This week on Neighbours
Libby's back!
Mark receiving advice from Kyle.
Mark advising the teens.
Sonya moving out.
Callum remembering more.
Previously on Neighbours
The women winning the calendar competition.
Callum taking off to try and find out more about his mum.
Number 30
Toadie and Sonya fail to spot the letter Callum left before taking off, they think he's at a movie marathon with Sophie.
Harold's Store
Callum finishes ordering supplies for the away day as Sophie joins him in the store. He thinks she isn't as keen as he is but she's up for continuing the hunt.
Number 30
Toadie eventually comes across Callum's letter and tells Sonya the contents of it - he's gone to find out info on his mum. He digs out his mobile and starts to dial Callum's number.
Harold's Store
Callum is already wised up to the fact Toadie will call and tells Sophie she might want to turn her phone off too. She wonders why he left the note and Cal replies that he didn't want to totally freak his dad out! "So you thought telling him you are running away would make him feel better?!!" she comments and when the silent assistant hands over their food, the pair of them head off to Great Gran's place.
Number 30
Sonya reports that Cal's backpack is gone as Toadie gets nowhere calling. He thinks Cal's headed to Aunt Robyn's and plans to head to the train station, asking Sonya to check locally once she gets dressed. Sonya looks like she is already starting to freak out big time!
Number 28
Sonya calls round to see if Karl has spoken to Callum today, he hasn't, but then takes Sonya into the house and tells her about his meeting with Callum yesterday. The one that strikes accord with Sonya was Karl telling Callum about visiting places, and it comes to her where he could be, so she asks to borrow his car to go and find him.
Granny's place
Callum and Sophie arrive at a run down cottage, which looks like it's in the middle of nowhere and has nobody currently living at it. He gets out his gorilla and tries to visualise but while he can see mum, he still can't see her face.
The Shed
Lyn tries to make the shed look less 'blokey' with the addition of some flowers but its just not quite becoming feminine!
Number 30
The boys try to come to terms with being shedless... and beerless which just isn't cutting it with Lucas nor is Karl's suggestion to have a soft drink instead of a beer! Mark just sits and shakes his head while Karl scoffs into some snacks.
The Shed
The women don't exactly like the condition of the shed... the messy conditions nor does the fact the fridge only contain beer! Kate and Summer put on a brave face as they head up to the mezzanine with the black bags Lyn has just handed them.
Number 28
Lucas is trying to make himself at home sitting on the back of the sofa to watch the footy until he gets a stare from Susan and promptly sits on it properly! The guys then settle in to watch the game... and Susan decides its time to vacuum the house for Libby's return! She concedes to hoover in the bedrooms first to give the guys some space but Lucas and Mark decide to bail instead and when Karl pleads with them to stay, is told to get the shed back for them.
Granny's place
Callum is getting frustrated not being able to see his mum's face. Sophie asks him about where the gorilla came from and he has a memory to mum winning it at a fair - and she thinks that is why mum too the gorilla. They decide to go to the market where mum won the toy.
Harold's Store
Lyn, Susan, Kate and Summer get together to see how the guys are coping without the shed. Susan reports that the guys are miserable. They in turn tell her that the shed is a disaster and want to give it back to the guys! "Not yet," says Susan because she wants to extract one last bit of fun out of the guys!
(Later)
Karl arrives and the ladies (minus Summer) gloat how good looking the shed now is after being cleaned... and decluttered. Finally he can't stand it no more and asks for the shed back... he's been authorised by the men to negotiate!
KARL: Name your terms.
LYN: We've spent a lot of time.
KATE: And a lot of money.
KARL: You will be reimbursed... within reason.
SUSAN: Well that is uncharacteristically generous of you Karl but not quite what we had in mind...
Number 28
"You've got to be kidding," Lucas exclaims when Karl has told them what the ladies are after. "We can do this," Karl tells them and the now joined Michael isn't too keen on this 'royal we'. Mark departs for work and Karl tries to get Lucas involved but is firmly told that he made the bet and has now to pay the price. "You want me to beg," Karl asks and Lucas replies telling him to beg... and on his knees too!
KARL: Please guys, I need your help.
LUCAS: No.
MICHAEL: You're on your own.
Karl isn't amused at them rejecting help especially after he begged but is told that will change when he gets the shed back... by himself!
Train station/Granny's place
Toadie calls Sonya to give her an update - there was no sign of Callum having bought a ticket but plans to hang around for the next train (in an hours time) in case he tries to get on it. Sonya doesn't tell Toadie where she is; he thinks she is still looking around Ramsay Street. However, there is no sign of the pair of them at Granny's house.
Building
Callum leads Sophie into a building where the market was. He describes to her how it was previously and as they uncover things, more memories of his life with Granny come back to him, so they start exploring the building more looking for the machine his mum won the gorilla with.
Charlie's
Susan and Lyn are in a very giggly mood as we return from the commercial break and the reason is soon revealed when Karl arrives at the bar... dressed up as a woman in a long blue evening dress complete with long white gloves, a fur neck warmer and even a pair of earrings!
Lucas digs out his mobile to take a picture and Karl remarks to Susan that the bar seems busier than normal (she did some calling around). He asks if she is now satisfied and is told no!
SUSAN: No words, no key.
KARL: The women's of Erinsborough's calendar was superior in every way.
He turns round to ask if that was enough but no, she wants more!
KARL: Because the women of Erinsborough are superior in every way.
This gets him a round of applause from the extras and he again asks Susan if she is happy but she just smiles as she reaches for the key to the shed and puts it down the front of his dress. "No, thank you," she tells him before giving Lyn a high- five!
The Shed
The guys reacquaint themselves with their beloved shed. Michael and Lucas thank Karl for taking one for the team although he wishes they were more supportive! Mark joins them, having finished work, and complements Karl on his legs (he's still got the dress on) as he heads to the fridge to get a beer. However, Karl vetoes him having one (for not showing loyalty) and so he goes to head to Charlie's instead to get one but not before having the last laugh - telling them that the ladies hated the shed and couldn't wait to give the keys back!
KARL: That's not what they said.
MARK: Karl, this was payback mate. You've been had.
LUCAS: Look on the bright side.
KARL: What's the bright side?
LUCAS: ...
MICHAEL: Yes, there is no bright side.
Road somewhere/Train station carpark
Sonya pulls over to take a call on her mobile from Toadie - there is still no sign of Callum at the train station. She reports that she's had no luck either and thought that they would have found him by now.
Building
Callum and Sophie uncover more things but it's not what they are looking for, but Callum thinks he's found it on an upper level.
Road somewhere/Train station carpark
Sonya wonders what their next plan should be, especially since Cal's phone is still turned off, so he suggests heading home and re- grouping there. "This isn't like him Toadie," she says and he does his best to reassure her and jokes about the punishments he is going to get!
Building
"He's a smart kid, he's not going to do anything stupid," we hear Toadie say while the scene changes to the building Callum and Sophie are at and him placing a ladder up against the wall to climb up to the upper level. Sophie questions if the ladder is safe as he begins his assent and Cal replies that it is fine but as he climbs it looks anything but fine and we have the dodgy music playing too, so we know something is going to happen! And right enough, just as Callum grabs a handle, he loses his balance and the falls off the ladder. We hear Sophie shouting out "Callum" seconds before he lands on the ground and lies there unconscious as we head into the final commercial break.
Building/Road somewhere
We return from the commercial break to hear Sophie calling for an ambulance. When she hangs up, she tries to move what fell on Callum (a motorbike arcade machine that he grabbed the handle of) but it's too heavy. She then calls Toadie but gets his voicemail instead so leaves a message telling him about the accident. Next she tries Sonya and when she answers, tells her about the accident. "I'll be right there," Sonya tells her knowing exactly where they are at after Sophie's brief description and immediately starts her car up and heads off.
