Outside the Waterhole
Naomi bumps into Georgia (literally) and she explains that she's having dinner with an ex who owes her something, which she wants to get back. Georgia comments there are lots of dodgy men about.
GEORGIA: Like just then, this guy asked me out, and when I mentioned he was wearing a wedding ring... You know what he says? "Minor detail." Naomi agrees it's outrageous, and leaves as Georgia gets a call...

... from Sonya, telling her that she doesn't need to babysit Nell, as Callum has "volunteered". Toadie asks her about it, and she explains she's not comfortable with Cal and Josie being alone. Toadie points out that Callum will invite Josie over.
SONYA: Yeah, but how often has Nell got in the way of us being intimate, yeah?
Toadie tells her that it's a new phase and they have to trust him. On cue, Callum appears, and Sonya tells him that Georgia can't make it. He agrees - not that he has much choice - that he will babysit, and Josie will come over.
Paul's Penthouse
Daniel is hanging his washing on the balcony. Paul objects.
PAUL: I'd rather not have your underpants on display. Thank you.
Daniel points out that it's helping their carbon footprint and follows up with a few more suggestions. Paul asks how the trial is going, and Daniel says he feels uncomfortable not having made it on his own.
Waterhole
Josh tells Amber he's got to see a Sports Psychologist to discuss his future. Having told Josh to go, Terese checks that Amber knows her brief: selling the Waterhole as a sophisticated but relaxed drinking venue. She's enlisted Daniel as Amber's assistant.
Nearby, Georgia tells Sheila that someone hit on her earlier, and it's made her question what signals she's sending out. Sheila suggests that he was probably just trying his luck, but when Georgia describes him Sheila realises it was Charles.

Charles and Naomi are in the kitchen. He's impressed that she's remembered his favourite wine. She tells him she'll show him what else she remembers after they do the "legal stuff".
CHARLES: Why do I feel I'm being manipulated here?
NAOMI: You taught me everything I know.
He says he hasn't heard from the lawyer yet. He suggests in the mean time they forget about whether he signs the document, and have some fun. Sheila bursts in and accuses him of cheating with Georgia. He denies it, then says he just paid a compliment. Naomi asks her mother to leave.
SHEILA: He's never going to leave his wife and he'll never sign that document.
NAOMI: Just go!
SHEILA: You'll see!
In the kitchen, Charles tells Naomi he didn't come onto Georgia. Naomi tells him that she ran into Georgia earlier, so she knows he did. However, she says she doesn't care about that. She tells him she took the painting because he told her it was hers - he knows that.
NAOMI: But if you ever loved me, even for a little bit, you will sign that bit of paper.
He says nothing, and she realises that Sheila was right. She says she's calling her lawyer. She sits down and sobs.

Callum and Josie are babysitting Nell. Callum tries to be positive, but Josie says she thought tonight was going to be "special". Callum tells her that Nell went in his bag... and his parents know everything. Josie panics, but he assures her they won't tell her mums. Josie suggests that since his parents are out, they could put Nell to bed early, then there would be nothing stopping them... They lean in for a kiss, and they smell something.
JOSIE: Did you just...?
CALLUM: No.
JOSIE: It was her, wasn't it? She's done a number two.
CALLUM: From the smell of it, it's a number three.
JOSIE: What's that?
CALLUM: It means you need to go and get gloves.
Waterhole
Amber is taking photos, which she pronounces dull. Daniel tells her she needs a break, and he begins to throw nuts in the air and catch them. Don't try this at home. Amber decides this is just right for "sophisticated and relaxed" and snaps away. Then they move on to shaking cocktails, and eventually Amber has a shot she is happy with.
DANIEL: You must be an amazing photographer.
AMBER: No, you're just a good model. You took direction brilliantly.
DANIEL: That's a worry. Who wants to be good at being told what to do?
He tells Amber he's struggling to care about the job, but it's not for ever, and it's helping someone he cares about.
Paul's penthouse
In a first, someone - in this case, Terese - calls for permission to come up to the apartment. Where's the receptionist who buzzes everyone up? Paul is grumpy because she's arriving - she probably wants to come and bother him, he says. However, she's come to see Daniel, and offer him a trainee management post - which is on his own merits. Daniel wants time to think about it, but Paul says it's the best news he's heard in ages, so Daniel reluctantly agrees.

Toadie tells Charles that their demands are simple: he should sign the paperwork (so that Naomi can keep the painting) and drop the charges. Charles says he would if it was his painting, but it belongs to the family trust. Toadie threatens to take him to court, telling him they have a very good case. Charles is not keen on the idea, because of his children, but points out he can afford the best lawyers.
TOADIE: I'm representing Miss Canning free of charge.
CHARLES: Why? Are you sleeping with him?
Toadie says he's doing it because he wants to see justice done, and he'll see Charles in court. Charles says he'll talk to Polly, adding that he did care for Naomi.
Harold's
Daniel tells Amber he should be mad at her, since Terese wants him to be a trainee manager after what Amber had told her. Amber apologises and suggests he get himself fired! Daniel says the only time Paul's not depressed about Kate is when he's talking about work.
Lift to penthouse
Toadie gets a call from Charles. Polly has agreed to drop the charges if they agree to drop the court case. They - the Tranners - will keep the painting. Toadie tells Naomi they don't have to accept it: they can still go to court. When he explains what losing the case would mean, she tells him to accept the offer. Toadie advises her to take time to think about it.
Penthouse
Naomi tells Paul that the Tranners are keeping the painting. Paul's annoyed, and comments that he should be charging interest. She suggests that Toadie write out a payment plan. Paul wants to consider his options. As they are leaving, Paul grabs her, and says he may have a more "creative" way of her paying him back.
Waterhole
Toadie, Sonya and Naomi walk in.
SONYA: Creative, what does that mean?
NAOMI: I guess it means I'm screwed.
Naomi offers to buy a round, but Sonya wants to rush home. Toadie says it's fine - they'll stay. Naomi goes over to her mum to tell her she was right about Charles all along. He was never going to leave Polly and she was too dumb to realise.
SHEILA: You were just totally and utterly in love and that makes fools of the best of us.
She tells Naomi to find a good, stable bloke who knows how to treat her right. Naomi looks over at Toadie who gives her the thumbs up. She smiles, then sighs.

Toadie and Sonya arrive home to find Callum on the couch. Sonya asks where Josie is.
CALLUM: Nell did a number 3, so she got so grossed out, she just went home.
Georgia arrives home, and says she had the best night out - it was amazeballs! Callum challenges her on why she cancelled her babysitting to do that. Georgia says she did it after he volunteered... She realises something is going on, so she goes off to bed.
SONYA: I might have lied to you.
CALLUM: I got that. I want to know why.
SONYA: Well, if you really must know I was uncomfortable with the idea of you and Josie being alone.
CALLUM: So you just made us babysit so we wouldn't do anything.
SONYA: Yeah.
CALLUM: I thought you guys were cool.
SONYA: No, see, your dad's cool. I never said anything about being cool.
Sonya says she was just stalling for time, and Callum says it was none of her business.
