Karl talking to Paul and Tad about their emotions.Lyn and Steph returning home from bad dinner dates.
No. 26
Steph is saying what went wrong with her dinner date - her boss has asked her to sack an employee but she has to choose between two of them. Lyn says what went wrong at her dinner date - the owner is selling the salon so she might be out of work.
Hospital
Dee has come in to say hello to Madge. She is writing out things she'd like to do. Dee tells her what she would like to do. Madge wonders how Harold, Paul and Tad will cope after she has gone and Dee says her friends will help. Madge asks her if she is up to an overseas trip.
The Coffee Shop
Karl comes in to see how Paul is coping. Paul is a bit down and Karl tells him to keep going for Madge's sake but he feels helpless.
Hospital
Madge wants to know the latest gossip starting with Flick and Joel. Dee wants to know how Madge knew about them and she tells Dee that she is the Agony Aunt in the paper and put two and two together from letters being sent in. Harold comes in wanting to know the joke but they quickly change the subject. Dee leaves and Madge tells Harold she's coming home tomorrow. He isn't sure but she is adamant she is coming home.
No. 24
Paul is getting ready for footy when Madge comes home. She is amazed it is so tidy and wonders where Tad is but he is still sleeping. Paul says he's off to play in a footy match and Madge wants to go and cheer him on.
No. 22
Karl is round helping Lou and he asks for another prescription for painkillers from Karl. Karl eventually agrees to write one out for him. As he is leaving he runs into Harold who is worried about Madge going to the footy. Karl says he has to trust her and let her say when she needs his help.
No. 26
Steph is telling Dee and Tess her dilemma about having to sack a driver but she has a plan. The conversation quickly gets round to Madge and the three of them agree to have a girls day out so they can live life to the full like Madge is doing.
Footy
Madge and Harold arrive to watch Paul play. Harold is fussing over her, which she isn't exactly keen on. Karl and Susan arrive and he moans he is late and goes to join the coach whilst Susan joins Madge and Harold. Paul is on the end of a hefty challenge but quickly shrugs it off.
No. 26
Joe gets a phonecall about wood going missing from the site. Michelle says it is the bad luck the chain letter spoke about but Joe and Lyn tell her it isn't and she should ignore the letter.
The Coffee Shop
Tess, Dee and Steph are discussing what they can do on their day out. Tess rules out horse riding and instead comes up with an alternative of a health spa. They agree to take Madge with them too.
Footy
Madge is proudly cheering Paul on. Lou joins them just as Paul takes a mark and scores a goal.
No. 26
Joe is back telling them what is left after the theft and says that nothing seems to be going right just now for them. Lyn says one day she will buy her own salon so nobody can sell it under her.
Footy
The game has finished and Paul thanks Madge for her support. Karl notices Paul is limping and checks he is ok. Paul says the other players are taking it too seriously compared to what Madge is going through.

Lyn is telling Joe that she wants to buy the salon now and they could use the equity of No. 26 towards it, but Joe asks her to wait but eventually agrees to look into it.
No. 24
A happy but tired Madge is home from the footy. Dee, Steph and Tess come in and tell Madge of their plan for the visit to the spa. Madge accepts readily despite Harold's protests about her being tired.
Footy
Nathan apologises for his challenge saying he'll be fine once he puts on some muscle. Paul tells him he's taking nutritional supplements and doing weight training but Nathan offers him steroids instead to bulk up.
