- Despite struggling, Sonya doesn't want the situation to affect Hugo.
- Karl quizzing Sindi on her plans.
- Xanthe saying that it was Finn who knocked her down.
- Gary smashing up Bea and Finn's place.
- ‘Patrick' being correctly identified as Finn from his ID card.

- Mark and Karl going off to do their own investigating.
Elly is trying to attract attention by yelling and banging the door but its getting nowhere other than annoying Susan and Bea! Susan is trying to remain as upbeat as she can, but they've now run out of water after she forced Bea to drink the last mouthful after Elly rejected the offer, even after Susan pointed out she'd had nothing since they were locked in.
The light is starting to fade and Karl refuses Mark's suggestion of returning back to the car, instead wanting to keep going in the direction he thought he heard the noise coming from.
National Park/Police station
Mishti calls in to say the locals are going to be stopping for the night soon but Mark plans to continue on. He intends on sending her details of where they've covered to save the area being searched twice. Before hanging up, she apologises to him for not following up on the ‘Patrick' connection.
Sgt. Lake mentions that there is a report of a disturbance at Bea's place and Mishti wonders if its Finn but is told that it isn't.
The Flametree Retreat
Mishti comes to see Gary in connection with the disturbance at Bea's place and despite him trying to say he wasn't responsible, she has proof it was. He reminds Mishti what Finn did, and while she sympathises with him, she points out that it wasn't his place. Gary tells her to charge him and he will “cop a whack.”
MISHTI: I'm not here to arrest you.
Mishti has spoken with the landlord, who won't press charges as long as he pays for the repairs and fixes up the mess. Gary seems very stunned at this turn of events and replies that he will “get onto it.”
Aaron is round talking flowers for his upcoming wedding and Toadie suggests a visit to the Healseville flower expo, which ends tomorrow, but he doesn't feel its right to go with Susan and co missing. “They'll find them,” Toadie says, which Aaron agrees with, and then it will be full scale planning for the big day.
It is now pitch black, but Karl and Mark are still out searching and eventually they get a breakthrough – the car. They quickly rush to it, but nobody is in it and the engine is cold. Karl hopes Susan has her meds.
Mark concludes that Finn hid the car and then took off in his own car and now wonders if the ladies are with him or not. He goes to call Mishti to bring her up to speed.
Elly bangs away trying to get someone's attention until deliriously she collapses onto the makeshift bed, immediately waking up Susan and Bea.
Susan quickly checks on her and is relieved she is still breathing and yells instructions at Bea to grab the bag to put under Elly's legs so that they can get the blood circulating to her head. Bea is upset about her sister and Susan reassures her that Elly will be fine and hands her the metal hubcap, so she can bang it, to attract attention.
National Park/Shipping container
Mark and Karl soldier on with the searching and eventually spot the shipping container. They rush to it and when they open it, instantly spot the women.
It is relief all around and after embracing his wife, Karl checks Elly out as Mark calls for help.
Shane quizzes Sindi as to why she keeps hanging around after she admitted she is keeping her distance from the Rebecchi's. Her honest reply is that she wants to make things up to them, “it's the least I can do,” and doesn't need to rush home either as she is between jobs.
SINDI: I'm focusing on atonement.
Paul isn't exactly subtle when he sees Sindi at the bar after he enters with Amy. Even Amy seems surprised to see her still around too. From how they've treated her, Sindi isn't too sure how she can convince folk that she has changed and looks somewhat upset at the comments they've made to her.
Paul brakes off to talk to someone on the phone and whoever it is, he is doubting the information because “its huge.”
The cavalry have arrived, and a still unconscious Elly is stretchered off in an ambulance – she is severely dehydrated but will be fine once she gets some fluids into her. Mark reassures Bea and Susan that every available resource is out looking for Finn and that they will find him, before jumping into the ambulance to be with Elly.
Karl heads off to get someone to transport Bea to hospital as he is concerned about her head knock. While he is doing that, Susan tells Bea that Elly does love her and pleads for her to forgive her sister.
Sonya meets up with Paul in a clandestine meeting to tell her that the PI has now tracked Andrea down to Hobart. Paul has the address too and swithered about not telling her but didn't want her to be ambushed. When he hands her the paper and she sees the address, there is a reaction. Paul recommends she gets to Hobart pronto and just doesn't tell Toadie the full reason for an away day trip.
PAUL: Sonya, its always a good idea to inspect the genie before you let it out of the bottle.
Elly is now conscious and lying in a hospital bed with Mark glued to her side. Susan praises Elly for putting them first even if it meant she ended up in hospital! She also reassures Elly that everything has been sorted out, she just needs to give the police a statement when she is up to it.
The one person missing from the room is Bea (she is off getting a final scan done) and Elly wonders if her sister will come and see her? Karl is the one that replies but doesn't answer the question, instead telling her to get some rest and they will be back later with news on Bea.
Alone, Elly sincerely thanks Mark for not giving up on her when everyone else thought she was the one that ran Xanthe down. “Anytime and every time,” is his reply along with a promise that he will never give up on her.
Gary is slowly getting the place sorted when Sindi arrives and after introducing herself, volunteers to help.
SINDI: Well because Gary, if anyone knows how to clean up a crime scene, then that will be me!
She quickly adds that was a joke before saying the real reason – she is after a fresh start, something she's been trying to do for a couple of years.
SINDI: I've regretted for a long time what I did with Andrea, and I've got to put some good out into the world.
And since Toadie and Sonya don't want her, she thought she'd try Gary. He goes to say no but she isn't giving him a chance to and goes to help assist him. She admits too, that she empathises with what he did.
Aaron and Toadie are enjoying watching a bubbly Hugo and don't notice the look of discomfort Sonya has on her face after she comes out from visiting Elly.
With everyone found, Aaron enquires if Sonya wants to go to the flower show, however she volunteers to go alone so that Aaron doesn't miss his dance lesson with David if they were delayed returning.
Meanwhile inside the hospital, Gary apologises to Elly and he should have known that she wouldn't have done anything to hurt Xanthe. Elly acknowledges Gary what he did because he was looking out for Xanthe “because you love her.”
ELLY: You never have to apologise for that.
As he leaves Elly's room, Gary runs into the K's and Bea. He apologises and tells her that he has sorted out her flat, but apparently, she doesn't plan on returning there. The K's assume she is heading home with them (especially as Finn is still loose) but she plans on going to a motel as she assumes they'll want family around them.
SUSAN: You are family.
Karl tries to persuade her to at least talk to Elly, but the lass refuses as she doesn't want to intrude on Elly spending time with Mark (even though he has finally left her side).
BEA: It must be nice to have someone that into you… when its real.
Bea makes herself comfortable at the bus stop until it arrives (and rips up her wedding vows at the same time). She then spots that the garage van is on the forecourt and with the key for it still in her pocket, walks over and gets into it but into the rear rather than the drivers seat and driving off.
The Flametree Retreat
Sindi drops in to say that she has finished at Bea's place. Gary tells her about going to see her Bea, and while he apologised, she didn't see to be taking it in.
Gary is torn between being very busy at work and wanting to spend time with Xanthe but doesn't have the time to hire someone. Sindi, despite the lack of experience in this job, volunteers her services (and is still refusing to let him pay her) although the stumbling block will be getting Steph's approval, so they agree that she will a trial to see how it goes before they approach Steph.
Toadie is curious as to why Paul is exchanging small talk with him when they run into each other in the complex. Thankfully, Paul doesn't drop Sonya in it when Toadie mentions his wife is at the flower expo, and eventually they part their ways.
Sonya arrives at the address Paul gave her – room 204 at Grovesdale hospital and when she looks into the room, spots Andrea in it…
