Dial-A-Kyle
Kyle is working outside in the yard when Jade arrives with some smoothies for them. Sheila gives the two of them some privacy to speak. Kyle doesn't want the smoothies, or for her to make him dinner, he doesn't want them to just paper over cracks.

JADE: I don't believe this. You kissed Kate!
KYLE: I know what I did
JADE: And somehow this makes you the victim in all of this? This is not how this works Kyle. You're not going to make this my fault when none of this was my fault.
KYLE: That's not what this is about.
JADE: That's exactly what this is about!
KYLE: No it isn't. I love you Jade. I do. But you can't keep kicking me while I'm down.
JADE: And yet somehow I get the ultimatum. Do you see how twisted that is?
KYLE: I'm going to keep making mistakes. But if I stuff up... when I stuff up for whatever reason, I've got to know that you're not going to hang this over my head. If this comes into it every time we fight then I can never win with you. I'll always be in the doghouse. It can't work.
KYLE: We can't keep having the same argument. You need to give me a fair go, I need to know that you're going to get past this. Otherwise there's no point
JADE: No, you don't get to do that, this isn't your choice.
KYLE: Yes it is.

Kyle walks inside.

Number 30
Toadie answers the door in his boxers as he's working from home today. Jade is looking for Sonya, but decides to ask Toadie how he managed to forgive Sonya for not telling him about Callum. Toadie shut Sonya out at first, but then he realised he didn't want to live without her, and that was the turning point for him. Jade tells Toadie that Kyle's given her an ultimatum, and she can't believe Kyle's making her out to be the bad guy for not forgiving him fast enough. Toadie says that Kyle has a point. She has to decide if she's in and wants to find a way through this with Kyle, or she's out.

Harold's Exterior
Karl and Ajay briefly reminisce about his house party last week. Karl asks if he wants to have a jam later on, but Ajay's snowed under with work. Ajay approaches Kyle and Sheila, and asks Kyle if he's spoken to Lou yet, Karl listens in because he has nothing better to do. Lou's selling his share of Dial-A-Kyle, and Ajay has been authorised to sell on Lou's behalf. Kyle can't afford to buy Lou's share, and Sheila's worried that Lou will shaft Kyle again. Kyle trusts Lou, and reckons Ajay will be able to sort it out.

Number 26
Sheila arrives and asks to borrow Jade's computer. She tells Jade that Lou is selling his share of the yard, although Jade already knew this. Sheila says that she has to make amends with Kyle, and she's going to buy Lou's share of the yard to make it up to him. She likes the idea of it being a family business, but she wants to borrow Jade's computer to check to see if she can afford it.

Dial-A-Kyle
Kyle's on the phone to Lou, saying it won't be the same without him bossing him around. He says bye to Lou, then starts playing with Bossy. Jade watches from afar, smiling and laughing. Jade phones Sheila and tells her its fine.

Harold's
Susan congratulates Rhys on getting the placement in Japan. She asks how Elaine is doing. Rhys says his mum is good, very proud of Rhys. Vanessa asks if Rhys has told her about the trip. Rhys plans to tell her this afternoon. 3 months is a long time, it's the longest he's been away from his mum. Rhys leaves to pick her up.

Charlie's
Sheila and Jade find Ajay sitting at a table with his laptop; apparently he doesn't like the confines of his office. Sheila goes to speak to Ajay while Jade listens in. She wants to make sure Lou does the right thing by Kyle. Ajay says Lou wants a quick sale. Sheila asks about the interested buyers, Ajay reveals that there aren't any at the moment, but these things take time. Sheila says that she wants to make an offer and since Lou wants a quick sale, it'll be an offer he can't refuse.

Harold's
Rhys brings Elaine into Harold's, and is greeted by Vanessa. Rhys tells Elaine that he's been offered the 3 month study tour in Japan next week. He tells her he can organise to speak to her on Skype, Vanessa has organised food deliveries to her, and that Susan will visit her as regularly as Rhys does. Elaine asks if Vanessa will visit her too, but Vanessa says she's going with Rhys. It's a big move, but Elaine is very happy for them.

Harold's Exterior
Rhys takes Elaine outside to talk to her. Elaine is so glad that Vanessa is going. Rhys says that the food hamper and Susan visiting was all Vanessa's idea. Elaine says that Rhys loves Vanessa and asks Rhys to take the ring off her necklace. It was his nan's ring, and Elaine wants him to have it. One day he will want to give it to Vanessa, and then he'll have it to give to her.

Charlie's
Sheila looks over the details of the sale, and writes down her offer for Ajay to look at. Ajay says she must be joking, it's not much more than what Lou paid for the yard. Sheila says it's a negotiation, so he should negotiate. Ajay shows Sheila the lowest price Lou would go for. Sheila points out that Lou stole $8000 from Kyle, but Ajay says it isn't relevant to the sale. Ajay says that Kyle himself has said how much he owes Lou for giving him a start. Ajay says that Sheila's offer isn't even reasonable.

SHEILA: Alright, but only because I like you, (she pats Ajay on the leg) and I'm having fun.

She writes a new offer down, saying it's her final offer. Ajay goes to call Lou. She and Jade look to each other, pleased.

Number 26
Rhys thanks Susan for her help, especially after how he behaved at first, if his mum knew he tried to stop Susan seeing her, she'd never forgive him. Susan says Rhys' mum is great company. Susan notes that he and Vanessa seem to be getting on well, and that she's really lovely. Rhys looks quite sheepishly, aww he really is in love with her. He passes on a note to Susan, telling her that Wednesday and Friday are the best days to visit Elaine. He thanks Susan again as she leaves. He opens a freshly bought ring box and places his mum's ring into it.

Harold's
Kyle looks through his contacts on his phone, looking at Jade's name but not calling. Ajay arrives and tells Kyle that they've received an offer already. The buyer wanted to keep their identity confidential until they meet. They want a meet and greet now at the yard.

Dial-A-Kyle
Ajay says Lou handed over his keys to the new buyer. Kyle is worried that the new buyer would steal his stuff, but Sheila says she'd never steal from her grandson. Kyle wonders if she's the buyer, but she isn't, she couldn't afford it. Jade reveals herself as the buyer. She wants to get past what happened, she needs Kyle in her life. She believes in him, always has, and she really wants them to have a future together. Ajay passes Kyle the contract to sign.

Number 26 (Night Time)
Sheila brings over a bottle of champagne, hoping they'd be celebrating. As Kyle leaves his room, Sheila leaves to give them some space. Jade says that Sheila wanted to buy the business but couldn't afford it, so Jade thought she'd help out. Kyle is glad Sheila didn't buy it, as she'd be worse than Lou to work with. Jade says she wants this more than anything. Kyle checks with Jade if she's okay with them living together and working together, and she is. Kyle signs the contract and the two of them kiss. Sheila enters with wine glasses. She says with Jade and Kyle living together and working together, she's pretty much a Canning now. Kyle opens the bottle and pours the champagne.
