Imogen tries to control her breathing.

Paul eventually persuades Naomi by increasing the remuneration to her being his executive PA starting immediately. She also confirms to abide by the confidentiality clause that's in the contract too. Literally seconds after she's signed on, Paul casually mentions that he's got leukaemia and the only people that will ever know about it will be her and his doctor.
Well
Daniel seems concerned about the amount of water coming down the walls of the well.
Number 22 (next day)
Kyle is round to engage Josh in more work at Lassiters - there is another leak at the accident site.
Just before they go, Josh takes a call to say that Imogen's car has been impounded after being towed away on the day of the wedding - this puzzles them as it was presumed the duo did a runner to go camping. "Maybe they took the bus?" Kyle suggests but Josh points out they've a perfectly good car to use.
Garage
Matt leaves his car with Tyler for a service and then turns down an invite from Dimato to join him for a coffee citing errands to run for Lauren.

Nick reports to Paul that the biopsy taken confirms acute lymphocytic leukaemia and clarifies that it can appear suddenly, which explains the lack of symptoms. He then explains to Paul the treatment (daily infusions) and that they'll monitor his blood after each treatment.
PAUL: Just how sick am I going to get then?
Nick explains that some people tolerate chemo better than others but commonly its fatigue, light sensitivity and memory problems, so suggests lightening his workload. Paul asks what his chances of beating it are and Nick replies that 80% of people achieve remission but half of those relapse.
PAUL: About a 40% survival rate.
NICK: Paul, I will do everything in my power to help you fight this.
Paul sincerely thanks Nick especially given their recent words over the cancer centre, but is told to save his energy as this is going to be a tough fight. Nick then informs Paul that the treatment begins today (in a private room) at the hospital and reassures Paul that it will only be him doing the treatment as Paul was worried since he knows a lot of the staff at the hospital.
Naomi arrives at the penthouse and Nick seems shaken that she knows about his diagnosis. She confirms that she understands the confidential nature of what is happening and reiterates her role in making Paul's life easier.
Lassiters Complex
Just as Kyle thinks he's got the job finished, Josh spots bubbles in the lake and Kyle concludes that it must be part of an old system that Phil from the water board mentioned last time.
Mark passes the pair of them and Josh tells him about the call he received about Imogen's car being impounded on the day of the wedding when it was assumed she and Daniel had taken off camping together. Josh confirms that Daniel's car is still where it is and any calls made is going straight to the message bank.
JOSH: It's not like Imogen to go completely off the grid like this, regardless of what's happened.
Josh asks Mark to check it out for him but explains that his hands are tied unless a formal missing persons report is put in.
JOSH: Not everyone thinks that her and Daniel have run off together. I don't. There's something about this that just doesn't feel right. All I want to know is that she's okay, you know.
Mark suggests that Josh come down to the station and they agree to meet up in five minutes.
Well
Imogen's breathing is still laboured and she comments to Daniel that people in solitary confinement start hallucinating, eventually becoming delusional/disorientated. "Good thing we're not solitary," Daniel replies.
Lassiters Complex
Josh returns after filling in the paperwork at the station and reports that Brennan is now on the case. Of course the pair are literally just a few metres away from where Imogen and Daniel are, while they wait for the water board to come.
Well
Imogen gratefully sucks on the wet cloth that Daniel has given her (he's been soaking up the water).
Lassiters Complex
Kyle gets off the phone from the water board with news that they need to drain the lake to help fix the leak and their suggestion is to use the well for the water.
Well
This of course is the well that Daniel and Imogen are currently sitting in!
Harold's Store
Naomi and Mark run into each other literally in the store and she explains that her new job meant she couldn't visit him last night. He's surprised that she's working for Paul but her explanation is the money offered meant it wasn't something to turn down.
Hospital
Naomi updates Paul on his re-scheduled meetings as Nick sets him up for the chemo session. When Naomi leaves to make a call, Paul offers to be a guinea pig with experimental treatment to help fight it. Nick is about to discuss that but is told to wait until Naomi returns so she can be in the loop. He questions if he can trust Naomi and it's a firm yes from Paul but then when she returns, instead of staying to talk about the experimental treatment, he departs.
Garage
Dimato presents Tyler with a 'shopping list' for him to repay the favour and he seems happy with what's on it, replying "done."
DIMATO: It's not done until I get those cars.

Paul confirms to Naomi that he hadn't felt any symptoms, other than being tired while they wait for Kyle to arrive. Moments later, Kyle arrives and once he explains to Paul why it's required, gets permission to divert the water.
Mark has also hitched a ride up in the lift to see if Paul wants to put in a missing persons report on Daniel after explaining that Josh has put one in on Imogen. "A complete waste of police funds," Paul decree's adding that they'll turn up when they want to. Paul confirms that he's not heard from his nephew and doesn't expect to either even when Mark explains all the evidence there is to date.
PAUL: They've run away together not gone on a shopping spree!
"Yes, but in what car?" Mark asks and Paul suggests they've simply used another method of transport. Naomi is suspicious something us up (due to Imogen's conscious) but Paul just thinks its normal Daniel behaviour.
Mark then explains that because an official report has been submitted, he's got to re-trace Imogen's steps/talk to anyone that talked to her and asks for Tom Ramsay's number when Paul mentioned he'd spoken to her.
PAUL: I really think you're wasting your time you know.
MARK: Well I hope so.
Lassiters Complex
Kyle/Josh commence the preparations needed to transfer the water from the lake.
Well
Imogen's earlier talk of hallucinating has obviously got to Daniel because he tells her about visioning Amber's face coming through the darkness. He's then got to act quickly (by hugging her) when Imogen has a mini panic attack about wanting to get out. "Breathe with me," he urges her and eventually she does just that.
Penthouse suite
Mark has got the wrong end of the stick over Naomi helping Paul earlier (he thought she was going to be giving him a back massage) but before she can reply, Paul comes back with Tom's number.
Lassiters Complex
"Do you think we're over-reacting?" Josh asks after telling Kyle about the calls he made to his parents (Brad thinks the car being towed is weird while Terese is worried they should have put the missing report in earlier) but Kyle replies he'd have done the same thing if it was his family.
Back to work, Kyle puts a hosepipe down a storm drain pipe connection that apparently leads directly to the well.
The Waterhole
Naomi updates Nick on how Paul is feeling when they run into each other in the bar. She also confirms that she can keep her mouth shut (plus she's got her confidentiality clause) and reminds him that she only answers to Paul after he brought up that he's bound by doctor/patient confidentiality over Paul wanting his diagnosis to remain secret.
Matt comes into the bar seeing Tyler, and when he does, warns him to stay clear of Dimato. "Hardly know the guy," Tyler replies and sticks to that line when Matt mentions he saw them talking earlier.
MATT: Well I'd make sure it stays that way.
Lassiters Complex
Matt waits while Mark leaves a voicemail (for Tom to contact him) before wanting to have a word but before that happens, the Sergeant calls to talk to Mark, so Matt walks away rather than waiting to talk.
Well
Imogen hallucinates what Daniel is telling her (that he loves her) as she recovers from the mini panic attack she took. Thankfully he's not picked up clearly her reply (that she loves him) and wants her to keep resting when she stands up.
Lassiters Complex
Kyle/Josh can't open the storm drain pipe as the wheel as stuck fast.
Well
The pair of them hear the generator that's just started and start shouting for help.
Lassiters Complex
Kyle tries using a crowbar to shift the wheel.
Well
It's obviously worked as water begins to enter the well. "Where's that coming from?" Imogen asks before realising that they're starting to pump water into the well. Frantically, they both begin yelling trying to attract attention on the surface.
Promo
- Mark telling Josh about Agnes throwing a ring down some well.
- Paige warning Tyler he'll go down for it if he does the job.
- Brad asking Terese what is going on.
- Lauren confident that there's no more secrets between her/Matt.
We then see various shots of the cast over text saying 'Who will die?'
