phone her from Bratislava once very excited when he heard it on the radio, it was a great moment but she wishes there had been a few more. She asks about the wall signed by the kids who have lived in the house. They're all grown up adults now, many weren't their own kids but they took them in anyway. Karl says they like having young people around the house. Karl asks if Jemima's tried to heal the rift with her kids, she says they wouldn't be interested. All the more reason to be happy that she's found him.

Lassiters Car Park
Shane and Chloe sit in his car. He says no one will ever know, its not a big deal. Chloe says it is a big deal for her. Shane says he needs this right now, Chloe says once was enough. She says they can't do this ever again. He says he shouldn't have pushed so hard. Chloe says she has to get to her next appointment.

Paul approaches while leaving a message for Terese, telling her he's about to unmask cash4company. He looks ahead as he sees Chloe leaving Shane's car as she puts a red collar around her neck. Paul looks furious as he heads back towards Lassiters.

Number 28
Jemima says the council will be around later this afternoon to collect all of the scrap material they've cleared from the living room. Jemima says she will fix it all up whatever way Karl and Susan wants, her gift to them. Susan returns impressed to see they've tidied up. She passes Jemima some flowers. Susan says she wants to get on so she hopes they can wipe the slate clean. Jemima would like that too. Karl tells Susan he loves her and they kiss. Susan goes to get a vase, while Jemima says it's a pity she didn't put wire in the stems, the flowers won't last a day before drooping.

JEMIMA: So I can expect more of this sort of thing, now that we're "friends."
SUSAN: You don't think we can be?
JEMIMA: Come on Susan, Karl may have won me over but you've got a long way to go.

The Waterhole
Sheila brings Leo and Aaron some snacks, while Dipi rushes in looking for Shane. Paul comes in and wonders why Leo hasn't been answering his calls. He's realised Chloe is behind cash4company. Aaron says there is no hanky panky, its only for dating. Paul says he just saw her and Shane in his car. Sheila says that's why he took the tips from the tip jar. Dipi doesn't believe it, but Sheila says he did the same thing to Courtney when she gave him those massages.

SHEILA: I'm just saying he's got form, and after tea-gate, he's got something to prove!

Dipi asks Aaron if Chloe has said anything to him. Aaron says she didn't name any names, but it was someone they knew and they've been on one or maybe two dates. This person apparently wanted more. Dipi is shocked and leaves.

Ramsay Street
Shane is looking through the chipboards that Karl and Jemima threw out. Shane asks if they're cool, and Chloe agrees, telling him about the date that stood her up. Dipi marches over and tells Chloe to get away from her husband. Shane tells Dipi to calm down, as Mark watches. Dipi asks Shane how many dates he's been on.

DIPI: What kind of woman goes out on dates with another woman's husband anyway. You are nothing but a cheap tart.
CHLOE: No...
DIPI: Don't you dare!

As Dipi walks towards Chloe, Chloe takes a step back and falls into the pile of chipboards. Mark rushes over, while Terese looks on concerned.

DIPI: Perfect, in the trash where you belong!

She turns to Shane and tells him he can join her. Shane rushes after Dipi, while Mark helps Chloe to her feet.

Coming up on Neighbours
- Mark tells Chloe he's trying to look out for her as people can be cruel. Chloe says so can family and friends.
- Shane asks Dipi if she's happy with him.
- Terese tells Leo that when Paul finds out about them he'll make their lives incredibly hard. Leo asks if she wants to end their relationship.
