Number 32
"Do you think I have my head in the clouds?" Amber ask her grandfather and his reply is only days ending in a 'y'! She doesn't see the joke of it, so he quickly explains that it isn't a bad thing, it's just that she is a dreamer (something that the world needs) and she's got time yet to figure things out. Lou then asks why she's suddenly become down-beat.
Rotunda
"How could you!" Lou greets his friend when he finds him sitting in the rotunda. Harold explains that Amber wasn't meant to find out about it, it was a private conversation between himself and Daniel.
LOU: I don't know what's got into you.
MADGE: Good sense that's what!
Lou gives Harold a funny look as he turned towards Madge (she's sitting next to him, unseen by Lou of course) when she spoke, so he ponders for a moment before giving his reply.
HAROLD: Lou, don't you agree that Amber is far too young to be taking such a large step? What she needs is, well what they both need, is someone to counterbalance their soft side.
LOU: What they need is to be happy... and they are. Surely you can remember that with Madge?
(Harold/Madge look at each other quickly)
HAROLD: Madge and I were very different. We were much older when we married.
LOU: And you both regretted the lost years.
MADGE: Oh what rubbish!
HAROLD: Those were not lost years! Madge had Charlene and Henry and I had Kerry and David.
LOU: You know what I mean, Madge was your one true love and you met each other when we were all kids together.
Harold concedes that point and Lou demands he goes to see Amber to take back all that he said. "Don't you dare!" Madge yells adding that he knows he's right. That re-told to Lou comes out as an "ahhhhh," leaving Lou looking extremely puzzled!

Toadie tempts Mark into sharing his woes about Naomi over a beer rather than belting nine shades out of the punch bag that he was previously doing.

Tyler isn't too appreciative of Chris giving him tips on a job he's having a bit of trouble with and instead turns chat to the baby scan. Chris announces that he's not going to the US until they resolve Nate's visa issues and even the prospect of it being expensive isn't deterring him from pursing it.
Number 30
"I don't know what's going on," Mark explains to Toadie about the yo-yoing Naomi is doing. Toad describes Naomi as being insecure so a lot of it comes over as an act.
MARK: You reckon?
TOADIE: Yes, why else would she go for guys that are unavailable.
Mark points out that he's totally available and tells him about Naomi's claims that he's still hung up about Paige. "Are you?" Toadie asks and he replies no, just feels bad for mucking her around and doesn't want Tyler to do that to her too but makes it clear that he only cares for her as a friend. "Does Paige feel the same way?" Toadie asks and Mark confirms that he thinks so but Naomi doesn't believe him. Toad points out that's probably due to Naomi being burned in the past and Mark's tuppenceworth is that she "needs to get over it."
TOADIE: As easy as that eh?
MARK: You don't think I don't know how hard that is after everything that happened with Kate? Sometimes you got to push it all aside and move on. I just wish Naomi would do the same thing.
TOADIE: Have you told her that?
MARK: You know for someone that isn't listening you're doing a very good job!
TOADIE: Sorry what was that?!
Number 32
Amber is trying to convince Daniel that Harold should be at the wedding even though he now doesn't want his grandfather there following his comments.
DANIEL: I want people there who support us.
AMBER: Yes well if we stuck to that rule we would have a pretty small head count.
Amber wonders if the accident has caused a change in Harold as he isn't the person Daniel described to her previously. He's not sure about that but is sure that nobody is going to ruin their big day for them.
Garage
Toadie stops off to set up a time for Chris/Nate to come and see him about the visa issue and they agree on tomorrow morning.

Mark decides to confront Naomi where she can't run away from him - in the spa! She puts down the accusations she made as "a moment" and he reassures her that she is the one he likes not Paige.
MARK: I know everyone thinks I'm still messed up over Kate, and yes, she was a huge part of my life but I'm ready to move on... with you. I don't know where this is headed but I want to find out.
"Why me?" she asks and Mark replies if she wants a list and of course she does!
MARK: Okay. Well let's see, you're spontaneous but you know what you want, which is a very rare combination. You think you're tough but you're just a marshmallow but most of all you're driven, resourceful and here's a real kicker you're a really, really good kisser.
And of course he just has to re-confirm that last point, after which, she demands he joins her in the tub, and once he does they resume pashing.
Number 30
Harold is treating Madge to another trip down memory lane from his Ramsay Street photo album, this time talking/showing her pictures of Tad and Paul although he's now debating whether he should apologise to Daniel or not.
MADGE: What, for telling Daniel the truth?
"You never did like upsetting people did you," she calls to him as he answers the door - its Imogen dropping off some files for Toadie. Madge suggests he asks Imogen if Daniel/Amber are good for each other and when he raises that to her, she's quick to exit the house!
MADGE: Now there's a girl who's hiding something.
HAROLD: Yes, or minding her own business as I should have done in the first place.
MADGE: Harold Bishop, if you back out now I am leaving.
Number 24
"Give the neighbours something to talk about," Naomi comments after agreeing to Mark's request for her to stay over after she was planning on heading home. She starts to clean the living room up (they've obviously been TITTNL™ there) and Mark wonders what she's doing.
NAOMI: Well no, if we're going public, I'm not going to be known as the girlfriend with the clean freak who messes up his place.
MARK: Ahh girlfriend?
NAOMI: Too much?
Mark doesn't answer that, he's got other things to be doing instead with his girlfriend!!!
Harold's Store
Amber is unsure of exactly why Harold wants to talk of them as she sits with Daniel. Imogen enters the store and comments that the pair of them look miserable. Amber tells her that Harold doesn't think they should be getting married and Daniel adds in that he thinks Harold wants to put that right as he's invited them round. Imogen tells them about her visit and that he was calm so wonders if he's feeling remorseful? The pair decide they're not going but Imogen talks them round into going and hearing him out.
Number 30
Harold lets Daniel and Amber into the house and begins by apologising to Amber for her overhearing their conversation and gives them his support... "no matter what happens." Daniel immediately wants to know what that means.
HAROLD: It's your life Daniel, you have to make your own decisions.
DANIEL: Even if you don't approve? You're important to me. I want to hear you say you're on my side.
HAROLD: I'm sorry Daniel, I can't do that.
Daniel tells him that his invitation to the wedding has just been withdrawn before the pair hastily depart the house.
HAROLD: Well that went well!
Harold then looks around to see where Madge is but can't see her.
Number 24 (next day)
Naomi is pleased to see Mark in his uniform appear from the bedroom as she is making breakfast. Their morning pash is interrupted with exciting news about the judge in the bake off competition, and taunts Mark that she'll only tell him who it is if he kisses it out of her!
MARK: Challenge accepted!
Tyler isn't too happy to see them pashing and mentions to them about the house having thin walls as he grabs something to eat before quickly leaving the house.
Lassiters Park
Chris sends Nate a text to remind him that they are meeting Toadie in an hour and for him not to be late.
Tyler and his new toy (a remote controlled car) interrupt his thoughts and entices him to join in the fun of playing with the car.
Lassiters Complex
Harold spots Lou having breakfast outside the store and it's extremely frosty between the two friends.
HAROLD: I'm afraid you were right, I've messed things up terribly.
LOU: Should I go inside and see if they have a nice slice of humble pie for you?
Harold knows he deserves the comment and explains about the meeting last night and that he's off the wedding list. "What did you say this time?" Lou asks and Harold doesn't explicitly say what was said, just that he's concerned for him and can't pretend otherwise. "Yes you can," Lou rather than Bob the Builder replies and adds that sometimes that's just what you have to do.
HAROLD: Not being a very good grandparent am I?
Harold asks Lou if he can give him some pointers, if he's not ruined things with him, and is told to take a seat!
Number 32
"It's a matter of principal," Daniel explains to Amber why Harold is off the guest list and thinks that they should stop doing things to please others and do something for themselves, which is going thought a mock wedding ceremony.
DANIEL: Amber you keep me grounded no matter how crazy I get, and that can be pretty crazy! But you still put up with me.
AMBER: Daniel, you make me brave. You always help me see the best in things, even myself, and making you smile is my most favourite part of the day.
DANIEL: I Daniel Robinson, take you Amber Turner to be my wife. I promise to help you look for the keys when you can't find them, to make you hot tea when you have the cold and hold you tight when you freak out about some random noise in the middle of the night and to love you forever.
AMBER: I Amber take you Daniel to be my husband. I promise to listen to you talk for hours when you become obsessed with a new band, to never laugh at your dreams, to put my arms around you whenever you're feeling sad and love you forever. I now pronounce us...
DANIEL: Husband
AMBER: And wife.
DANIEL: May I kiss the bride?
(Amber leans in and kisses him)
DANIEL: Well its official, we're married!
AMBER: And nothing can keep us apart.

Lassiters Park
Nate/Tyler are playing with the toy car.
Number 30
Toadie tells Chris to make sure he takes loads of videos as they watch one of Nell taking her first steps, something that he missed. "Hopefully I'll get to be," Chris comments which starts Toadie off on all the first firsts there are with a child. "I can't wait," a besotted Chris replies and adds that he think Nate will too.
Lassiters Park
Well at the moment, Nate is too happy playing with Tyler's toy car than to be at the meeting with Chris.
Number 30
"Sure Nate won't be long," Chris comments to Toadie as they finish up with the pics/videos of Nell. Chris confirms that Nate is coming because he knows how important it is.
Lassiters Park
I think Chris could be waiting a fair bit as the boys are still playing with their toys... well the toy car.
