Number 30
Imogen unloads on Daniel the change in her sister since she came home and he tries to explain that it must be hard from her coming home being almost independent in Canada to being the little sister at home. "Still doesn't explain it," she replies and they speculate on what it could be but the chat is interrupted when Naomi comes by wanting some legal info from Imogen.

Number 32
Amber runs by her mum her theme for her project and Lauren comments that sums up perfectly what is going on just now and tells her about running into Terese when visiting Brad. "So what's happening with you guys?" Amber asks and Lauren replies "nothing," because they know it wouldn't be right.

AMBER: But you want something to be happening?
LAUREN: The timing isn't right at the moment, but one day yes, I would be open to it... we just haven't got that far ahead yet.

Amber then gives her blessing to Lauren talking about it, which surprised Lauren totally.

AMBER: None of us can go back to the way that things were but you need to keep moving forward, so you guys need to work out what your forward is.

West Warratah Inn
Brad is surprised to see Lauren drop by to drop off a motel survival kit (heater, hangers and air freshener) for him as way of an apology for the shocking timing of her last visit. He reassures her that there was no way she was to know Terese was planning on dropping by and while he is glad to see her, he also gives his blessing to more visits from her but would prefer that to happen at a flat.

Lauren comes straight out and asks if there is any hope for them in the future and he responds positively to that but can't give her a timeline as he wants to make sure his kids are okay.

BRAD: But after that it's you... us.

Lauren asks if there is anything else she can do for him and ends up offering Brad the use of her wi-fi (the motel doesn't have any) so he can look for somewhere to live.

Number 22
Naomi runs by her theory that Paul was behind setting Josh up but unfortunately doesn't have any evidence to back it up. She tells Imogen about seeing the guy (Conrad) later on at The Waterhole and thinks that the CCTV footage should help except that has gone missing.

The Waterhole
Amy decides to pass on coffee with Kyle as she's got plans with Jimmy/Liam. He then forces her to change her evening plans (a trip to the cinema) when Kyle suddenly declares that they need to do more work to Harold's that night (an extra coat of paint Lauren ordered be done).

Number 22
Piper texts Chas to tell him to stop texting her like he promised and after wiping away her tears, lets Daniel into the house when he comes calling. He's round to tell her that Imogen is hurting, which Piper scoffs at and isn't amused at him interfering when it's between sisters. Daniel tries to tell her that Imogen is a very different person to the one she previously knew and asks that she just tries to get to know her a little better.

DANIEL: She could use a sister and I'm sure you could too.

The Waterhole
Paul offers Terese one of the Eclipse Apartments that has just become vacant (and the rent for it will still be covered under her managerial contract) for her/the kids to get her away from Ramsay Street. She wants to know what the catch is and he reassures her there isn't although does add that its part of his way to show amends for his role in what has happened (the footage). Terese is interested in taking up his offer but wants to discuss it with the kids first.

Penthouse
Naomi is raking everywhere for the CCTV footage in the penthouse but has to stop suddenly when Paul comes home and quickly explains that she was looking for her eyeliner! "In my desk drawer?!" he remarks but she explains that one to his satisfaction, so much that he departs after picking up the file he came home for.

Lassiters Complex
Amy manages to wrangle it from Lauren that it wasn't her idea for the extra coat of paint but Kyle's.

Lassiters Complex/Number 22
Daniel gets a text message from Piper that if he wants to know her to click the link to her vlog, so he clicks the link.

Piper is watching the video too but more so Imogen can hear it as she unloads the dishwasher. As the video progresses, the two sisters seem to get a bit closer to each other (both even start smiling!) as they work together on the dishes.

Ramsay Street
Brad arrives to use the wi-fi and heads inside while Lauren tells the also newly arrived Amber the gist of the chat she had earlier with Brad - nothing will happen between them in the short-term but they'd like something to happen long-term. Amber gives her mum her reassurance/blessing even if the situation is weird!

Number 22
Daniel pops back round and both have important things to say to each other and Imogen lets him go first. He tells her about calling round earlier to see Piper and that their chat didn't go well but she's happy with what he did because it worked...

IMOGEN: She almost apologised! We're not magically great or anything but it's a start.

Daniel is thrilled to hear that news but isn't when Imogen tells him her news - that Naomi is sure Paul set Josh up in revenge for their fling. She tries to assure him that if it's true, she doesn't plan on letting it come between them as she's already got the 'been there done that' t-shirt.

IMOGEN: As far as I'm concerned, you and I are strong no matter what.
DANIEL: Okay, I believe you.

He then asks if he should talk to Paul but Imogen says no, Naomi has it under control. And just at that Imogen gets a text from Naomi saying she's found the CCTV footage.

Penthouse
"Tell me about Conrad," Naomi greets Paul with while showing him the disc containing the CCTV footage. His suspicions were right, she was snooping, but Naomi is quick to reply that she knew Conrad was working for Forrest, the supplements company Josh worked for.

NAOMI: You were going to send an innocent guy to jail.
PAUL: He's not innocent.
NAOMI: You said that you were okay with what happened.
PAUL: (angrily) Naomi, I asked you to be my wife and then you go and throw that back in my face by sleeping with some kid. What, what you surprised that I lashed out?!
NAOMI: Okay, okay, I admit I gave you cause to be angry.
PAUL: Listen, I could not go on as if nothing had happened. I had to do something!

She tells him that she should be angry at her not destroying Josh's life. Paul concedes that he wasn't thinking but she disagrees with that - he was thinking very clearly.

NAOMI: This whole plot didn't happen by accident.

Paul wants her forgiveness and wants to know what he's got to do to get that, but she firmly tells him that ball is in her court before gathering her belongings and exiting the suite. He looks worried at what she might do!

The Waterhole
Terese tells Piper about the apartment offer and gets her blessing about moving to it.

Kyle comes into the bar to collect Amy for their painting job at Harold's and she makes it known that he was the one that instigated the extra work not Lauren. Although not exactly admitting it, he does enough for Amy to say she's keeping her date with Liam/Jimmy (instead of working).

KYLE: Do you honestly think Liam's going to be good for you this time round?

She's not amused at that comment and bluntly tells him that she knows what she is doing before leaving the bar.

Lassiters Hotel (foyer)
Naomi enters the foyer after being to see the police and tells Paul she's left him out of it after saying to them that she found the disc in an alleyway. Paul sincerely thanks her and she's hoping that the CCTV proves that Josh is in the clear and unless either Conrad/Forrest dump him in it, he well be too.

PAUL: Well they won't be easily found.
NAOMI: I'm sure they won't because you have a lot of experience covering your tracks.
PAUL: Alright, yes, I deserve that.
NAOMI: No, you deserve so much more than a few harsh words from me but then you always manage to avoid any real consequences.
PAUL: If you are referring to the situation with your brother.
NAOMI: (interrupting) Or Toadie, or Terese's marriage or any underhanded thing you've ever done. You told me a few weeks ago you were going to try harder to be a better man.
PAUL: Yes, you know what, that was before you cheated on me.
NAOMI: (pleading) Why. Why couldn't you just take it out on me?
PAUL: Because I love you.
NAOMI: No, no okay, nothing, nothing justifies this okay. You were prepared to destroy a young man's entire life. I love you too Paul, I really do, but I can't reconcile this. I mean how is it that you have the capacity to be so warm with me and then completely cold-hearted with others?
PAUL: Yes okay, I do terrible things. You've seen me at my lowest, you know the real me.
NAOMI: I thought I did.
PAUL: Look, you know what, I felt sick that I disappointed you but you disappointed me as well. But you know what, I don't want to lose you, that's why I agreed to cancel the engagement so please, please tell me what I can do to make you forget about this.
NAOMI: I don't know if I can.

Penthouse
Paul wants Daniel to save the lecture because he's been through it all with Naomi. "No arguments there," Daniel comments and Paul offers him the chance to walk away.

DANIEL: Maybe I will this time!
PAUL: Well Naomi's certainly going to this time and she's the reason I did any of it in the first place.
DANIEL: So you're blaming her?!

"No," Paul replies and tries to explain to him that he thought she might understand.

DANIEL: You know she and I have always seen the best in you. After your cancer scare, after Jimmy came into your life we thought that maybe you'd turn your life around but no, we were just being naive!
PAUL: (nonchalant) Yes, I guess so.
DANIEL: Or maybe you're playing us, the same way you play everybody else!

Paul tells him if that's what he thinks, why is he staying here preaching?

DANIEL: I'm done preaching and I'm done with you. I'm moving out Paul.

Lassiters Complex
While he waits for a coffee, Brad tells Lauren about some of the flats he found when he was at her house and has a viewing tomorrow for one of them.

As he heads off, he runs into Terese and after enquiring about Josh (still no news) she tells him that she/the kids are moving into an Eclipse Apartment and is looking at it as a fresh start. Brad seems somewhat stunned at this development and asks if she wants to take more time to think things through. Terese doesn't seem too amused that Lauren is overhearing their conversation but re-focuses on Brad to tell him that she's moving out at the weekend and he needs to get his stuff out before then!

Having heard everything, Lauren offers Brad her sympathies when he turns and heads the few metres back to her. He moans to her that there is no space to move all his stuff into the motel so she suggests he stores his stuff at #32 and moves in too (as long as Amber gives her okay to it) until he finds his own place.

LAUREN: It's the most practical solution.
