Number 28
Billy is watching TV when Toadie comes in. Toadie admits to Billy that he accidentally told Caitlin that Billy has feelings for her.
TOADIE: I told her. I thought she knew - she acted like she knew...
BILLY: What you told her I had the hots for her...?
TOADIE: I had no idea that she had no idea!
Billy is understandably annoyed. He suddenly remembers Anne - what if she finds out? He leaves.
Number 30
Ben tells Sarah she needs to do something about Bob, who has trailed paint around the house on his paws. There's a knock at the door - it's Billy looking for Caitlin.
Sarah leaves to clear up the dog and the carpet with Ben. Billy has just called around to 'catch- up on a few things'. Caitlin plays dumb and so Billy explains that Toadie was confused - he doesn't like her and needed to clear that up before anything got back to Anne.
Caitlin smiles and Billy wants to know why. Caitlin calls him pathetic because she's known for a while that Billy has liked her. She reassures him that she wouldn't tell Anne, but she would if Billy doesn't tell her the truth - does he really like her?
CAITLIN: I want to hear it from you, Billy, not from Toadie. Do you like me or not?
BILLY: Alright. OK. I like you.
He tells her that it doesn't make any difference, nothing will happen between them because he loves Anne.
Number 24
Madge and Harold are discussing whether they should take in Paul or Mandi. Harold feels that Paul really needs them, but Madge has practically promised Caitlin that they would take in Mandi.
Madge does agree that Mandi is the easiest option - but then easiest option isn't always the best one. She agrees that Paul needs them more. Harold knows it'll be hard, but it is a good thing not just for Paul but for him and Madge as well.
Number 30
Caitlin remarks that Sarah is up early. Sarah says she can't sleep and Caitlin asks her what is wrong. Sarah says she dreamt about Ben last night (and no, it wasn't one of *those* dreams). She dreamt Ben was racing his car and it was out of control and it crashed badly. She says it was horrific and she looks really traumatised. Caitlin tells her it was only a dream but if it is really bothring her then she must tell Ben.
Number 24
Harold is very excited on the phone.
Madge wants to know what the arrangements are and when Paul will move in. Harold explains its not that simple but that Paul will be round later, he has a right to choose where he lives afterall. Madge thinks any home would be better than the centre where he is at the moment.
Caitlin knocks on the door. Caitlin asks Harold and Madge if they have made up their mind regarding Mandi. Harold explains that they have made up their mind that they are going to take in someone else. Caitlin is disappointed but is sure that they will find somewhere else for her to stay.
Number 30
Bob has been in Ben's sock drawer and drooled all over his socks. Sarah apologies and says she'll wash his socks. Ben thinks that perhaps Bob should sleep in the laundry and Sarah agres. Ben recognises that something is wrong with Sarah, as she's acting strange, she usually defends Bob.
She asks Ben not to laugh and she begins to explain the dream to him.
SARAH: You were racing in your car, and it crashed. It was so real, it was like I was there and watching it happen.
BEN: You're not getting all 'hocus pocus' on me, are you?
SARAH: I don't want to. But what I saw really shook me up. And you might think I'm nuts, but this race you've got coming up, I don't think you should do it.
Number 32
Billy brings Ann some top quality paint brushes - he just wanted to let her know how much he appreciates her. Anne wants to know what he's guilty about because she's heard that when a man gives you flowers it's because he's guilty of something. Billy remarks that these are paintbrushes and not flowers so he must be in the clear. It's OK though - the only reason Billy got them is because he thinks Anne is the best.
Number 24
Paul and Tracey have turned up and Paul wonders if it's someones birthday as he can smell baking. Tracey explains to Harold and Madge that she hasn't told Paul why he's here.
HAROLD: The thing is Madge and I would like you to come and live with us, we really would.
Paul agrees there and then and doesn't want any time to think it over. Everyone is delighted.
Coffee Shop
Anne and Billy are deciding what to eat - the food is on Billy.
Caitin comes in and asks where Billy was this morning and he makes his excuses. She asks them what they're doing later and Billy says him and Anne are going shopping. Caitlin and Mandi try and angle an invite but he tells them him and Anne want a day together alone. This inpresses Anne - she declares that he is the best boyfriend ever.
Number 24
Paul is moving in already, bringing lots of boxes in an talking about basketball. Harold encourages him to join a local team, and he'll put up a basketball hoop outside.
Madge joins them and tells Paul to make himself at home and decorate his room how he likes. Harold leaves and Madge chatters away to Paul about basketball. He becomes quiet and looks unsure, not responding to Madge. When Harold returns he perks up again offering to help Harold with the suitcase. Madge sighs.
Lou's Place
Ben is telling Lou about Sarah's dream. Lou thinks he's taking it too seriously - who's to say the dream wasn't about Sarah, just represented as him.
LOU: She might have a crash - emotionally not physically.
BEN: I think you've been watching too many chat shows.
Lou's glad he's made him think, but if he is worried perhaps he shouldn't race as he won't be concentrating properly if he's worried about bursting into flames every time he took a corner. Lou asks Ben if he takes racing seriously - if so he mustn't worry what other people think.
Number 24
Harold tells Madge that he thinks Paul is settling in well and that he'll be really happy with them both. Madge explains that she's worried because earlier when Harold left the house Paul became distant and clammed up. She worries that she is a problem for him. Harold thinks Paul will open up to her in time, but she must remember that he has spent more time with him.
Number 28
Anne and Billy have obviously has a good day. She makes him a hot chocolate as he has treated her all day. There's a knock at the door and it's Mandi and Caitlin who have swimming- related news. The swimming team have been invited to Sydney and they want him try out.
MANDI: We reckon you should try out for the squad straight away.
CAITLIN: If you're good enough then Simon might let you come with us
MANDI: It's going to be so good - almost like a holiday.
Billy looks at Anne.
CAITLIN: So, what do you reckon? Do you want to come to Sydney with us, or not?
