The credits have been updated and Amy has been added to the shot with Roxy and Ned.

Nicolette has asked Melanie if she's allowed to sue Jesse as the volleyball referee. Melanie wasn't sure if she was being serious! Toadie wants to concentrate on more serious matters. Toadie has found another lawyer to take over the case.

MELANIE: Have you heard anything from Angela?
TOADIE: Karl said she smelt like a horse so no.
MELANIE: Technically it was a horse stable.

They hope things work out on both matters. Melanie suggests finding another job so they can date each other in public. Toadie looks unsure, Melanie reassures him she wants him onboard. Melanie reminds him that they will have Toadie's house to themselves this afternoon! Toadie is pleased to get a text from Amy announcing she's back.

Flamingo Bar
Amy is gushing over the place, apparently the photos don't do it justice! Kyle arrives and has to explain what happened to his face. Roxy isn't looking happy! Amy wants to meet Toadie before they meet with Chloe, Terese agrees so Amy heads off.

Terese has to face an annoyed Kyle and Roxy! Terese wants to book in a chat later.

ROXY: I nailed that volleyball tournament.

Kyle backs Roxy up on this, Roxy wishes that Terese had been honest about hiring Amy before now. Terese tells them that an independent assessor hired Amy who was very confident in the interview. Roxy points out she wasn't assessed as Terese looks awkward! Terese apologises, she knows Roxy really wanted the job but Amy is hired now.

The Waterhole
Amy is telling Toadie that she has been given a trial for a month but will be staying permanently if it works out. Toadie is really happy for her! Toadie offers her a place to stay, Amy is ok to mention Shane's name. Amy admits that Shane moving away was a bonus in her returning to Erinsborough. Lassiter's has offered for Amy to stay there. She's unsure if her children will move here as well. Amy is vague about what happened in Cannes! Toadie confirms Shane is happy.

AMY: I'm glad but a little sad.

Amy hasn't started seeing anyone else. She thinks they should hang out as they're both single. Toadie doesn't enlighten her about Melanie. Toadie needs to meet a friend and Amy needs to head off.

Toadie is explaining who Amy is to Melanie. Melanie looks forward to meeting Amy. Melanie has been shopping at Juicy Jungle and lets Toadie open the box. Toadie is pleased with what he finds in the box. Melanie doesn't want to turn this into anything serious.

Karl and Susan arrive and Toadie throws the box to Melanie. Karl apologises for the mix-up over Angela. Toadie brushes it off and Susan realises they might have been busy! Toadie needs to pick the kids up soon so Karl suggests having coffee before they go to the movies. Melanie isn't so keen to be interrupted!

Chloe welcomes Amy back and gives her the orientation pack.

Roxy is wondering how Amy got the job, if she used bribery, blackmail or through an old friend. Kyle is trying to sort out the net. Terese offers to help, Roxy rebuffs though Kyle would prefer the help. Terese tries to soften the blow with dinner that night for winning the volleyball tournament.

ROXY: Why don't you make it for Amy seeing as you love her so much?

Terese wants Roxy to put her grievance aside and step up. Roxy thinks this was rigged. Terese admits she saw Amy's application and it was better than everyone else's. Terese heads off.

Karl hopes they haven't made things worse about Toadie's work. Toadie tells them that he has sorted this out. He can work things out as well when they get tough with Melanie. Susan asks how things are going as Melanie is in the bathroom. Toadie points out they're not meant to pry. They just don't want to jump to conclusions which is what happened before. Toadie tells them it was casual, it became more serious, he is now having doubts. It's no longer straightforward.

Melanie returns and Susan suggests catching up for long another time. Melanie suggests a visit to Madame Zolga, Melanie thinks she is great.

TOADIE: 87% success rate apparently.
MELANIE: 95% if you don't wear shoes.

Toadie hasn't visited but is distracted by a lot of text messages arriving on his phone from Angela. She is vowing revenge after he referred her to a dodgy lawyer.

Flamingo Bar
Kyle is pondering where to keep their trophy as Roxy sends dagger looks at Amy. Roxy is happy for Kyle to look after it.

ROXY: I lost the only race that counts.
KYLE: I bet you would have been their second choice.
ROXY: As Nicolette would say is second is just first loser.

Nicolette is suffering at home so Chloe is having a drink here. Roxy thinks that she and Aaron should have won the competition.

CHLOE: You might say you won by a nose.

Roxy laughs hysterically. She tries to butter up Chloe by complimenting her look. Roxy wants to see Amy's application and tries offering the trophy, Kyle isn't impressed! Roxy suggests that Chloe leaves the application lying around, Chloe looks uncomfortable.

As Toadie comes off the phone, Melanie wants to know what Angela's reaction was. It was 15 out of 10! Toadie is going to meet up with them plus the new lawyer to smooth things over. He also is meant to pick up Nell and Hugo, Melanie offers to pick them up and is happy to help. Melanie agrees to do it as a friend but looks disappointed. Toadie is grateful.

The Waterhole
Amy hands over some paperwork, Terese suggests she gets her photo ID from HR. Terese offers to help Amy get familiar again with the area. Amy wants to know how much say she gets in choosing her team. Terese has to finalise it but it's basically up to Amy. Terese points out there are great members of staff already which pleases Amy. Amy wants to promote in house, her horrible ex hostess boss never did this.

AMY: I swore that when I reached the dizzying heights of success I would do things differently.

Terese praises Roxy's handling of the volleyball tournament which pleases Amy.

Harold's Café
Melanie admires Nell's drawing of Toadie. She thinks Hugo's is a snowstorm, he tells her it's a big snail with green heads. Toadie arrives and thought they would be at home. They have already been to the park. The cards are to wish Brent good luck. Toadie has managed to sort things out after a lot of grovelling. Kyle arrives and Hugo seems upset at his nose injury. Kyle tries to lighten the mood with a joke but Hugo isn't impressed. Toadie makes up a poem and Melanie laughs. Nell notes that Hugo seems to like the laugh so Melanie does it again.

Roxy is keen for Chloe to move on as she's finished her drink, Chloe points out there are no other customers. Roxy thinks she is running things fine but no-one seems to notice! Chloe reminds her she's not allowed to share this information. Chloe explains that Amy's ideas really impressed everyone. Amy suggested a loyalty programme. Roxy came up with the same idea but never mentioned it. Amy's ideas were more than just volleyball.

CHLOE: Lassiter's need someone that thinks outside the box.

There is a similar bar in Melbourne so they need to stand out from this bar.

ROXY: Don't tell me to make lemonade out of lemons. I'm more of a tequila girl.
CHLOE: Turn this to your advantage. Make Amy your mentor.
ROXY: The woman who stole my job?

Chloe points out that Terese mentoring her has helped her get where she is now. Chloe wants Roxy to learn from Amy.

Harold's Café
Susan might go and visit Madame Zolga for Melanie's sake. They're not sure if Melanie is Toadie's partner or girlfriend and she's better than Angela! Karl thinks Melanie is more interested, Susan thinks things could go the other way. Susan thinks an older woman might be better but Karl isn't sure on the maturity level.

SUSAN: She knows what she wants out of life. That's a good thing.

Susan wants to give Melanie a go but Karl has a couple of doubts.

Roxy is deciding whether she needs a mentor or not. Amy arrives and suggests to Terese about a couch in a corner. Amy spots Roxy and praises her for the volleyball tournament and the bar profits show this. Amy wants them to be able to work together. Roxy is her number 2 with energy and imagination though there is no extra pay!

ROXY: I think I can learn from you.
AMY: Excellent. Let's talk tomorrow.

Roxy is now going to come up with ideas to impress Amy!

Nell is using her Barbie dolls to act out Toadie and Melanie. Toadie worries he has the same voice Nell is doing, Melanie admits she's spot on. Toadie is grateful and thanks Melanie for earlier, she was happy to help. Toadie apologises for the way he's behaving and admits to finding his way in their relationship. Melanie says she is ok if Toadie doesn't want to get serious.

TOADIE: It's just been so easy with us and I don't want to ruin that.
MELANIE: I understand. Let's take it in baby steps.

Toadie enjoyed seeing Melanie spend time with Nell and Hugo. Amy arrives home and is inviting Toadie to the Flamingo Bar for a drink. Toadie plans to eat at home and introduces Melanie and Amy who recognise each other from the documentary. Toadie tells Amy that Melanie is his girlfriend. Amy is ok that she and Toadie can't be single together anymore. Nell has found the Juicy Jungle box and thinks it's a toy box! Melanie starts laughing and Toadie takes the box away quickly. Amy cottons on and heads off. Melanie is pleased that it is now official and wants to explore the box later.

Roxy arrives, the door is open and she thinks someone's broken in.

ROXY: If there's a thief in there it sucks to be you.

Actually Amy has come in early but is impressed Roxy is also early. Roxy tells Amy her ideas, a Fla - mur - go mug with the logo for new members. Amy brushes off the ideas as she already has ideas of her own. She wants Roxy to embrace them. Roxy is disappointed.

The Waterhole
Melanie is straightening Toadie's tie as he waits for Mr Carmello, Toadie is nervous. Melanie gives Toadie a pep talk about the football to help him. She has been doing her homework! Melanie is determined to find a new job at the same time as his meeting. Toadie gets a call from Mr Carmello, he tries to explain but Mr Carmello cuts him off.

TOADIE: He's dumped me from the case.
MELANIE: Why?
TOADIE: He's found out about you and me and has decided that I lack the credibility to represent him.

Toadie has no idea how he found out, very few others know about their relationship. They realise Angela knows about them.
