No 24
Priya comes back from her 'meeting' and Ajay asks how it went. She fobs him off and asks after Rani; she's in her room doing homework. Priya comments that Harley can't be that bad an influence after all, but Ajay still thinks Priya should talk to Rani about 'being sensible'; Priya agrees. Ajay tries to lure Priya into joining him on the sofa to help him with the crossword, because it's ages since they've done one together. Words can't describe how unexcited Priya looks at this prospect, but she eventually relents and sits down next to him.
Charlie's
Andrew keeps staring at the door and Tash wants to know why. He's waiting for a courier to bring the latest batch of his medication. Tash still thinks he's crazy for ordering them online but Andrew doesn't want a lecture. He gets a reminder on his phone telling him it's Tash's birthday tomorrow, and he asks why she hasn't mentioned it. Slightly surprised he's thought to make a note of it, she brushes it off, saying it's not one of the milestones. Paul arrives for a meeting with Andrew, just as the courier arrives with his meds. He asks Tash to sign for it, but Paul is shocked that he would let a staff member sign for a delivery. Tash quickly covers for him by explaining that it's medication for her.
PAUL: Is this a regular occurrence?
TASH: Monthly, if you know what I mean.
Tash claims that the hours Andrew makes her work means she can never get to the chemist! Paul relents, leaving with Andrew, and Tash pockets the pills for safe-keeping. Chris comes in, talking to Toadie on the phone - afterwards, he explains to Tash that he's managed to fast-track the special dispensation from his driving ban, so that Chris is allowed to start cars at the garage. Conversation moves to Tash's birthday: Chris is surprised to find she hasn't asked Andrew for the day off tomorrow, assuming it's because she thinks he wouldn't let her. But Tash plays it down, saying she doesn't want a big fuss.
CHRIS: That's boring!
TASH: Birthdays around here are a kiss of death. Look what happened on yours - on Andrew's!
Chris therefore suggests they have a 'pre-birthday party' today - just them, Summer and Aidan, in Kyle's hot-tub! Outside, they find Rhys and ask his permission, but he point-blank refuses, despite their reassurances that it won't turn out like Tash's last party. Andrew overhears the conversation as he writes on the menu-board. Chris suggests a DVD night to Tash instead, but she's not keen, and goes back to work.

Francesca is pestering Lucas to buy a new suit for the wedding. He and Vanessa think it's too expensive, despite Francesca's offer to pay for it, but she insists it's a necessity. Sonya bursts in to see Lucas, and Francesca suggests they can talk to her about the flowers - forcing Vanessa and Lucas to admit to Sonya that they're getting married. Flabbergasted, Sonya is lost for words, and eventually congratulates them, before making a hasty exit. Lucas promises he'll come over and 'talk about flowers' later.
No 24
A bored Priya sits with Ajay as he happily guesses answers to the crossword, while she has intermittent flashbacks to far more exciting encounters with Paul!
AJAY: A five-letter word for 'discomfort'.
PRIYA: It's so obvious.
AJAY: Don't tell me alright. Not yet! Oh, I've got it. 'Agony'! See? You've got to have a bit more faith in me!
The agony continues...
Charlie's
Outside, Rhys runs into Andrew, who starts guilt-tripping him for not letting Tash have a birthday party in his hot-tub! Andrew points out that it's Tash's first birthday without Michael around and she's had a tough year. Rhys isn't interested, and simply demands that Andrew fetch him a coffee.
RHYS: Why's it so important to you? I didn't even think you and Tash were talking?
ANDREW: If she doesn't get a party, she'll be a pain to work with.
RHYS: No, I don't believe that. You want to change my mind, tell me the real answer.
ANDREW: Tash is the only one that's been good to me when no-one else has.
He leaves, having effectively told Rhys to stop being so selfish. Rhys smirks and sighs.

Lucas comes round to see Sonya; she can't believe what he's getting himself into with the fake wedding. Lucas explains that if Vanessa doesn't marry him, her family will cut her off.
SONYA: It's a massive lie. Fake marriages don't work. Or have you forgotten what happened when Jarrod decided to marry Steph?
LUCAS: This is different, okay? We're not covering anything up! And nobody's getting hurt.
Sonya asks what will happen if one of them falls in love with someone else, but Lucas says it's not that big a deal since they're already living together and having a baby. Sonya guesses that Lucas is going ahead with this because he thinks it will make Vanessa love him back. He doesn't deny it. Sonya begs him to call it off before he gets hurt, but Lucas can't take any more nagging and walks out.
No 32
Francesca continues to nag Vanessa about the wedding arrangements. Lucas comes back in, saying the flowers are a work in progress. Francesca has found him a suit, and comments that they need to sort him out with a haircut too! She leaves and Vanessa apologises for her mother's nagging ways. Lucas admits Sonya isn't thrilled with their news, but that she's worried because they don't love each other. Vanessa says it's not ideal, and that Lucas is an amazing guy for going along with it.
LUCAS: And you don't think it's a problem that we don't love each other?
VANESSA: Well, it's a problem. But ultimately you're the father of my child. And more than that, you've become my best friend. I don't think I can do this without you.
Charlie's
Summer and Chris pester Tash into doing something special for her birthday, but she's still not interested. Summer tells her she's getting a birthday cake whether she likes it or not. Overhearing them, Rhys slinks over and tells Tash he's changed his mind: if they want to use the hot-tub, they can. Tash is thrilled and Chris goes off to call Aidan, while Summer asks if there's anyone else Tash wants to invite. Tash suggests inviting Andrew. Summer sneers at this idea, saying none of them are talking to him and that he's making her work on her birthday. Realising it's not going to go down well, Tash quickly backs down and decides not to invite Andrew. Chris returns to the table and tells them Aidan will be there, and the three of them leave. Tash glances back guiltily at Andrew as she goes.
Harold's
Sonya runs into Lucas at Harold's and takes the opportunity to nag him again about marrying Vanessa. He says he's talked to her and it's all good - Vanessa thinks of him as her best friend. Sonya sighs, and begs him to think about it.
LUCAS: I have. And I get that you're worried. But it's time to back off, Son. This is what I'm going to do and if you're my friend, you'll respect that.
Lassiter's
Priya arrives to see Paul, ostensibly about the VET programme - although given the body language it's safe for us to assume that's an extended metaphor for their affair.
PRIYA: The meeting schedule we discussed may have been too rigid.
PAUL: Some may say controlling.
PRIYA: Right. But I would like you to know that I can be flexible.
PAUL: This is a new direction.
PRIYA: I would like to keep the programme going.
PAUL: Yeah - see, I've always been on board. But I'm not sure you're up to it.
PRIYA: I'm willing to take some chances, if that's what you're asking!
PAUL: Now that sounds promising. How about we go to my office? Talk a little more In detail.
He leaves an underling on the reception desk, and takes Priya upstairs in the lift. Some time later, he escorts her back downstairs again! In the lift she tells him she hates all the lying, but Paul tells her to stop feeling guilty and embrace it. He invites her to dinner, but she tells him she's not here for romance; she gets that from Ajay. Paul smiles as she walks away.
No 26 (outside)
Chris, Aidan and Summer are in the hot-tub.
CHRIS: Is Foxy coming?
SUMMER: You mean Bradley?
AIDAN: Is that your sugar-daddy?
SUMMER: No! He's gone interstate for a few days; he's following a lead.
CHRIS: Ah, that's a bit of a shame. Reckon he would have looked good in a bathing suit.
SUMMER: Perv. But yes, he does!
Aidan starts wittering on about how the hum of a spa jet is similar to the noise babies hear in the womb, but happily Tash arrives before the topic can be explored in any more depth. She's brought a portable stereo with her, and sets it up, before thanking Rhys - who's hanging out the washing - for letting them use the tub.
RHYS: Thank Andrew.
TASH: Andrew?
RHYS: He wouldn't leave me alone until I agreed. You're lucky; he's a good friend.
TASH: Er, no. Andrew's not a friend of mine.
RHYS: Guess he never got the memo.
Tash looks intrigued, while the others have fun.
Charlie's
As Andrew serves some customers, he gets a reminder on his phone to take his medication. He searches in the courier bag, but finds it empty and realises Tash put it in her pocket. Just as he's about to call her, Paul comes in. He criticises Andrew for making calls during work, but Andrew says it's pretty important and ducks away to the back of the bar.
No 26 (outside)
Chris, Aidan and Tash continue to enjoy the hot-tub. She's distracted, and admits she's thinking about work. Her phone rings - it's Andrew. She starts asking him about what Rhys said, but he's got no time for that: cryptically (as Paul is still in earshot), he explains that he needs his epilepsy pills and fast. Realising she's still got the pills, she agrees to go to Charlie's straight away - and tells the boys she has to go.
Charlie's
Paul has overheard that Andrew has called Tash for help - the bar is busy, so Paul's sure he'll need it.
No 26 (outside)
Aidan and Chris try to stop Tash getting out of the hot-tub; they tease her, asking if she has a new lover-boy. She makes an excuse, but at that moment Summer arrives with her birthday cake. Tash blows out the candles, and looks apprehensive.
Indoors, Summer cuts up the cake, assisted by Chris and Aidan. Tash, who has hurriedly gotten dressed, tells them she's going to buy champagne. They've already got some sparkly, but she says they need the real French stuff.
Charlie's
Andrew is door-watching again, waiting for Tash to turn up.
No 26
Tash says she'll use her staff discount at Charlie's; Summer offers to go with her, but Tash tells her it's fine. Summer senses something's up, but Tash tells her it's no big deal. As she walks towards the door, however, Tash trips, and the pills fall from her handbag. Summer asks what they're for, but Tash takes them from her hand and tells her she'll be back soon.
Tomorrow on Neighbours
- Andrew gets his meds, while Summer tells Aidan and Chris about the pills Tash had
- Andrew panics when he learns Summer saw the pills. Tash sends Aidan a text to ask for help to curb Summer's investigation!
- Jade is back again; she has something to tell Kyle, but goes to Sonya first. Kyle guesses she's hiding something
