Complex
Dione tells Joel she's had enough of him. Joel tells her that he was only doing a favour to Lance and Toadie and Dione asks why did he hide the sign from her in the first place? Joel tries to explain why he lied and he genuinely doesn't want to lie to her anymore. He asks her for another chance but Dione tells him it is too late, she has a date anyway with a guy from the hospital.

No. 30
Toadie is trying to get the ambience right for the two backpacker girls that Joel was sent to collect from the pub. Joel returns empty handed and tells a now irate Toadie and Lance that he saw Dione in the pub and that was more important than collecting the girls, so Toadie and Lance head there themselves.

Lou's Place
Karl and Susan are talking wedding with Lou who tells them tales of how much weddings can cost. Karl begins to panic and hopes that Drew & Libby have simple tastes! Toadie and Lance rush in looking for their backpackers and Lou gives them the news that they left not long after with two blokes.

Garage
Lib tells Drew she's found the perfect place to hold the wedding but Drew is more concerned about what Karl will say in case it is expensive. She tells him that it can be two for the price of one as there is a courtyard where they can get married at too. Drew isn't enthralled as he thought they were going to get married in a church.

Lou's Place
Lance and Toadie are sitting depressed at the bar and Toadie says that justice will be done if Joel blows it with Dione permanently.

No. 30
Dione calls Joel to arrange a date so they can talk. She also tells him not to blow it, as it is his last chance.

Lou's Place
Lib wants to know why Drew wants to get married in a church since they aren't regular church goers. Drew explains that his family are and they will be upset if they don't get married in a church. Lib moans that Grandpa Tom won't go now because of his opinions.

Toadie and Lance spot two backpackers enter the pub and offer their services.

No. 30
Toadie is showing off the delights of No. 30 to the girls. Joel wants to borrow money from Lance so he can take Dione to Lanzini's since it isn't payday yet. Lance turns him down as he is skint and reminds him of his last trip there with Dione and suggests they go somewhere more intimate and cheaper!

No. 28
Lib is telling Susan about the place she likes and how expensive it maybe. Joel interrupts them wanting to borrow money from Libby, which she does. Karl arrives home and Joel asks Karl if he knows Dione (yes he sees her around) and if she is dating anyone from the hospital but Karl refuses to tell him even if he does know. Karl earns himself a lecture from Libby and Susan when Joel leaves but it turns out that Karl lied, he doesn't know Dione.

No. 30
The two backpackers are impressed with Lance's cooking skills. He though is more concerned if they have paid up or not and Toadie replies no. The ladies overhear him and tell them that they were robbed in their last place and are therefore don't have any money. Toadie takes pity on them and offers to let them stay rent free, which Lance isn't happy about, as he is sure they aren't telling the truth.

Joel patiently waits for Dione to show up and he just about wrecks the table as she enters.

No. 28
Drew and Libby still can't decide on how they are getting married, so they decide to compromise - Libby will get married in a church if she can choose the wedding reception venue.

Restaurant
Joe apologises for his nervousness and Dione tells him to relax.

No. 30
The ladies thank the boys for their hospitality. Toadie asks one of them (Angie) on a date but before she can answer, two male backpackers turn up looking for them! Toadie wants answers, and it is revealed that the four of them have been travelling around Australia together and are looking forward to the free board and lodgings being provided at No. 30! To the boy's relief, Lou turns up at No. 30 demanding an explanation and his rent. Lou discovers that they've been running a backpackers hostel and coming to their rescue, tells the 4 backpackers that No. 30 is fully booked and Toadie will take them to the nearest backpackers hostel.

No. 28
Drew gives Libby his guest list for the wedding and they begin to fret over how much it is going to cost since the budget is virtually blow just paying for the meals.

Restaurant
Dione thanks Joel for a great evening. Joel wants to tell her something and he hopes he isn't too late but we are since the credits appear!
