Number 32
Josh/Amber try to discuss the fact that they aren't on the same wavelength when it comes to knowing when to TITTNL™. Josh tells her about the signs she has been giving him but before they can discuss it, Lauren enters the house and Amber decides that she can't discuss it now so he leaves to head home. Lauren tries to talk to her daughter but she is still majorly peeved at her mum not trusting her, that she bolts to her room.

Number 22
A very frustrated and angry Josh arrives home and is forced to explain things to his parents when they see how worked up he is. He also bemoans to them the fact Amber will now think that he doesn't respect her. Brad suggests he does something to change that and as he goes to head out again, Terese suggests he lets her calms down first.

Number 30
Kate is telling Gem where the classes are up to so she is ready to take over immediately. Before they can carry on, Kyle and a very happy Georgia enter the house she is still delirious over the recording session they are just back from. Gem wants them to go out for dinner to celebrate but Kyle had already made plans to take Georgia to the cinema but unknown to him, shes got a photoshoot to do so they hand the tickets over to Kate/Gem to use instead.

Charlie's
Karl puts a poster up advertising for a new drummer since Ajay is no longer around and he wants to get back into performing again (he admits to Susan that he is a tiny bit jealous of the success Georgia is having). Some guy seems interested until he finds out who hed be playing with and is suddenly no longer interested!

Number 32
Lauren returns in with the washing and spots her daughter at the fridge and tries to explain about earlier but she isn't yet in the mood to listen to her mums explanation and quickly returns to her room.

Matt runs into his whirlwind of a daughter and wants an explanation from Lauren and reluctantly she tells him and he storms out of the house.

Number 22
Josh is frustrated that Amber has her phone switched off as he is desperate to explain things to her.

Terese answers the door to Matt, who barges into the house to confront Josh. Brad tries to get him to cool down but Josh quickly tells Matt that he simply got the wrong idea and swears that hed never hurt her.

MATT: And how do I know that?
JOSH: (shouting) BECAUSE I LOVE HER.

Unknown to him, Amber has followed her dad across the street and is stunned at hearing his declaration because hes never told her that!

JOSH: Its true and I'm so sorry about what happened before. Can you please forgive me?

Amber half nods but the smile on her face tells him that he is forgiven before they quickly hug each other. Cue one set of happy parents and one calmed down but still annoyed dad!

(Later)

Alone and cuddled up on the sofa, Josh tells Amber that can see why Matt reacted like he did and thinks its a good thing because it allowed him to tell her (and everyone else) about how serious he is about her/them. And do you regret what you said? Amber asks and is told no, because he loves her which causes her to immediately smile.

AMBER: How much do you love me?

Eventually he replies $8 billion dollars worth but that is then changed to infinity plus 1!

JOSH: I love you, I love you, I love you

She shuts him up by kissing him and thanks him for saying that. Amber eventually reciprocates too adding that she loves him infinity plus infinity.

JOSH: That's a lot!

Amber brings up that despite the declarations she still wants to wait and Josh most definitely has that message understood!!!

Ramsay Street
Brad is doing some stretching exercises when Matt exits #32 and immediately comes over to apologise for his earlier behaviour. They discuss the kids for a bit but then get onto (for them) more important things training for the fun run and Matts insistence that he is going to beat Brad! Just as they take off down Ramsay Street, Karl calls them back as he wants to train with them since hes doing the fun run too.

Harold's Store
Kate and Gem decide that the next time they go to the cinema they aren't letting Kyle pick the film! They then start chatting and Gem confesses to Kate about what happened the first time that she met Kyle and adds (when Kate asks) that Georgia doesn't know about it and that shed like it to remain a secret. Of course, Kate replies to confirm that she will keep quiet before they tuck into the cake theyve ordered.

Lassiters Park
Karl is giving his all in the training run unlike Matt/Brad who are definitely taking it easy before eventually deciding theyve had enough of going half- speed and leave Karl in their wake when they step the pace up. He isn't too amused at literally being left behind but then spots that he can be sneaky and take a short cut but ends up slipping and injuring his ankle.

Harold's Store
With his ankle being cooled by a bag of frozen peas, Karl explains to Susan why he was out running but her sympathy for him goes when he tells her that he was taking a short cut! Eventually he admits the reason behind it that the drummer refusing to work with an oldie has got to him. Susan tells him to just hang in there; he might discover a whole new sound and reassures him that hes not too old for everything!

KARL: To what are you alluding?
SUSAN: Well, you're injured. Who knows how bad it is. I think that we should probably go home and I should play nurse.
KARL: If you think so.
SUSAN: And I won't be taking any short cuts!

Karl can't get out of the place quick enough to limp home!!!

Lassiters foyer
Kyle is doing some repairs when Kate comes over to chat. She tells him that she knows about what happened with Gem and wants to know why he hasnt said anything to Georgia. Kyle explains that Gem literally begged him to keep quiet and wants to know how they handle it since they are both sworn to secrecy. After chatting about their secret (from Georgia) Kates advice is to ignore Gem and tell Georgia. Unfortunately Gem happens to overhear Kates advice but they play dumb over what they were talking about until she leaves to go get her handbag from Harold's, when Kyle wonders if they heard their conversation?

Number 32
Josh/Amber are certainly making up for not previously using the L word judging by now many times Amber uses it before she ends the call.

Lauren overhears the call and after it, talks to her daughter about her feelings after hearing I love you. Since they are being quite open, Amber admits that it hurt when Lauren rushed home and reiterates that she can stick to her word. Lauren apologises but Amber doesn't get why her mum acted like she did.

Ramsay Street
Terese heads over to invite Amber to breakfast at Harold's (after spotting her sitting on the wall outside #32) before she starts her work experience. Amber accepts the invitation then apologises for her dad but Terese is fine as he was just being a father.

AMBER: Looks like I have issues with both my parents!

After Amber explains why she said that, its Tereses turn to semi- apologise as she thinks it was her chat with Lauren that had her scampering home in a hurry, but reassures her that it was more Josh she didnt trust than her daughter. And she was right, Terese adds before asking that she doesn't give her mum a hard time before heading back home.

Mum, Amber calls out (Lauren is taking rubbish out to the wheelie bin) and as they reach each other, Amber immediately hugs her mum. Lauren seems surprised at the gesture and after Amber explains its for having faith in her after all. Lauren then confesses it was more herself she was having doubts about explaining that when she was Ambers age, she wasnt very good at saying no to boys and didnt want her daughter to fall into the same trap. Josh is a good guy, Amber tells her mum and Lauren agrees before asking for forgiveness. Theres nothing to forgive, Amber replies before hugging her mum again.

Charlie's
Over drinks with Kyle/Kate/Gem, Georgia is showing off the pics of the photoshoot but as the conversation progresses, she can sense that something is up. Kate replies no but Kyle walks off on the pretence of getting more drinks from the bar. What's with him? she asks and when its Kate that keeps answering, asks what is up with her. Nothing, is her reply then does a runner to the toilets citing having drunk so much soft drink through the movie.

GEORGIA: Are you sure it wasnt crazy juice?!

She then demands Gem tells her what is going on and isn't moving until she is told!

Commercial break later and Kyle takes a big sip of his beer before returning to the table where he runs into Kate on her way back from the toilet. She tells him that they can't keep acting weird and he admits that his fretting is because he doesn't know if Gem heard the whole conversation or not.

Gem comes over to them apologising for telling Georgia but refuses to say to them what she said before doing a bolt from the bar!

Georgia slowly makes her way over to where they are standing and asks when were they planning on telling her and then if they've been lying to her the whole time?

Tomorrow on Neighbours
- Gem explaining to Kate why she told Georgia.
- Susan asking if Kate would like to tell her something.
- Amber sure Terese isn't happy with her work on work experience.
- Imogen recognising one of Toadies clients (the guy who fell at the gym) and tells him that he is lying.
- Imogen overhearing her parents discussing what the guy who fell is after.
