Mrs Mangels
Mrs Mangel doesn't want Jane to go to court but Jane insists she is going. Mrs Mangel is worried it will harm Jane's reputation and says she will have to live the consequences if people start to think badly of her.
Ramsays
Henry is dressed for court and Madge is in a world of her own. He knows what she is thinking and says she has been seen this scene so many time before, only this time it's not him up in front of the judges it's clean living Mike who hasn't put a foot wrong. Madge tells him that's not fair - thoughts should be private. Scott arrives and Henry tell him he'll have to give evidence as the judge won't take kindly to Henry's criminal record. Madge says it's for the best as last time Henry was in court he cracked a couple of jokes which she thinks cost him a couple more months!
Clarkes
Sally is finding it hard to keep herself together. Helen arrives to keep Sally company. Sally starts crying and tells Helen how scared she is for Mike. If he goes to jail it will be the end for Des as he'll be losing another member of his family.
Mrs Mangels Front yard
Todd is mowing the lawns whilst Katie watches. She's upset because Lucy has gone to Emma's without her. Katie wants to help Todd but he is reluctant after what happened the last time when she got stung by a bee. He gives in and lets Katie help with the weeds. Mrs Mangel comes out and calls Henry over. She tells him she doesn't want the 'troublemaking imps' doing her gardening. Henry says he can stop them if she likes but that will mean her garden won't get done as quickly as usual. She enquires about Bouncers kennel and he tells her a work of art takes a long time to finish.
Clarkes
Sally tells Helen she hasn't been sleeping very well. She's worried about Des and everything he's had to contend with lately. She is worried who Des will lean on if Mike goes to jail. Helen tells her not to fear the worst - who knows what will happen. Helen takes Jamie to the Robinsons and tells Sally to go home and rest.
Courthouse
Des, Jane and Mike are waiting for the case to begin but Mike's lawyer is late. Jane asks Des how he is and comments it must be hard for him being here. Des says Mike needs support - it's the least he can do. Summers and Regan arrive and Des and Mike try the hardest to remain calm.
Mrs Mangels Front yard
Mrs Mangel comes outside and is horrified to see Todd and Katie have accidentally emptied the grass trimmings all over her flowers. She then sees Katie has pulled out all her daisies after mistaking them for weeds! Todd and Katie apologise but Mrs Mangel is furious and drags them over to the Robinsons.
Robinsons
Mrs Mangel arrives with Todd and Katie. She tells Helen and Jim what the kids have done and she is sure it is malicious. Todd explains that it was a mistake and Jim sends them both back to Mrs Mangels house to clear up the mess. Jim loses his temper and tells Mrs Mangel she is an interfering old busybody and orders her to leave his house!
Courthouse
Scott and Henry arrive with the pictures. Summers is worried when he sees them both arrive. Mike's lawyer tells them all not to get their hopes up as GBH charges could still stand. Henry leaves and asks Summers if he's picked up any wallets lately!
Mrs Mangels Front yard
Henry arrives to find Todd and Katie picking up the grass seeds. Ms Mangel tells Henry she will not pay him a single cent and no longer wants him to make the kennel for Bouncer. Katie tells Henry she's sorry and he promises her he won't fire Todd.
Ramsays
Madge is on the phone to Max. He is making jokes about her wedding to Harold and Madge is not appreciating them. Henry arrives and tells Madge about the gardening disaster. He needs to get Mrs Mangel back on side and tries to concoct a plan.
Robinsons
Jim is telling of Todd and Katie and tells them they need to stop causing trouble for the neighbours. Helen tries to defuse the situation but Todd and Katie are worried as they fear Jim no longer wants them around.
Courthouse
Mike's case is finally called to court. Des and Jane sit in the public gallery whilst Scott waits outside until he is called to give evidence.
