- Sonya is stressed after finding out about Walter/Dave
- Robbo returns, saying he wants to be with Amber, and Mason hits him.
- Georgia and Kyle say they're in love.
- Kate and Kyle sleep together. Kate thinks she may be pregnant.
Kyle asks Kate if she's sure, and she says she has all the symptoms. She doesn't know whose it is. Kyle points out they were careful, and Kate says she and Mason are too. Kyle sighs and Kate apologises for telling him.
KATE: I haven't even confirmed it with a test yet.
KYLE: (and the viewers) How come?
She says she needed to talk to someone first. He tells her to do a test. Georgia arrives and asks Kate if she forgot about their plans (which she obviously had). Georgia hugs Kyle and then leaves with Kate who glances over at a worried Kyle.
Georgia asks Kate what she and Kyle were talking about. She says she wanted a boy's opinion on her relationship with Mason - and he was great. Georgia agrees, and tells Kate that she told Kyle she loves him and he said it back. Kate says it's great, and Georgia says he might be "the one".
GEORGIA: It's amazing the things you don't plan work out so perfectly.
Kate gets a text from Mason asking her to come over.
Matt tells Mason he shouldn't have hit Robbo, as Amber says they were just talking.
MATT: If he reports you for assault, that's your good behaviour bond gone, and you could be looking at jail.
Kate arrives to see what's happening.
In the boys' room, Mason tells her that Robbo's the one who should be going to jail. But now he will report the assault to get back at Mason for dobbing him in. Kate says that everyone makes mistakes, but Mason says that this one will cost everything, and he should have been more careful. Kate is upset, and says she doesn't want to lost him. He tries to reassure her that everything will be fine and that he's not going to jail.
Matt calls round to tell Sonya that Robbo has been arrested, so that she will be called as a witness soon. He adds that Robbo is out on bail until the trial. Sonya is concerned and asks if he knows who she is. Matt assures her that he doesn't, and even if he did, contacting her would be breaching his bail conditions. Matt tells her to contact the police if she's worried… and she definitely looks concerned as he leaves.
Robbo turns up to see Amber. She asks him if he's going to report Mason. He says he wouldn't dob in a mate. She's sceptical, but he says he wants to get his life back on track, and he wants to get her back. He wants to show her and her family he's changed. She says they'll never believe it, but he says he'll prove it.
Josh is lifting weights. Brad stops him, and asks about Amber. Josh says he hasn't had time to see her, to which Brad replies she lives over the road. Meanwhile Sonya is running on a treadmill, and Toadie comes to tell her about Robbo. He wants to know if she's OK, and she says fine before he interrupted.
SONYA: Look, I'm not thrilled about Robbo being back in town, but I've got a cop and I've got a lawyer looking after me. There's no need to worry.
TOADIE: I guess. Alright. Well, if you'll excuse me, I'm gonna go and release my inner Jane Fonda.
Matt is not happy that Amber talked to Robbo, saying it could have been dangerous. She says they were at Harold's. Mason doesn't want her to fight his battles, but she says Robbo's not going to the police. Mason and Matt don't trust that he's telling the truth. Amber says she believes him because he wants her back. Mason says that Robbo's up to something.
Kyle is at the bar, sending a text to Kate: "How are you holding up?" Chris comes in and asks if he'd like to go out to the city. Kyle turns him down and Chris says he's glad it's going well with him and Georgia. Kyle gets a text back from Kate saying she's buying a test now ."So scared."
Matt is furiously thumping a punch bag, which he explains is to work off some stress because Amber is being hassled by an ex. Brad hopes it isn't Josh. Matt says he's a criminal who's on bail, so his hands are tied. Brad's not sure he could be that disciplined. Matt says being a cop, he can't put a foot out of line.
BRAD: You know the law better than me, but surely it's not illegal to tell a scumbag to stay away from your daughter.
MATT: The guy's got rights.
BRAD: So do you.
Matt is leaning casually on a car as Robbo strolls up the road.
ROBBO: Just a wash and wax there thanks.
Matt asks him what he's doing and Robbo says he wants to make it work with Amber. Matt tells him to confess all his crimes, serve the time, and then he will welcome Robbo into his home. Robbo smirks and says he's busy. Matt walks up to him and asks him again, and Robbo says he'll find out soon. He reminds Matt he has insurance - pointing to his black eye - and could always change his mind about reporting Mason. Matt tells him to stay away.
MATT: I'm not telling you as a cop. I'm warning you as a father. Because if you think there is anything I wouldn't do to protect my family, you're even more stupid than you look.
Matt barges into him and walks off, leaving Robbo breathing heavily.
No 26 - outside
Kate tells Kyle that the test was negative. Kyle is thrilled, but notices that Kate isn't. She says that her body feels really weird. Kyle suggests another test, but Kate's already done that: another negative. She tells him that she doesn't want to get in the way of him and Georgia, and it's probably just the scare. Bossy looks thoughtful.
Toadie is carrying two large boxes into his office when Robbo comes over and offers to help. He says he's looking for a lawyer. Toadie says he needs details of the case, but normally they're happy to take new clients. Robbo says he was wrong identified for the attempted robbery at Lassiters. Toadie says he can't represent him, as he represented Mason. Robbo thanks him sarcastically and drops the box on the floor where the papers fall out.
Toadie tells Sonya it was a coincidence. She's not convinced, but Toadie points out they're opposite the Police Station. She's still not sure, but Toadie says she won't have to deal with Robbo till the trial, and now he's been working out, he's tough. Sonya laughs at him, unaware that Robbo is watching. There's a flashback to the wedding day crime scene and he recognises Sonya.
Kate is light- headed. Georgia is concerned, so Kate says she thought she was pregnant. Georgia says with two negatives, she should be in the clear. Kate says she doesn't feel like she is, and Georgia says there's another possibility, which is if she's not producing enough HCG. She asks Kate if she's told Mason, which Kate doesn't want to do if she's certain. Georgia wonders if maybe it's not Mason's and asks if she's called Brennan. She wants to deal with it alone.
KATE: Whenever I think I can run away from my stupid mistake, it just keeps coming back to bite me.
Georgia offers to come with her to get it checked out, but Kate says she'll go alone.
Kyle joins Georgia, saying she looks hot. Georgia is quiet, saying that a friend has problems. She admits it's Kate, but Kyle wouldn't understand, because it's girl stuff. She asks Kyle to make allowances if Kate isn't acting like herself. She leans on Kyle's shoulder. Then she sits up and says she feels guilty because they are so happy and she wishes Kate could feel the same. Kyle looks concerned.
There's a knock at the door, and Sonya opens it to find Robbo. He's looking for Toadie. He's got himself a new lawyer, who thinks he's got a good chance of acquittal, except for one thing: a witness saw him, but it's a misunderstanding. Nell doesn't think so.
ROBBO: I'm sure she's a real nice person, but there's no way I'm going to jail.
Sonya tells him to go. He says he just wants to clear it up. He says that Nell is cute, and waves at her. Sonya shuts the door.
