There is an update to the credits/titles this week. The Willis family aren't together in one shot any more, Brad/Terese are in their own one and taking the place of Lou/Bailey is one of Josh/Imogen walking through Lassiters.

Number 32
"When did it happen," Daniel demands to know and Amber explains it was the night of their wedding after she thought he'd run off with Imogen. "Josh was there for me and it just happened," she tells him before adding that she wishes she could take it back because she's felt sick ever since it happened. She also explains that she did want to tell him but Paige said not to. He's peeved that Paige knows before he does, even though Amber tries to explain that she needed someone to talk to. "Who else knows?" he demands and she replies nobody and that Josh doesn't know either because Paige told him that the dates didn't match up.

DANIEL: So she's helping you lie about it?
AMBER: No, don't blame Paige, this is all on me.

He reminds her that they don't have secrets and she apologises and tells him that she wants the baby to be his and for him not to hate her. "I need time to think," is Daniel's reply and he walks out of the house, ignoring her plea to think it there with her.

Number 30
Sonya rushes home to rescue Kyle as Nell is unwell (gastro!). They talk about his forthcoming interview for the council beautification project as he admits he's nervous and she tries to reassure him that after dealing with Nell, his interview will be a breeze!

The Waterhole
Daniel enters the bar and is in a world of his own but when Paige (and Josh) try to engage him in conversation, he walks out of the bar.

Penthouse suite
Daniel seeks consonance with his uncle instead and declares that if everyone had given them their support, he'd have been married to Amber and she'd never have slept with Josh. Paul reminds him that she did think he'd run off with Imogen and he's still peeved she even thought he'd do that, commenting that "doesn't she know me at all?" Paul decides to go for the philosophical reply, telling is nephew that it's a rare thing to connect with someone.

PAUL: Someone that reads you, someone that knows you better than you know yourself.
DANIEL: I thought she was the one.

He admits that he just wanted what his parents have and thought that could have been them. "You'll have that one day," Paul tells him "when the right person comes along."

Harold's Store (next day)
Sonya denies she's checking up on Mark as they (and Nell) have brekkie.

"Oh no," Nell cries with Mark/Sonya as an very ill looking Kyle (and Georgia) enter the store with him looking seriously unwell after picking up whatever it was that Nell had the previous night. "Oh no," Nell cries again as Kyle runs out looking for a toilet!

Penthouse suite
It looks like Paul is back to his old self as he tries to un-do the selling of Lassiters. Since the cooling off period has ended, he tells Naomi that he's got an appointment to see Toadie, to see if he can find something.

Harold's Store
"I'm so sorry, this is all my fault," Paige tells her sister after they meet following a text from Amber to tell her that Daniel knows about Josh. "It was my decision," Amber makes clear to her sister and just hopes she hasn't ruined everything. Paige thinks Daniel just needs time to cool down and think, hence why he probably stayed with Paul (Amber said she didn't know where he was). Amber then adds that he's not even replying to her texts.

AMBER: I can wait. I can wait as long as it takes if it means he's going to forgive me.
PAIGE: He will.
AMBER: I wish I could believe that.

Number 28
Karl prescribes Kyle rest and keeping his fluids up after examining him and suggests sending Georgia as his company rep when he's clearly too ill to do the council interview. "I don't know anything," she pleads and Karl advises her to just talk from the heart... like he does in his song writing. Sonya interjects to say that won't work, the interviewer is more interested in budgets and stats. That doesn't help Georgia either, since its not her forte, and even she explains that she'll be hopeless! However, she finds herself being talked round when they come up with a suggestion of using cue cards... and using 'mate' a lot so she sounds like a real tradie!

The Waterhole
Dressed appropriately as a tradie rather than her usual attire, and most definitely not talking her usual style, Georgia meets Trevor. Sheila comes over to take their order and can't help but drop in a few casual compliments suggesting what a good job Kyle does.

Getting down to business, Georgia hands him over the budget but he wants details on how they arrived at the budget figure of $95k. "No worries mate," she replies but the face suggests something else.

Harold's Store
Amber sends Paige over with Josh's order and as she heads over to his table, Daniel walks into the store. "What's Josh doing here?" he asks Amber and her reply is he's studying before adding to his question that Josh knows nothing of what happened last night. Daniel decides he's ready to talk and while she goes to get her things, he sarcastically thanks Paige for all her help! "I was just trying to protect her," she explains and his reply is that she should have stayed out of it!

PAIGE: Well she's my sister.
DANIEL: You're the last person I expected to go along with this, making up lies about a baby.
PAIGE: That is totally different.
DANIEL: This is exactly what your grandmother did to you, sticking her nose in because she thought she knew what was best.
PAIGE: Don't you dare...
DANIEL: It's the same thing Paige.
PAIGE: NO ITS NOT!

Paige yelling those words out has attracted Josh's attention and brings Amber scuttling out of the kitchen to see if Daniel wants to talk outside.

Josh heads up to the counter wanting to know why she was yelling at Daniel, and despite her trying to suggest that she just a "yelly kind of person," his interest looks more than aroused.

Lassiters Lake
"Do you hate me?" Amber asks and Daniel replies no, he's disappointed, hurt and really angry at both her and Josh. "This isn't his fault," she tries to explain to him but he's not having that and thinks he took advantage of her. "That's not how it happened," but he just wants to know why she's defending him. Amber denies that, simply taking responsibility for her own actions and asks what happens now. Daniel repies that he doesn't want Josh to know yet, even if it makes him hypocritical, to allow him to figure things out. Amber accepts that and asks if he's coming home (he's not sure yet) and then if he still loves her.

DANIEL: You don't fall out of love overnight Amber. Whatever happens, the baby needs to come first.

Penthouse suite
Paul is on the phone to Toadie and is begging him to "find me a loophole," regardless of the cost it may involve and when he gets off the phone, reassures Naomi that they "aren't beaten yet."

Naomi is rather tense around Paul and eventually he asks why and her reply is she feels like she is his executive assistant, which he reminds her that's what she is. She then says that up until a week ago she was more than that and he explains that he's getting better now and to get back to his old self, needs to take control of his affairs again. She gets that, and then eventually gets to the crux of the matter by asking that she thought they were more than that. "We are," he reassures her and that the table he wanted her to book was for them and adds that they could then return back to the penthouse suite to spend time together...

NAOMI: What did you have in mind?
PAUL: Mmm you know... private celebration.

Judging by the smile on her face, she's been won over!

The Waterhole
Georgia is taking a quick peek at her cue cards while Trevor is having a bathroom break. Sheila comes over to check how its going (Kyle phoned asking) and picks up the cue cards to have a look just as he returns so can't give them back to her (even more so after they got accidentally knocked to the floor despite Sheila being quick to pick them up).

Without her cue cards, Georgia is struggling to answer his questions now and is of course caught out so is forced to try and explain all to him.

Harold's Store
Georgia gives Kyle the good news that he's got the job and explains to him about getting caught with the cue cards but Trevor liked what he'd written on them and "the passionate speech that I gave," helped win him over. Kyle is over the moon but she forgoes on a congratulatory kiss when he goes to give her one!

(Later)

Paige has declared that what Daniel said to her was right but Amber tries to reassure her by saying what Kathy did was far worse and that she shouldn't blame herself.

PAIGE: It's too late!

Amber is worried if Daniel will forgive her or not especially after seeing the look on his face when they were chatting. "It's like something was broken," she tries to describe to her sister and Paige urges her to have faith, they are after all the golden couple!

PAIGE: You're like Posh and Becks and Brad and Angelina and Bert and Ernie.
AMBER: I love Bert and Ernie.
PAIGE: You and Daniel are meant to be together and if he's too dumb to see that then I'm here for you... for whatever that's worth!
AMBER: Its worth a lot.

The Waterhole
"You are a deadly weapon aren't you," Mark tells Nell after he hears that she is okay but Kyle isn't from Sonya as he enters the bar.

Sheila is disturbed from looking at the happy scene by Naomi ringing a bell to summon her attention to order a whisky. Naomi ignores her mum's comment about her attire (a very posh looking close fitting dress) and her commenting that Mark would make a great dad. Instead, she tells her mum what their plans are but all that does is have Sheila accusing Paul of spending money on her to keep her interested.

NAOMI: For the last time, you are wrong about him.
SHEILA: Now where have I heard that before? Oh that's right; it was you about your last reject... Charlie boy!
NAOMI: He's nothing like my last relationship alright. Paul is special.
SHEILA: Any man who's been married five times would need to be, even if two of his ex's tried to knock him off!

Naomi decides to go powder her nose while her mum gets the whisky sorted out.

SHEILA: You're making a huge mistake.

Penthouse suite
Sheila decides to pay a visit to Paul and ignores his comment about their being a mix-up after he ordered a beautiful woman. She asks him to stop messing around with her daughter although Paul reminds her that Naomi is a grown woman with a mind of her own.

PAUL: I don't think she needs her mother telling her what to do.
SHEILA: Well you know she doesn't listen to me so that's why I'm here to ask you.
PAUL: I don't listen to you either!
SHEILA: Naomi's a good person; she doesn't deserve to be the latest casualty in Paul Robinson's war on women.
PAUL: Oh stop being such a Drama Queen.

She points out his track record and asks him to think seriously about it for one second.

SHEILA: How many women's lives have you ruined mmm? Rebecca's, Lyn's, all the various ex's.
PAUL: You are bang out of order.
SHEILA: And what about your children? How many of those have you driven away?

She's obviously hit a raw nerve there and is told she can go.

SHEILA: All those people had two things in common; they got close to you and walked away with a broken heart. You are not good enough for Naomi, she deserves someone she can trust, someone who she can start a family with, not a man who is twice her age and who's only love is his business.
PAUL: Alright, get out now!
SHEILA: I will fight tooth and nail to protect my daughter from the likes of you. She deserves better Paul and I think deep down you know that.

Sheila goes to leave but then stops for one final word.

SHEILA: Be a man, let her go.
