- Scarlett explaining to Yashvi how she came to know Ned.
- Yashvi curious why Ned didn't let Scarlett know he wasn't single.
- Scarlett giving Ned some love advice.
- Hendrix having a run- in with Mark.
- Hendrix aghast at the thought of going to a public school!
- Chloe giving Hendrix what for.
- Chloe being mistaken over who is giving her a shoulder massage!
- Hendrix spying on Chloe as she pashes his dad.
Hendrix is chilling so much in the pool that Pierce is happy to let him stay there with Chloe keeping an eye on him, while he heads off for a meeting about the wine tasting event. After piece leaves, Hendrix invites Chloe to join him in the pool! She turns the offer down, then tells him that she isn't doesn't like the "whole creepy Casanova act."
CHLOE: It stops now!
The lad ignores that, so she tells him a few home truths about his behaviour in reply, warning him that he needs to "grow up and show respect."
Chloe seeks out Aaron for help over her Hendrix problem. While she agrees she should tell Pierce as Aaron suggests, she feels that Hendrix is just waiting for that to happen so doesn't want to give him the satisfaction, plus it could make things harder between father and son. She thinks getting to the root of dad and lad's issues, and fixing them, would be a good starting point.
Ned is surprised to see that its Scarlett who is going to be working with him today when she enters Harold's dressed for work. She asks how things are with Yashvi, and he reveals that he is still in the doghouse as she blanked him this morning when they saw each other. "You must really like this girl," she remarks after Ned concedes that it is him who is in the wrong. "I do," he replies and is hoping that Scarlett is right, in that Yashvi will come around soon.
Chloe arrives just as Karl and Pierce are finishing up their meeting. Pierce isn't too impressed to hear that she has arranged it so that he is going to be doing something with his son this afternoon. She makes it clear that he isn't getting out of it, Hendrix needs his dad because he "isn't in the right place right now" and the longer Pierce leaves it, the worse Hendrix is going to "act out" and will reach a point where dad can't bail lad out anymore. Somewhat reluctantly, he agrees to her plan but is now clueless on what to do with the lad. Karl suggest that simply spending time with the lad chatting is the best idea and is sure Hendrix will appreciate it.
And the idea the trio came up with was for Pierce to go golfing with Hendrix... well starting off with a bucket of balls at the driving range. As Pierce points out, it was about time he learned to play and its something he will need to know about in the future for business meetings. Hendrix eventually agrees to going... as long a Pierce buys him his own set of clubs and golf shoes!
David is going all out trying to get a new housemate - advertising online as well as doing flyers. "I'm not giving Leo's room to just anyone," he tells Kyle (and Amy) before heading out of the house with his flyers.
Kyle can tell that David doesn't really want to let out his brother's room so has an idea - Amy moves in but rather than occupying Leo's room, she moves into Kyle's. She isn't exactly keen on the idea; she'd rather they got their own place but pacifies him by not totally ruling out his idea.
Scarlett hastily rushes after Yashvi when she spots the lass passing the complex to apologise for putting her foot in it last night. "Don't worry about it," Yashvi replies however refuses to be drawn into discussing with Scarlett what's happening with Ned, when she tries to. However, Scarlett wears her down by saying that Ned has talked to her about Yashvi and so they should be friends!
Complete with his new gear... and a golf buggy, Pierce and Hendrix are back from the driving range. It does sound from the brief conversation we hear that it was a good dad and lad bonding session.
Meanwhile Amy helps her brother put up the flyers around the complex, while discussing with him Kyle's suggestion. She does seem keen on the idea, so David suggests a compromise - she moves in taking over Leo's room, but warns her not to take too long deciding in case the room gets snapped up... and looks like there is a candidate - Scarlett, who on seeing one of the flyers, and liking what she sees, scrunches up the flyer into a ball with a huge smile on her face.
Pierce thanks Chloe for forcing him to spend the afternoon with his son, he had a really good time. The smile disappears off his face though, when Hendrix returns to the table having taken a call from his mates, demanding his dad hands over his credit card so he can book a flight to Noosa where his mates have booked a last minute beach house! Pierce tries to stall him by suggesting they talk to his mum, and its Chloe who can't believe Pierce would let his son go.
Chloe is shocked this idea is even on the table, despite Hendrix pointing out it's the school holidays, so she changes tact by instead commenting that its off he's asking his dad to pay (his own card is maxed out apparently!)
HENDRIX: He can afford it.
Somewhat reluctantly, Pierce tells his son that he isn't getting on his planned trip, there are things needing done... like getting his school organised. He also adds that he wanted to spend the holidays with his son too and to try and sweeten the deal, offers to call in some favours so they can play a round of golf at Royal Melbourne. "Stick your stupid golf course," Hendrix replies while simultaneously giving Chloe the death stare!
CHLOE: You did the right thing; you can't let him walk all over you like that.
Hendrix takes his new golf clubs and throws them into the lake!
Ned is surprised to see Yashvi behind the counter working when he comes in with Scarlett for lunch. He doesn't know of course because they've not been talking! Ned tries to get into her good books by buying one of the muffins she likes... and giving it to her! "That's the best you've got?!" she replies with a smile on her face!
NED: If it had icing, I'd write 'I'm sorry' 100 times on top!
YASHVI: I'm not sure that'd fit.
NED: I'll just have to say it to your face. I'm sorry, can you forgive me?
YASHVI: I'm thinking community service hours!
"Deal," replies Ned and she pulls him in for a pash. Someone that isn't too happy at the reunion is Scarlett.
Trying to make a good impression, Scarlett has brought round a gift of a fish (for the fish tank). Her generosity, along with tales of woe at living at the backpackers, gets Kyle and Aaron's sympathy as they go to give her a tour of the room and the house.
It would seem the interview went well as Scarlett unloads her suitcase from a taxi. At the same time, Yashvi and Ned are walking up the street and of course she can't wait to tell them that they will be neighbours, feigning that she knew they lived in the street.
After Scarlett heads inside with her case, Ned pleads with Yashvi he'd no idea she was moving into the street. Yashvi reassures him that she is fine with her moving in and tells him about their chat earlier.
Scarlett eventually heads to her room to unpack (having come in via the garden), passing David on the way into the kitchen. He isn't exactly keen to see her move in, as of course he'd suggested to Amy that she could get the room. Seems it's a 'lost in communication' moment as although Kyle mentioned Amy to Aaron, it was her moving into Kyle's room, not Leo's.
Amy is telling Kyle of her brilliant plan to move into Leo's old room and he eventually breaks the news that the room is taken. "Bummer," she explains, and Kyle tries to still persuade her to move in, living in his room will still work he decrees! The pair conclude that with Scarlett moving in, the house is going to be fairly cramped so decide to keep to the status quo.

Karl has retrieved the golf clubs Hendrix threw into the lake and has returned the soggy equipment to Pierce and Chloe.
"What a spoilt, entitled..." Chloe says but Pierce interrupts before she gets a chance to finish her description of Hendrix, somewhat relieved it's not the worst the lad has done! Karl is trying hard not to gloat as he did suggest that Pierce do something cheap with the lad. Pierce is lost as he thought the day had gone well, they spent ages talking to each other.
CHLOE: I thought so too... I guess the word 'no' brings out his dark side!
PIERCE: I thought we'd turned a corner.
Chloe is insistent that lad doesn't get away with what he's done, but Pierce isn't sure what to do now... well other than agree to Karl 'babysitting' the clubs until Pierce decides what to do with them!
After Karl departs, Pierce thinks he's stuffed it with Hendrix, admitting that he doesn't know how to get through to his son. "This is not the time to give up," Chloe urges him.
Chloe and Scarlett introduce themselves, allowing the others to agree a name for the new fish... except while the others are suggesting medical names, she sneaks out the front door having initially excused herself to go unpack.
With the clubs safely delivered to Ramsay Street, and dressed in his golf attire complete with his Royal Stewart tartan Tam O'Shanter, Karl re- enacts his best ever golf round...on the street! Scarlett doesn't look too impressed as she spots him while crossing the road towards #22.
Scarlett lets herself into the house, knocking once she's more than half- way across the threshold. We can hear that Ned is in the shower, so she heads up the stairs towards where the noise is coming from.
Seconds later we see Ned in the shower, unawares that Scarlett has opened the bathroom door but that she has her phone out taking photos of him. We then see her pick up his towel and hold it as the credits come up.
