- Zeke remembering when Phil rescued him
- Zeke telling Dr Levi he wants to live with Phil & not Karl & Susan
- Miranda inviting Steve to move back into #26
- Zeke falling down the cliff while trying to help Sunny
- Declan and Ringo heading out to find Zeke & Sunny
- Zeke feeling disorientated
- Bridget going into labour
- Lucas having trouble lifting Sunny up the cliff
Zeke shouts at Lucas to pull Sunny up, but Lucas is struggling to hold her weight by himself. Luckily, Ringo and Declan find them in the nick of time and help Lucas to drag Sunny to the top.
Donna is working herself into a state because her phone has no reception and she doesn't know how to help Didge. She quickly decides to run to the St John's tent for help, which is five minutes away. Didge says she'll be fine, but when Donna leaves another contraction comes along and Didge screams out for Declan.
Ringo helps a limping Sunny back towards the festival. Sunny's worried about Zeke, but Ringo assures her that Lucas and Declan will take care of him.
The boys lower the rope down to Zeke, but he's curled up in a ball in some sort of trance-like state and has another flashback to Phil finding him. Declan and Lucas are confused. Declan wants to climb down and get his mate, but Lucas says it'd be too dangerous. Zeke suddenly starts yelling for Sunny, insisting that he needs her. Lucas replies that she's gone back with Ringo and encourages Zeke to grab onto the rope. Once Zeke secures himself, the boys start to drag him up.
Didge is trying to calm herself (and Tadpole) down by singing the Dingoes club song.
DIDGE: (to her belly) If you tell anyone I'm singing this at a festival you're toast, are we clear?
Elle returns and lets Didge know she got through to Karl, but becomes flustered when she realises Didge is in labour. Didge grabs onto Elle's hand and holds her in a death-lock when another contraction comes along.
Karl gets off the phone from Sunny's dad and tells Susan that Mr Lee had no idea about the festival - Sunny lied to him. She also didn't tell her father that she was seeing Zeke. Karl gets a call on his mobile but is angry when he realises it's some idiot complaining about the surrogacy. He tells Susan that he's going over to #26 to inform the other parents what's going on at the festival.
Steve dumps all of his bags in the middle of the lounge room but Rebecca is quick to berate him for messing the place up. He teasingly waves his stinky runners in her face. Miranda leaps on him for a welcome home hug and Steve is pleased to discover that she's put her wedding ring back on. There's a knock at the door.
REBECCA: Steve would you get that please.
STEVE: This isn't a house it's a coven.
Steve invites Karl inside, who lets them know about the accident and how Declan is helping out. Karl stresses about poor Zeke's wellbeing.
When Zeke is nearly at the top, Declan reaches down and tells him to take his hand. But Zeke looks woozy and flashes back to the rafting accident when Libby lost her grip on his hand, and another flashback to silhouette Phil finding him in the bush. Declan gives up and rejoins Lucas in pulling Zeke up with the rope. The boys celebrate when they succeed, but Zeke has another flashback and starts to flip out when Declan gives him a light slap on the cheek to get him out of his stupor.
ZEKE: Get away from me! GET AWAY FROM ME!
Declan and Lucas are very confused. Zeke looks completely out of it.
Didge is having another contraction. Elle rummages through her handbag for some magical solution to help Didge out.
ELLE: Lip balm? Mints? Ahh, a crossword? Something?
Donna returns with Trisha, a St John's Ambulance officer.
ELLE: (trying to be helpful) She's here. She's pregnant!
DONNA: Elle, she's on it!
TRISHA: (looks around the tent) Better than in a car.
Trisha lets them know that the ambulances are all in use but she's called for backup. Didge cries that she wants Declan, but Trisha just wants to get Didge comfortable, "You're going to have a baby!" Didge looks scared/happy, while Donna looks bewildered, but tries to keep a brave face for her friend.
Elle & Lucas's Tent
Ringo helps Sunny prop up her twisted ankle and puts a sleeping bag over her to help her stay warm. They each apologise to one another (Sunny for running off and Ringo for causing her to run off). Sunny tells Ringo that she's concerned about Zeke and wants to know what happened after the rafting accident (Zeke didn't fill her in on much). Ringo tells her that no one really knows, only that Zeke didn't know who he was for a while.
RINGO: Do you think that's happening again?
SUNNY: I don't know. I just want him to be OK.
While Zeke is putting his shoes back on, Lucas and Declan huddle together and comment on Zeke's strange behaviour. They're about to head back to the festival when Lucas's mobile reception kicks in again. He gets a call from Elle, who is relieved to hear everyone's OK. Didge (who is waddling around in the background with Donna) asks about Declan, and Elle lets Lucas know that Didge is in labour.
DECLAN: What's up?
LUCAS: You're about to become a father, young man. We've got to get you back to camp.
Declan is stunned.
Number 26/Bridget's Tent
Karl breathes a sigh of relief when Elle calls him with the good news about Zeke and Sunny. Elle wants to hang up so she can call the Parkers. Karl says he's at #26, so Elle asks that he stay there - Bridget's having the baby. Rebecca, Steve and Miranda all rush at Karl when he relays the news. Karl puts Elle on speakerphone while poor Didge (who is in a kneeling position) goes through more labour pain. Elle does the speakerphone thing her side too so Karl can talk to Trisha and Didge can hear her parents. Didge cries out that she wishes they were there with her, and Miranda feels awful when she hears her daughter yelp in pain.
KARL: Trisha have you done any examinations? Can you see or feel the head?
TRISHA: It's crowning.
KARL: Bridget, it's time to push.
Bridget's Tent/Number 26
Poor Didge is red in the face, her hair is all sweaty and she's in a world of pain. Donna tries to do the breathing thing along with her to help her out, but then realises she might be making it worse.
DONNA: Am I doing good?
DONNA: Yeah, sorry, I know. Shut up.
DIDGE: I love you.
Trisha tells the #26 crew that the baby's head is nearly out. Karl asks her to feel for the umbilical cord and keep it to the side when the baby comes out. Trisha becomes concerned when she feels the cord around the baby's neck. It's too tight to move so Karl tells her that the birth needs to be slowed down.
KARL: Tell Bridget to stop pushing.
TRISHA: Did you hear that Bridget? You need to stop pushing.
DIDGE: (incredulous) Stop pushing HOW?!
TRISHA: Pant like a dog.
DIDGE: I CAN'T!
Donna starts her off with the panting but Didge screeches that she can't do it. Declan races in after running all the way through the bush, and he's already panting because he's out of breath so that's a plus. He takes Donna's place and hugs Didge. Rebecca beams when she hears her son's voice. Declan tells Didge to concentrate on her breathing. Lucas and Ringo run in but do a quick about-face when they survey the scene. And you thought the posters in the doctor's surgery were bad, Ringo! Didge pants and pants and pants and...
Elle & Lucas's Tent
Zeke and Sunny are lying side by side. Sunny's relieved that they're safe and warm again. Zeke replies that he felt that way when Phil rescued him.
ZEKE: I didn't know who I was. I didn't know who he was. But I felt safe.
SUNNY: He was being kind, he was looking after you so it's alright.
ZEKE: I thought I was alright.
SUNNY: You are alright.
ZEKE: I'm not. All this stuff I couldn't remember, it's come back. It's come back.
Sunny puts her arm around him but Zeke just stares at the roof.
Bridget's Tent/Number 26
Trisha lets Karl know that the cord is out of the way. Pleased, Karl tells Didge that it's time to start pushing. To get herself through the immense pain, Didge focuses on all of her memories of her and Declan. We see clips of Declan saying that he loves her, Didge telling Declan that she's pregnant, their picnic in the park, Declan kissing her around the time of the 'I'm sorry' CD, their SMS commitment ceremony and their actual wedding ceremony.
Back in the present, the baby has arrived, much to Didge's happiness and relief. Declan ecstatically yells into the phone that it's a girl and the #26 crew whoop it up. Rebecca looks concerned, though, when she can't hear any crying. As does Didge. She asks Trisha why she can't hear noise, but Trisha pretends that the baby just needs time. However, with the bub in her arms, Trisha takes the phone away from everyone and quietly informs Karl that the baby is floppy and isn't responding. She tells him that she's going to call in an emergency airlift.
The helicopter can be heard overhead. Lucas ducks out to let them know where to go. Elle asks Donna and Ringo to fetch Sunny and Zeke and to pack all of their belongings - they're heading home.
Didge and Declan are relieved when Tadpole finally starts to cry and Didge asks to hold her, but Trisha says that the baby is still floppy and isn't gaining any colour. Lucas guides a medic from the chopper into the tent. Trisha hands (a very cute-looking) Tadpole over and says her vitals aren't good. The medic takes the baby outside.
DIDGE: (upset) But I didn't hold her.
Didge and Declan are panicked. Declan doesn't want to leave Didge, but Didge insists that he travel with Tadpole in the chopper. Declan kisses her and rushes outside. Didge stares after him, scared and distressed.
