Elle and Lucas both buying meal for one's.
Elle telling Lucas that she thinks they should live together.
Number 22
Elle wakes up and tries to find Lucas but all she can see is teddy bears and I mean they are literally all over her room! She makes her annoyance known when she finds him having coffee downstairs and adds new rules to them living together - her bears are off limits and not using Paul's favourite mug!
LUCAS: Why don't you say us Robinson's don't share?
ELLE: Well because that wouldn't be true.
"Yeah right" is Lucas' reply but he doesn't give Elle a reply when she asks what that was supposed to have meant.
Charlie's
Toadie is surprised to hear from Lucas that he's moved in with Elle but plays it all sweetness and like when Elle arrives. Toadie quickly decides its time to plan April fools jokes with Callum when he can see a domestic happening between Elle and Lucas over her pack of bears (Lucas' version) or collection of them (Elle's one).
LUCAS: I can't be myself with all those eyes looking at me.
ELLE: Oh performance anxiety!
Lucas quickly (and in hushed tones) denies this and tells her that if they are going to live together then he needs his own space.
Harold's Store
Declan tries to put aside the nerves of starting his part time job at Lassiters by organising an Alien movie night for himself, Didge, Ringo and Zeke. When Ringo leaves (for training) and Declan (to start work) Didge admits to Zeke she is surprised to see him at the same movie marathon as Ringo.
Lassiters reception
Declan is getting used to his new Lassiters uniform for his trial period as he walks into the reception with Miranda. First up is a stint on reception staring with a meet and greet.
Footy oval
Ringo impresses during the sprint trial and Adam talks him into having a party to celebrate breaking the rookie sprint record.
Lassiters reception
Declan does the PR charm to sort out a couple's problem when they check in (the system is down) but his attention is overtaken by Ringo and Adam coming into book a suite (at mates rates) to celebrate breaking the rookie sprint record. However the system is still down but Miranda agrees to them booking a suite, and Declan gets the credit card details from Ringo since it's his shout (he's impressed he has one) and reminds them its only 4 to a room.
Hotel suite
Declan shows Ringo and Adam to the suite and when Adam takes a call, Declan discovers that the room is going to be used for a party. He then announces that Ringo can't have the room because they don't allow parties in rooms and that he hasn't been able to process the card. Ringo thinks it's because he has a problem with him, which he immediately rejects and replies that he is only doing his job.
RINGO: No, you're dark 'cos you're stuck inside watching Alien while I'm here partying with the boys.
DECLAN: Just listen to yourself.
Ringo is having the room come what may and shows Declan out, saying he'll sort the payment out later.
Fast-forward the break and a few hours, the suite is filling up and Ringo promises Declan there won't be any trouble when he delivers party supplies to the room. Declan rejects the invite of staying for a drink from Ringo as more random extra's fill the room and he also rejects a tip from Adam before leaving.
Number 22
Elle leads Lucas into her bedroom and there is not a teddy bear in sight! He is naturally suspicious and has a good look round the room and is impressed at her re-homing them in the study. Elle shows him the teeny space he has for clothes/belongings and is surprised to learn that he's kept on his place and thinks he is backing out. Lucas immediately puts a stop to that thought and explains that he's keeping his place on as he has so much things from clothes to bike and photography equipment.
LUCAS: It's just more practical to keep it where it is.
"I get your point" is Elle's quiet reply before he forces her to say more and she admits to him that it hasn't been easy for her.
ELLE: I've made changes, big changes. You haven't changed anything.
Gym
Lucas is bending Toadie's ears while they work out at the gym about moving in with Elle - saying that it's more trouble than its worth. Toadie suggests that he gives her "a small concession to the female nesting impulse" - move something into her place but when Lucas asks what he replies that he isn't sure however it must be meaningful.
Lassiters reception
Didge and Zeke wait for Declan to finish work and he occupies the time by requesting a song from the pirate radio station he found earlier, putting the request in from 'Lost boy'. Just as Declan thought he was finished, Miranda asks him to stay on, adding it will look good to HR, which he reluctantly agrees to, and the first job is to follow up a complaint about noise in room 214 (the suite Ringo has).
Ringo's suite
The place is seriously full of random extras and the party is in full swing as Declan phones to moan at Ringo for breaking his promise. Ringo replies that he'll get the music turned down and just as he is about to invite Declan, Declan hangs up.
Ringo asks that the music be turned down but the random extras begin to trash the room instead. Adam jokes that it isn't a party until someone calls the cops when he begins to worry about the room being damaged (since he is liable). To detract his attention, Adam pairs him up with a young female who is impressed that he is no longer dating Donna.
Number 22
Elle enters her room to find Lucas sitting on the bed. "Does this mean that you've moving in" she asks and he replies yes although he does add that he can't immediately get out of the lease on his place.
LUCAS: Hey this is new for me okay; I need to take my time. Can we work with that?
Elle is happy with the deal and they get back to being all lovey-dovey.
Lassiters reception
There have been more complaints about the noise from Ringo's suite and Miranda wants to get security in to sort it out, but Declan stops her saying he wants to handle it since he was the one who let them into the room.
Ringo's suite
Declan arrives at the room and his knocking can barely be heard above the loud music so he uses his pass to let himself into the room and isn't impressed with his mate. He confirms to Adam when he comes over to find out what is happening that the party is over, that they are being kicked out and have 2 minutes to do so. Adam leads the exodus from the room and the female who grabbed Ringo's attention isn't impressed to find him wanting to stay and tidy up. "Get him to do it" she orders Ringo before joining the exodus.
Miranda and security arrive not at all impressed with Ringo and his "I'll take care of it" attitude. She informs him that he'll be billed not just for the room but for excess cleaning charges too, and then tells him to phone reception for a mop!
Lassiters reception
Ringo calls reception, where Declan has now returned to, and says that he is sorry.
Ringo's suite
Ringo has began tidying up the room and confesses to Declan when he arrives at the room that he can't cover the bill for the damages (he blew his first pay when he went to the ATM to get the money to pay for the room) but Declan tells him to put it on his credit card.
RINGO: I didn't call you so you could lay the boot in.
DECLAN: No, you called some lackey to clear up your mess.
RINGO: That's not true. (Declan gives him "a look") I really need your help.
Final break over and Declan has lent a hand in getting the room back into some sort of resemblance and tells Ringo that Susan would be impressed at him tidying up after himself!
Adam returns to get his wallet and isn't impressed a Ringo cleaning up, "that's what they got cleaners for" he says and gives Declan money from his wallet to give the room an extra scrub! He then wants Ringo to go with him and after looking at Declan, Ringo replies that he will be right there.
Declan is severely biting his tongue now and asks if he is going.
RINGO: We're pretty much done.
DECLAN: We're not even close.
RINGO: I'll come back.
DECLAN: Yes stick by your mates.
RINGO: This is important.
DECLAN: Impressing those tools?
RINGO: Don't pretend you don't want to be a part of it. You wanted this just as much as I did.
DECLAN: No, I chose Bridget and the baby and I don't regret it for a second.
RINGO: Yes right. You had your chance and you blew it. Now I'm in the team and you're cleaning rooms and if that's a problem don't blame it on me.
Declan is left to ponder those words as Ringo leaves.
