Penthouse suite
Despite Terese's come on, Paul backs away, telling her that he is with Jane and is committed to her. "Okay," Terese replies and goes to leave adding that she won't be bothering him again. Before she does leave, he asks that if he can do anything for her, then he will. "I'm perfectly fine," she replies and gets into the lift.

Number 32
"You're a brave man," Dipi tells Gary when he calls round to give her some homemade sweets as a small way of making up for what he did. She thanks him for the gift and adds that he also helped her beat the odds and explains to him about the tarot cards. Gary comments that perhaps she should do a tarot reading for him and Dipi literally starts shuffling the cards!

Penthouse suite
Jane is back from her meeting with Susan and suggests to Paul that perhaps they could visit an architecture exhibition (to get inspiration for Robinson Pines) she heard about on the radio at the weekend since they've no plans. He is up for a museum visit, however lies about what he has been up to while Jane was away when she asks.

The Waterhole (exterior)
Shane catches Sheila as she is out collecting empties, to apologies for his behaviour towards her. However, before she accepts his apology, she explains that given they work together and have been study buddies, he should have trusted her more.

Sheila then heads over to where Xanthe is sat (researching nursing options) and tries to talk the lass out of changing career paths but Xanthe's mind isn't for changing.

Terese's office
"There's good news and bad news," Terese replies to Piper's question of "what happened?" when she walks into her office to find Piper and Ned there. Ned asks for the good news, which is Paul isn't interested in Terese. Piper asks for the bad news, which was Terese making "a gigantic fool" of herself and Paul thinking that she wants him back! "There's always that risk," Piper acknowledges and Ned wonders why she didn't set him straight and Terese explains her embarrassment meant she wanted out of there pronto! The conclusion therefore is that Leo is with Delaney under his "own free will" despite the contrary evidence.

TERESE: I have lost Leo and now I've made a pathetic show of propositioning Paul!
NED: It will be okay.
TERESE: I was just desperate for answers, I just wanted some explanation, so I wouldn't look like a fool in all of this but now I've just made things worse.

Lassiters Complex
Amy and Leo chat about what's happened with Gary as they walk away from the pub, but she doesn't answer the question of whether she will get back with him. They then notice that 'Haus of Elisabeth' is empty (they've moved) and wonder what will occupy the space? After the momentary distraction, its Amy's turn to quiz her brother on Delaney but he's not giving anything away that we don't already know, and indeed abandons his sister to go be with her.

Lassiters hotel, Delaney's room
Leo heads to Delaney's room, but she's not ready so sends him away to return in 15 minutes! Before she can get to her hair, her phone rings but whoever it is (it doesn't show in the screen) she doesn't look so happy at what was said during the brief call.

(Later)

Commercial break and 15 minutes later, Leo is back knocking on Delaney's door (and ignoring Terese as they pass one another in the corridor). She's not dressed, and we find out what the call was about - she was told that her dad and uncle have got parole and will be released tomorrow morning. Leo doesn't think it will be too big an issue as being on parole, they will have to stay in Sydney plus they don't know she is in Erinsborough. The solicitor also mentioned that her dad has a role for her in the family business and Leo consoles her, promising that he won't allow her to be forced into anything.

Number 32
Dipi tells Gary what the tarot cards say - he shouldn't give up on Amy.

Number 26
Amy tries to sneak into the house via the backdoor but is caught by Xanthe. She tells Amy that Gary is in bed already and that she doesn't need to sleep in the spare room. "Its easier this way," Amy explains and knows she can't avoid Gary forever, even though she seems to be trying to do that by leaving early and coming home late.

Xanthe then gets her video call from Ben who knows all about her planning on changing career paths thanks to a call from Sheila earlier. Despite the rousing pep talk, Xanthe still plans on changing careers but before he hangs up, he asks her to not settle on something she might regret and to think about what she really wants.

Lassiters hotel, Delaney's room
To cheer Delaney up, Leo suggests a strawberry sundae and reveals that it was him who always ensured there was one at the club for when she finished school (she thought it was her dad that organised it). She acknowledges it was harsh making him break up with Terese, but he'd have never done so otherwise since he is always "way too nice." Delaney thinks that she can still feel something between them, like it used to be, but now she can kiss him. "We were always meant to be together," she adds before they seriously start pashing.

Number 26 (next day)
Xanthe is hanging out her washing when Gary delivers her a coffee since Amy isn't around to drink it (he'd made it initially for her, but she's already left for work). It's his turn to try and talk Xanthe out of her plan to swap career paths - he is demanding she accepts the place offered to her because otherwise what has all the hard work she has put in been for?

Its awkward.com as Terese gets in the lift with Jane and Paul already in it, as they all head to the ground floor.

Lassiters hotel, Delaney's room
A fully clothed Leo wakes up to find Delaney starting out the window - she's fearful that her dad is going to ruin everything. "I told you I won't let him," he reassures her with and that everything will be alright.

Number 26
Gary tells his mum about his visit to see Dipi and plans on re-visiting her with his vegan cookbook. Sheila isn't amused, especially after Shane's warning and the fact they cleared the air between them the night before, but Gary still plans on going. "Good luck with that," she says before heading out.

Lassiters spa
Xanthe is working on a client but all she can think about (with the aid of flashbacks) is what made her decide to become a doctor in the first place. All of a sudden, she stops working on the client and rushes out of the spa!

The Waterhole (exterior)
...To tell her dad and Gran that she's accepted the Uni place that she's been offered! They are overjoyed at her decision and Xanthe has also got her job lined up at the nursing home too. That isn't all - Piper has sorted out her accommodation and Ben is going to pick her up from the airport...tonight! "There's so much to do," Sheila points out but Xanthe reckons she can get it all done in time.

Lassiters hotel, 5th floor
Ned and Terese are doing room checks, when they spot Leo coming out of room 501 (Delaney's room). "Do you have a moment?" she asks, and he does, so Ned heads off to do the checks to allow them to chat.

Terese begins by admitting she's done some "really bad decisions" like going through Delaney's things, to prove she was manipulating him but accepts that they are definitely over. She will though not forget though their time spent together, "it didn't last, but it was beautiful." "Believe me I never wanted it to be like this," Leo admits but "it is" Terese replies and since there is no more to say, heads off in the direction Ned took.

Number 32
As he said he would do, Gary is round with his recipe book and Dipi seems happy with the gesture and even plans on make some of them. No surprise that Shane arrives home and Dipi offers him the chance to run out the back door, but he's staying put to try and clear the air. "What the hell," Shane says on seeing Gary in his kitchen and Dipi explains why he is round, but it has fallen on deaf ears. "I told you to stay away," Shane reminds Gary, but he thinks that since he patched things up with Sheila, thought he'd had a change of heart.

SHANE: Your mum didn't assault my wife!

He then orders Gary out of the house and when he doesn't show signs of going, Shane literally frogmarches him out of the house...

Ramsay Street
...and throws him onto the pavement!

SHANE: Don't come near my family again!
