No.22
Doug walks in before Brad can think of something to say. He says he's sure Matilda was smiling at him. Piper and Imogen laugh, Piper's sure it was indigestion. Imogen explains they've just been to visit Amber and Matilda. Piper escaped before nappy duty! Amber said that if Matilda hadn't been a premmy she would have been due today. Doug thought they could give her a zero birthday party. Doug says he could be off with the pixies before Matilda's one. Brad and Terese agree. Terese is going to order some platters from Lassiters. Doug checks with Brad if he did the wrong thing. Brad reassures Doug that a family celebration is what they need. Brad and Terese look awkwardly at each other.

Outside Harold's Café
Sonya tells Aaron that Toadie told her he knew about what was happening with Steph. Aaron tentatively says that he didn't really know. Aaron knew that Paul was trying to make Steph feel mentally ill but the episode thing was an easy guess. Aaron admits that Paul wanted him to trigger Steph. Sonya wonders how he could do that and Aaron doesn't know. Paul thought Steph was an actual threat to Jimmy. Aaron says it was hard not to buy into the way Paul explained it. Aaron does feel terrible. Sonya wishes she had given Steph the benefit of the doubt. Aaron points out everyone was doubting Steph. Sonya thinks she should have trusted Steph as Toadie's best friend when Toadie said Steph was ok.

No.32
Lou tells Amber he hopes the Buddha business has died down by the time Paige gets married. He doesn't want to still be in hiding. Amber whom is distracted on her laptop says it's awesome. Lou says it's actually terrible! Amber apologises and explains she is talking about a job opportunity. It's working in PR working with children and families who are affected by CDH. It's perfect but the applicant needs to have finished their childcare certificate. Lou points out she's doing her childcare certificate and the hands on experience of CDH must be worth a lot. Amber tentatively agrees but then realises the job's based in Brisbane. Lou asks what the problem is. Amber explains there is Josh and Lauren to consider. Lou thinks she should still apply and consider the logistics if she gets the job.

Lauren arrives home. She tells Lou she thought she was going gaga at first but now she's just plain worried. She tells Lou a man was looking for him whom claimed to be a friend from Cambodia. Lou asks what he looked like and Lauren describes him. Lou doesn't recognise the man from the description but then realises this man could be the restraining contact. Lou is reassured that Lauren didn't tell the man where Lou was. Lauren thinks Lou should go to the police as this is getting serious. Lou says it will make matters worse if he grasses on these people. Lauren points out they're already looking for him but Lou says it'll be ok if he stays indoors. He apologises for dragging them into this. He'll try and get a message to them to tell them he's in another part of the country but they need to stay tight.

Hospital
Daniel asks how Paul is feeling. Paul will feel better when he gets out of the hospital! Mark has told Daniel that the police are finding out if anyone saw the car that ran Paul and Steph off the road. Paul doesn't think they will but Daniel is more optimistic. Paul asks how sales are going. Daniel thinks Paul will be pretty happy with the latest figures. Daniel is Paul's ray of sunshine in Paul's gloomy world. After all Paul has done for Daniel, he wants to get his finances back on track.

Amy arrives and gives Paul a hug for being an extra amazing man. She explains to Paul that he's secured Steph's job at The Waterhole. He's written a letter to the doctors saying she can do outreach employment once she's got the all clear. Paul will do all he can to support Steph. Daniel says it's amazing. Paul points out Steph saved his life. Amy's glad things are starting to work out for Steph. Steph has a great chance of coming back for good to Erinsborough.

The Waterhole
Aaron is blaming himself but Nate points out he's not the first to be manipulated by Paul. Aaron says an innocent person could have been injured. Nate says Aaron set things right when he realised what was happening and shouldn't be so hard on himself. Aaron says he should have wised up sooner and thinks Nate would have broken up with him by now. Nate wouldn't do that as Aaron's a good person even though Aaron's a bit clueless sometimes. Sheila arrives and tells Casanova his break was over 10 minutes ago!

Terese arrives and asks Sheila how the platters are getting on. Sheila hadn't realised they were for Terese, she was wondering why the chef was having a meltdown. Terese explains it's for a last minute family party. Doug wants to officially welcome Matilda into the Willis clan. Sheila thinks it's lovely. Terese tentatively agrees but there's so much going on.

SHEILA: It could be a little bit awkward. A few hundred elephants in the room!

They are still navigating how Brad moving back in is working. Sheila reminds Terese she broke up with Brad for a reason. Terese thinks she was partly to blame. Sheila points out Brad still felt the desire to go off with another woman so not to forget that.

No.22
Brad asks Josh if he's ok as he was burning the candle at both ends. Josh says he's got a lot on so took a late night drive to clear his head. Imogen's phone rings which is Amber checking on Matilda again. Imogen tells Josh to chill out and get some downtime whilst Matilda is asleep. Doug asks Brad if he's trying to get back in Terese's good books and Brad denies this.

DOUG: I might be losing my marbles but can still tell when my son's got a problem.

Brad admits he and Terese had a moment. Terese was emotional and Brad was trying to comfort her. Doug asks if they might get back together. Brad points out he and Lauren just broke up. Doug says it was a big mistake. Brad says he fell in love with Lauren. Doug checks if he loves Terese as well. Brad will always love Terese but things aren't working. Doug ponders if they're both prepared to fix things. They haven't had a chance to talk about it but Doug says they should because this window of time might not come again.

Hospital
Steph is by her bed as Sonya arrives with flowers. Sonya wants to know if it's too late for them and Steph says they're beautiful. Sonya has heard that Steph is protecting Paul. Steph needs to put this behind her. Sonya wants to apologise. Steph says it's ok as she wasn't hurt that badly. Sonya explains she's talking about the way she's been acting since Steph has been back. Sonya should have been more understanding as people gave her a chance. She normally does the same for others but admits she's jealous of Steph and Toadie and their bond. Steph agrees they have a bond but their friendship isn't like that. It nearly stopped Sonya and Toadie getting together. It's making Sonya wary of Steph. It's not fair and Sonya is sorry. Steph says she only ever wanted to be friends with Sonya. To be honest Sonya is an inspiration to Steph. Sonya had a really messy past. Sonya made some serious changes and it worked out and she got Callum back. When Steph is freaking out about never seeing her kids she thinks of Sonya and she has hope. Steph wishes she hadn't trusted Belinda though. Belinda has really messed Steph around. Sonya says it's best to surround yourself with people who have your best interests at heart. Sonya hopes Steph will consider her one of those people.

Ramsay Street
Terese gets out of her car and gets the platters out. She stops to look at the house. Lauren stops outside her house with some gardening poles. They look at each other and then Terese heads inside.

Brad comes across with the food and says he hopes it's ok. Piper reassures him it is. Terese arrives and apologises for taking so long. She has bought a zero candle. Imogen says they need some fairy bread and Piper agrees it's a good idea. Piper goes to look for sprinkles and Doug announces he wants to make a quick speech. He struggles to remember Matilda's name until Josh helps him out. She's just turned zero but has been through the wringer. (Imogen is cuddling an obvious doll inside a sling.) Matilda has come up trumps like a true Willis. No matter what life throws at them they work it out. They never give up on each other. Doug makes a toast to Matilda and to them.

No.32
Lou says the worst thing about this is he may never be able to go back to Cambodia again. Lou loves it there. The landscape, the weather, the people, especially the people.

Sheila calls out a greeting so Lou runs and hides in the laundry room. Sheila tells Amber she's trying to track down Amber's good for nothing snake of a grandfather. Amber asks if something has happened as Lou listens in. Lou sent out an e-mail flogging some dodgy Buddha statues from Cambodia. Sheila decided to buy one (when has she trusted Lou before?) as she thought it would be a nice touch of zen among her gnomes. The statue was meant to arrive this week. It didn't so she e-mailed the company. They didn't have a record of the purchase and Lou has disappeared and didn't know where he was. Amber agrees it's really strange. Sheila checks if Lou has been in touch. Amber confirms he hasn't been in touch but there must be a totally reasonable explanation. Sheila says the explanation is Lou is a shonk! Amber reassures Sheila Lou wouldn't intentionally rip her off. Amber suggests the statues got lost in transit. Sheila points out Lou still has her money. If she doesn't have the statue she wants her money back. If Sheila doesn't get either she wants Lou's blood. Amber agrees to pass it on as Sheila leaves. Lou reappears.

LOU: That mean presumptuous old battleaxe.

Amber points out Sheila bought something she never got. If it's filled with white powder Amber hopes it has been lost in transit. Lou suggests Sheila would go to prison instead of him then says he's only kidding. He wouldn't wish that on his worst enemy, even Sheila.

No.22 Backyard
Terese is standing thinking as Brad comes to join her. Brad tells Terese that everyone's wondering where she disappeared to. Terese explains she needed a breather. Brad apologises that Terese got hijacked by the family party and Doug's not so subtle speeches. Brad never intended for that. Terese knows that. They both go to speak and Terese lets Brad go first. Brad refers to the moment earlier reminded Brad how much he still cares about Terese. Terese says she feels the same way. Terese admits their marriage was never perfect but they built so much together and they're parents, Brad reminds her they're grandparents. Brad admits his action brought down their marriage but things were bad before that and Terese agrees. Brad repeats he cares about Terese. They can't go back. Terese agrees they can't and having Brad there, seeing him everyday makes things complicated. Brad suggests he moves out and Terese agrees to this. They need to move on with their lives apart. They share a hug.

No.22
The whole family are gathered on the sofas. Imogen says she doesn't understand. Terese says it's exactly what they said, Brad is moving out. Josh asks if Brad is moving in Lauren. Brad explains this isn't about Lauren. Imogen asks if they're getting a divorce. Terese says they don't need to talk about this now. Piper thought they were getting on. They are getting on and Brad hopes they always will. If Brad and Terese aren't together as a couple it's not right they live in the same house. Doug says they're so good together. Terese knows Doug is upset but this isn't up for discussion. They've made their decision. It's the right decision for them and they hope they can all respect that.

Hospital
Paul is talking on the phone. He tells the person he said he would plead guilty to stealing the petition. The fine is bad enough but he didn't seem to be expecting community service as well. Steph arrives and Paul ends his call. Steph wants to check when she can start back at work. Paul tells her she can start any time she likes, he will tell Sheila Steph is going to drop by. Paul checks that Steph wants to be friends with Amy now she's staying. Steph tells Paul she and Amy really like each other. Paul checks if they're going to be having heart to hearts. Steph reminds Paul she promised she wouldn't say anything and she meant it. Paul wants to know if she's holding this over him. Steph tells him not everyone operates like him and it's really sad he thinks they do.

Outside Harold's Café
Daniel tells someone on the phone they've knocked 10 grand off the price so it's a great deal with an extremely low deposit. Daniel offers to show them around tomorrow at 11. Nate comes to enquire about the low deposit. Daniel says it's negotiable to Nate's needs. Nate will qualify for the first homeowner grant so that is a huge chunk of the deposit. This is a way for someone to get his own home and Nate questions if that could be him. Daniel thought Nate wasn't interested. Nate thought it was out of his reach. Daniel is sure they can make it happen as Nate contemplates it. Imogen rings Daniel and Daniel asks to ring her back. He soon changes his mind when he realises something is wrong and is prepared to do whatever she needs him to do.

Ramsay Street
Brad is checking it's okay for him to crash at No.24, it will be temporary. Daniel tells he can stay as long as he likes, it's okay with the Brennans as well. Imogen says she'll help Daniel clear some space. Brad asks Terese if they're talking divorce. Terese hopes they can remain friends. Brad is all for trying and they share a hug. Lauren comes out and watches them hug as she does some gardening. Brad heads into No.24. Terese and Lauren look at each other.

No.32
Lauren comes into the kitchen. Lou tells Lauren he's sent Sheila an e-mail to get her off his back. Lauren is distracted so Lou asks what's wrong. Lauren just saw Brad move out of the house. Lou is surprised Terese let him back in the first place. Lauren says Lou looks shattered. Lauren wants to go and check on Brad but Lou says she should definitely not. Lou tells Lauren to listen to him. Brad has caused Lauren nothing but heartache from the moment Lauren met him so Brad can clean up his own mess. Lauren says that Lou's always held a grudge. Lou points out Brad was half available, half committed to Lauren back then. Brad's still not worth a scrap. Lauren says Brad will always be Paige's father and she'll always care about him. Lou says she made the decision to be on her own and Lou applauds that.

No.30
Sonya says the ride back and forth to the hospital must be a real pain with the curfew and everything. Steph says it is. Now she has a permanent job and Paul has written her a character reference she's finally being allowed back into society. She just needs to find a place to live. Sonya doesn't think it would be too hard. Steph needs to find somewhere that's safe and secure and inexpensive. Sonya asks Steph if she would consider moving in here. Steph is unsure what to say. Sonya says they have a spare room and Steph would be safe and secure with Sonya and Toadie. What does Steph think?
