Ramsay Street
Jade and Kyle come out the house to see Honger's truck of stuff sitting outside. Jade insists that Honger will not move in as Kate wanders over. Kyle insists that Honger is fine, not dodgy, and has a great TV - he's just waiting for his band to take off, then he'll be able to afford rent!!
Kyle begins to unload the truck and Jade blocks the entrance, so Kyle shows her the bond and rent that Honger's already paid upfront. Jade refuses to touch it. She'll find another way to pay the rent - in the next 24 hours.
Erinsborough Hospital
Karl runs into Jim Dolan who's there for a progress check, and says hi. The chemo's not agreeing with Jim, so Karl offers some advice on how to keep the nausea at bay.
Rhys calls Jim in, and as he does, wonders why Karl was offering any advice at all to Jim. Rhys makes it clear that he's Jim's doctor, and Karl should butt out.
Charlie's
Susan meets with Jim at the bar, and Jim's having a soft drink as advised. He tells Susan that Dr Lawson wants to up his level of chemo, as apparently it's the only way. Jim says that Rhys talks too fast, and he doesn't really understand it all. He brings his med charts out, and suggests that perhaps Susan could ask Karl for a second opinion. She agrees.
Number 28
Susan comes home, to Karl's surprise, and he offers her a smoothie to build their bones for the Peru trip! Susan declines, but asks about Rhys Lawson, who has told Jim he has to up his chemo levels.
Karl admits that some younger doctors don't have the right people skills, but Jim should ask again if he needs help. Susan brings out Jim's file, and tells Karl that someone with good people skills needs to explain it to Jim in plain English. Karl doesn't bite, so Susan wonders if Karl knows any good oncologists?
Karl still doesn't bite, so Susan puts the file on the table - next to Karl - and says she'll give it to someone from the advocacy programme next time she sees them...
Harold's Store
Toadie and Sonya arrive, and still can't find Lucas - apparently the garage is locked up. They ask Kate if she's seen Lucas, and admit they're worried he's tempted into gambling. Kate said that Lucas has been pretty quiet at home, and she had no idea that things are this bad. On their way out, Sonya and Toadie wonder if Lucas might be at the race track...
Number 28
Karl's looking through Jim's file when Susan comes out the bedroom. She quietly thanks him. He tells her that the prognosis isn't good. There are no options: even with intensive chemo, Jim maybe has two months at best. Susan's shocked - Jim was told that he had much longer than that. Karl tries to defend Rhys Lawson, and says that he was probably trying to paint the best picture possible.
Susan is still angry; Jim should be able to make an informed decision. She declares that Karl has to tell Jim, and if not - she will! Karl refuses and tells Susan to stay out of it. No- one should interfere.
Erinsborough Hospital
Susan is waiting to see Rhys Lawson, and asks to make another appointment with Jim. Rhys says yes, but pays little attention. Susan explains that Jim's concerned about his chemo, but Rhys says he'll talk to him later. Running after him, Susan demands that Jim knows all his options. Rhys is adamant that chemo's the only option and, forgetting Susan's name for the second time, tells her that as she's not a doctor she needs to leave his treatment to him.

Number 26
Michelle has hardly seen the house when she agrees to move in, and after meeting Kyle, announces that she's his new housemate. She goes to measure the room, and Kyle demands to know what's going on. He wants Honger to move in! Jade points out that Michelle has a steady job and has never been arrested; Kyle counters that with the fact that Michelle doesn't have a plasma TV.
Erinsborough Hospital
Jim's receiving more chemo treatment when Susan arrives. He's pretty out of it, so she takes his hand and sits with him. He tells her he appreciates her being there, and asks about her conversation with Karl. She lies and says she hasn't see him, yet.
Number 26
Kyle is watching TV when Jade sits down with him and declares that she can't live with Honger. But she's prepared to be fair and have a rock- off. Rock, paper, scissors. Kyle immediately phones Honger to tell him their rocking off, and wants to know what he should lead with.
Kyle goes scissors; Jade goes rock. Michelle gets the room, and Jade is over the moon. Kyle's fed up.
Ramsay Street
Toadie and Sonya pull up in the car and see Lucas sitting on the wall. He says he's been for a ride, and although he got their messages he wasn't in the mood to talk. Toadie goes inside and Sonya talks to Lucas, who tells her he didn't place a bet in the end. He didn't want to prove his dad right and be the loser he always thought he was.
Sonya tells Lucas he can call her at any time. He knows that he needs to let things out at some point, and they hug.
Erinsborough Hospital
Rhys is finishing up Jim's chemo treatment. Susan asks Rhys if there's anything more he needs to tell them, but he completely ignores her and says to Jim that he'll be back later with an anti- nausea drug. Susan sits by Jim's chair and he breathes heavily and loudly.
Susan wonders if Jim would ever consider not doing the chemo, and Jim says doesn't see a reason to stop whilst he's got time. Of course, Susan knows better than him...
Cut to later and Jim's in a bed in a room. She fusses over him, and offers to let him have a rest. On her way out, Jim asks her what she'd do, in his shoes. Susan is desperately torn, and doesn't know what to advise. She tells Jim he should talk to Doctor Lawson again.
Jim realises she knows something and demands that she tell him. Susan says Karl read his chart, and he thinks the cancer's reached a point where chemo won't make any difference.
