Recap
Zeke overhearing Rachel telling Lolly her brother has a crush on him.
Lolly replying that it should be obvious that she isn't interested in him.
Ringo having a go at Rachel for trying to change him into someone he isn't
Janae's boxing rival sussing her out but warning her she is going down.
Garage
Janae isn't taking her rival's threat and tries to have the match early until Ned pulls her back and Michaela leaves after warning Janae to pull out.
Lassiter's Complex
Janae is still fuming when she and Ned reach the complex and her mood isn't helped when Ned receives a mysterious phonecall from Michaela to warn him that the fight is rigged but still reiterating that Janae won't be winning.
Ned tries to persuade Janae to pull out but the lady isn't for conceding however Ned's persistence wears her down and she agrees to pull out. She reminds him that she is still under contract and Ned suggests reporting the agent for rigging fights if she won't let Janae pull out.
The General Store
Rachel passes on the good news about Anne being in labour to Lou and Harold and explains that Susan and Karl have flown up to Queensland to be with them. Their attention changes though when Sky enters the shop and everyone is pleased to see her and she passes on the news that Dylan has a job as a chef on a yacht in Port Douglas and he is bonding really well with Kim. She then breaks the news to Harold that Dylan would like them to go back...on a more permanent basis and his face sinks but she reminds him that a final decision hasn't been made yet.
Oh very minor but when Ringo came in with the veggies he totally blanked Rachel.
Lassiter's Complex
Janae talks to her agent and the conversation isn't going well...but it turns out Ned wasn't born in the last shower because he susses that Janae is talking to her sister who is sitting nearby. Janae admits that she doesn't want to pull out of the fight and so didn't call her agent. Ned isn't happy and the two of them part boxing company.
The General Store
Harold confesses to Lou that he doesn't want to stand in the way of Sky running her own life and Kerry knowing her dad but isn't keen on it actually happening.
Bree quizzes Rachel about why Ringo is blanking her and she explains that she's told him to go to Uni to get a degree instead of opening the fruit & veg shop like he wants to do. Lolly joins them and is firmly on Bree's side which is to let Ringo decide what he wants to do.
She leaves them to talk to Zeke when she sees him enter and apologises to him for what she said because she likes him more than a friend too and invites Zeke out to a movie, which he readily agrees to.
Over with Boyd and Sky and he confesses that he is debating whether he wants to become a doctor or not if he couldn't spot a fraud like Charlotte. Sky reassures him and orders him to go and sit the test.
Lassiter's Complex
Boyd spots Janae as he leaves the store and runs over to her, to thank her for sticking up for him during the Charlotte debacle. A coy Janae accepts his thanks but reminds him that he is still off her Christmas card list. Ned watches from the opposite side as Janae gives Boyd a kiss to wish him good luck for his exam.
Hospital
Harold runs into Janelle in her new role as a volunteer for the Ladies Auxiliary at the hospital (her way of saying thanks for the support she and her family have received). She is a bit unsure of how to handle things and asks if she can follow him to pick up some pointers, which Harold agrees to, and first up is a visit to Paul. As you can imagine Janelle is not keen to visit Paul so he agrees to visit Paul and sends Janelle into the room opposite.
Janelle introduces herself to the patient (Caleb but not the one who Summer fancied in 2004) and he starts to freak out a bit.
CALEB: Do you. Did you have a son called Scott?
JANELLE: Yes.
CALEB: I have his heart.
The viewers all go what the hell...and Janelle is stunned to find out that Stinger's organs were donated and this guy ended up with his heart. As you can imagine Janelle doesn't take the news good and fleas from his room as we go into the commercial break.
Break over and Harold tries to cheer Janelle up by saying that what Stinger did (being an organ donor) was a wonderful thing even though the viewers and Janelle are still stunned that this has happened. Like us all, Harold is puzzled how the donor found out who donated the organs. Sky arrives at the hospital and sensing the tension, asks what is up.
Garage
Ned tells Bree his fears that Janae is going to get back with Boyd after seeing them kiss and confirming that it wasn't a Glasgow kiss! She accuses him of being jealous, which he denies, and suggests upping her training routine to make sure nothing happens. Ned mentions that he quit as the trainer and Bree replies he'd better unquit and sends him out to work with her when the 2pm appointment calls off. Janae is a sceptical about Ned's sudden keenness to get back to the boxing but the lure of a boot camp wins her over.
The General Store/No. 28
Zeke opens up to Ringo if Lolly is really wanting the date or not while at No. 28, Lolly admits she thought Rachel would freak at her inviting Zeke out on a date. Back with the boys and Ringo reminds Zeke he's been drooling after Lolly for weeks and tells him to enjoy the date. Lou overhears this bit and his face suggests he didn't like what he heard but when we go back to the girls, Lolly says that Lou will be wrapped because he likes Zeke.
Back in TGS and Lou is interrogating Zeke in such a way that it sounds quite menacing! His expression changes totally when Zeke agrees that they won't sit together in the cinema. Ringo rubs it in when Lou leaves that pashing is obviously off the agenda! Lou resumes his angry scowling face when he hears Ringo saying that Lolly is a good kisser.
Bree joins in the convo with the girls and is all cool with Lolly dating Zeke while at the store Ringo is trying to get himself out of the hole he has just dug for himself.
No. 28
Rachel is talking to Susan when Ringo arrives and tells him all about the latest Kennedy grandchild - a boy weighing 9lb 7oz called Jackson. He goes all mushy as you do when a baby has been born before coming to his senses and remember that they have the house to themselves but Rachel knocks that idea on the head in favour of attending an open day for Eden Hills Uni. Ringo is ready to have a go at her until she explains it is actually to see a plaque dedicated to her dad that was erected after his death that she hasn't seen and wants them both to go.
The General Store
A relived Boyd comes into the store after sitting his exam and hoping he scraped a pass and wondering why his conversation with Sky is very one sided. Sky explains to him that Stinger was an organ donor and Janelle has met the recipient who has his heart. Like the rest of us, Boyd is stunned and even more so when Sky admits she wants to meet the guy because Stinger saved his life. (You'd have thought she would have learned her lesson over the whole Terrance fiasco!)
(Later)
Ringo is trying not to fall asleep when Rachel talks Uni courses with him but to his relief an old work colleague of her dads interrupts to chat. Chat over and Rachel is now gushing about wanting to go to Uni while Ringo just wants her to shut up and agrees to read the literature to do that.
Boyd is trying to talk Sky out of meeting Caleb but she is insistent and thought she'd have his support, which he reluctantly gives.
Janae's boot camp
Ned and Janae are training by the seaside in the city of Port Phillip so the credits tell us.
No. 28
Rachel concedes to giving the Uni talk a miss in favour of pashing but they stop when they hear Lolly and Zeke arrive home and wonder how their date went. They quickly duck down behind the couch when the duo enter the house and Ringo gets his mobile phone to record what happens. Lolly decides she's had enough of talking about the film and wants to pash Zeke but the kiss lasts for a millisecond because Lou enters (followed by Harold) ready to quiz Zeke on what happened in the film! Harold apologises saying he tried to stop him as Lou frogmarches Zeke out of the house so the 4 of them can have lunch.
Ringo and Rachel come out of hiding laughing at what they just saw and captured on his mobile.
RINGO: Movie $9. Capturing first date disaster...
RINGO and RACHEL: Priceless!
Janae's boot camp at Port Phillip
Janae collapses onto the sand and Ned orders her into the water to swim round the buoy in the sea. He sets her a 10 minute limit but she scoffs, replying that she will do it in 6 minutes before heading into the water.
Hospital
Boyd accompanies a nervous Sky into the ward Caleb is in. He knocks on the door and enters, explaining that he and Sky were mates of Stinger's but Sky is no longer behind him, she's done a runner.
Janae's boot camp at Port Phillip
Ned watches from the beach as Janae swims but she pulls up with cramp in her leg but Ned's been distracted returning a footy back to two skimpily dressed ladies. While he talent spots, Janae is struggling in the water.
Back at the beach, Ned is still talent spotting and when he gets his attention back on the job; there is no sign of Janae in the water. He calls out her name while rushing to the water's edge starting to panic that there is no sign of her.
