Pub Office
Lou makes his admission to the police. Sgt Douglas tells him that it is a serious matter, but Lou tries to justify his actions due to his involvement with a 'loan shark'. The police don't seem to be buying it.

Bishop House
David gives Lil a foot massage whilst Lil tries to find out who David flirts with. Harold is in the background paying scant attention to their conversation.

Kennedy House
Scott is chopping vegies with Libby and Sindi but is liable to do himself a mischief with the knife so Libby tells him to set the table instead, which he does noisily. Scott is on edge about Toadie, along with Sindi.

Pub Office
The police cannot understand why Lou is turning himself in and Lou tells them to investigate Rocco over Toadie's disappearance.

Kennedy House
Serena comes over to see if Scott is okay but Scott is stand offish with her. She goes to leave and he stops her and thanks her for coming.

Bishop House
Serena arrives home to David and Lil still talking on the couch about David's supposed flirting. Harold is in the background as Serena heads to bed for an early night.

Pub Office
SGT WHITE: These are major allegations, Mr Carpenter! Do you have any proof? Lou fumbles about with his answer and mentions Stuart's name, which is like waving a red rag at Sgt Douglas who goes off about Stuart's 'vendetta' against Rocco. Lou: Would I be stupid enough to turn myself in if I didn't think something was wrong?

Bishop House
Lil tries to tell David about his 'incredible power over women' and they role play David flirting with a woman. Lil laughs over his pick up lines and comments that it a good soul is more important than the physical. David seemingly takes it well.

The Pub
Lou sees the police out of the pub and Sgt Douglas confirms for the waiting Stuart that they will look into Rocco. Stuart is very happy and tells Lou he should feel good, but Lou can only dwell on his criminal predicament.

Kennedy House
Stuart tells Libby, Sindi and Scott about the police investigation, but that Rocco seems to have disappeared. Stuart tells Sindi off If you'd stopped thinking about yourself for a second and helped me bring in Rocca ages ago, Toadie would be home right now! Scott tries to defend Sindi but Stuart continues: Shut up Scott! If anything happens to Toadie, it's on your head! Stuart goes to walk out as Libby restrains Scott from a physical confrontation.

Horsham Hospital
Rocco talks to a prone, comatose Toadie about his regret over everything that has happened, as a nurse assures him that his 'cousin' is showing signs of recovery. Rocco isn't so sure.

Bishop House
Next morning, Serena ignores Lil at breakfast and then needs money for school. They argue about it and Serena tries some emotional blackmail but it backfires. Lil emotionally sets her straight and they hug in forgiveness. As Serena heads off for school, David and Harold walk in after inspecting the street. Lil leaves the room and Harol asks after their relationship, placing the seed of doubt in David's mind over Lil's flirting ways.

Kennedy House
Scott and Sindi discuss Stuart's words from the previous night and Sindi is feeling guilty. Scott tells her that he had doubted Toadie as well. Scott leaves for school I've got a maths test to fail. Sindi empties her handbag on the table in front of Libby and Ben. Libby sees a photo of Rocco with Sindi. That's Rocco? I met him! Sindi runs over to No.30 to tell Stuart. After some severe prodding by Sindi, Stuart dumps his final police exam in favour of immediately heading to Horsham Hospital.

School Corridor
Scott and 'big fat student guy' have a fight in the corridor, only to be broken up by Serena. Scott is irrational but Serena tells him off as he walks away from her.

Coffee Shop
Harold serves Lil and David as she takes a mobile call from a bloke at the Serbian Club. David feels the need to provide a running commentary of explanation to Harold but it is obvious he is feeling uncomfortable as she makes plans with the caller.

School Corridor
Scott tells Serena to dump him, and then we she doesn't, he dumps himself! Serena doesn't let up with him, explaining that she knows he's upset but he can't take it out on her or 'Meathead'. She tells him I'm not giving up!

Country Road
Stuart and Sindi have run out of petrol. Sindi says she is going to hitch a ride and tells Stuart to hide so that the driver doesn't know it's a two for one deal until the last minute. She stuffs a jumper under her top and pretends to be pregnant. A car arrives.

SINDI: Oh please. I need to get to Horsham Hospital. It's an emergency
DRIVER: Sorry. I'm going the other way.
SINDI: Okay. Well you have yourself a lovely.....oh, oh....pant, pant....day!

She motions and makes facial expressions like she is in some sort of pain. The driver looks concerned but Sindi explains that it's just another contraction and that she can give birth on that 'nice patch of dirt over there'. The driver relents and she calls the hiding Stuart out to get into the car. The driver is non-plussed but Sindi continues like she's about to drop the baby and Stuart implores the driver to hit the pedal to the metal!

School classroom
Scott annoys the rest of the class with his fidgety and noisy behaviour.

Coffee Shop
Lil and David finish lunch. David has hardly touched his meal and Lil comments that he must be dieting again. Lil leaves to return to work whilst David rings Krystal and U Enterprises to book their 'services'.

Horsham Hospital
Stuart and Sindi arrive but cannot find Toadie. They encounter and very unhelpful nurse, the same nurse that has been so nice to Rocco, or rather his alias, Mr Virgona, the worried cousin of the comatose 'Mario'. They are ejected by the nurse from the hospital but as they go to leave, they see Rocco's mafia mobile in the carpark, packed with suitcases. Cut to Rocco beside Toadie's bedside apologising again and wishing him well, when Stuart and Sindi run into the room to find him and Toadie.
