No 26 (garden)
Sheila interrogates Bailey and Mason about the $10,000. They lie and claim they're looking after it for Lou, since he has started up his escort business again! Sheila asks why Lou didn't just put the money in a bank, and they claim it's to avoid tax, and to keep Matt in the dark since he's a policeman. Sheila's suspicious, and tells them she isn't going to give back the money until she decides whether she believes them or not.
BAILEY: Just so you know, Gramps is kind of ashamed of his job.
SHEILA: So he should be!
BAILEY: He'd hate it if you knew he was back at it. So could you promise not to mention anything to him?
SHEILA: Hmm. See, I'll have to think about that too.
They head back towards the fence to climb back over, but Sheila points them towards the side gate instead!
Erinsborough Police Station
Matt talks to his partner Kelly about a bag- snatch at Lassiter's Lake; Kelly has an e- fit of the suspect, and Matt immediately recognises it as Robbo. He realises he must have robbed the bric- a- brac shop too. Matt tells Kelly to pull together a photo line- up, while he calls Sonya.
No 30
Having come off the phone to Matt, Sonya tells Toadie and Lucas that Matt has asked her to do the photo line- up, in case she recognises the robber from Lassiter's. Lucas has brought some more wedding photos, which he suggests might help her recover her memory. Toadie and Sonya talk about her amnesia; Toadie wants her to remember their wedding, and suddenly remembers that they had a wedding DVD made. Despite being in two minds, Sonya agrees to watch it - but it doesn't seem to be helping her to remember. Toadie offers to fast- forward it to the reception, but Sonya is keen to watch the whole thing.
No 32 (Mason and Bailey's room)
In bed, Mason and Bailey discuss their next move; Mason thinks Sheila doesn't believe them, but says they can't just let Sheila keep it, as Robbo will eventually come back and want his cut. Mason suggests they ask Sheila for half of the money, and let her keep the rest as an incentive. Bailey thinks it may make her more suspicious, but Mason's determined that it could work.
Ramsay Street
Sheila is walking Bossy, and runs into Lou. He complains of backache, and Sheila wryly observes that he shouldn't be overexerting himself!
SHEILA: I'm amazed that you're up and about this early at all, considering!
LOU: Considering what?
SHEILA: Well, you know. Your nocturnal habits.
She demands to know whether he's been entertaining any ladies lately, and he replies that he hasn't - not that it's any of her business.
SHEILA: Come on Lou, you can tell me. I won't dob you in to the cops.
LOU: Tell you what?
SHEILA: Are you back on the game, and did you stuff ten grand into a garden gnome?
Lou looks at her with bafflement.
No 32 (Mason and Bailey's room)
Lou walks in, not looking best pleased.
MASON: Hey, Gramps. We were just heading out.
LOU: Well now you're staying in. Sit!
Lou reveals that Sheila has told them everything, and demands to know if the $10,000 is from the robbery in Mount Isa. Bailey tells Lou that Lauren and Matt can't find out. Lou then admits he went along with the escort story to fool Sheila.
LOU: I told her I played dumb because I was so humiliated. And believe me, I am!
Lou tells the boys that Sheila's promised to give the money back, minus $400 she spent on the birdbath! Mason says they only need $5,000 and offers the rest to Lou, but he's not so easily bought - and wants to know what Mason needs the money for, or else he'll find a better use for the cash, and tell Lauren.
Erinsborough Police Station
Sonya arrives with Nell for the photo line- up; Matt says it's often surprising what people can recall when they see a direct reminder of the crime. He shows her a series of photos, including Robbo's, but Sonya fails to pick him out. Matt thanks her for coming in.
Harold's Store
Georgia tactfully tells Toadie and Sonya that it could take her months to regain her memories, or that they might never come back at all. Vanessa, who is working, takes a call from Lucas, who is apparently selling Rhys's (new) car to help with Elaine's ongoing medical costs. Vanessa relates all this to Sonya, making her feel guilty once again about the wedding day.
Community Centre (outside)
Toadie and Sonya pay a visit to the Priya Kapoor Memorial Bush™ to help Sonya assuage her guilt. They lay flowers and get emotional. Sonya reminds Toadie that at least they're here and together, and that they should be grateful for that. They kiss and walk off.
Ramsay Street
Sheila runs into Lou again, presenting him with the remaining $9,600 cash from the gnome.
SHEILA: I was just wondering what it is that you do with these women, exactly?
LOU: Erm, how do you mean?
SHEILA: Well, you obviously charge a lot. So you must be doing something pretty special.
LOU: Oh, I don't know. A bit of this, bit of that.
SHEILA: I think it's more than a bit.
LOU: Well I always try to make my clients feel like they're the only girl in the world.
SHEILA: So that's it?
LOU: Well of course, I also apply various sensual massage techniques.
SHEILA: I've heard enough. Enjoy your hard- earned cash. You should be paying them!
Lou chuckles mischievously to himself as Sheila walks off. But as he puts the rubbish in the wheelie- bin the smile is soon wiped off his face; he discovers a pregnancy test kit box among the trash!
No 32
Lou goes inside and begins questioning Lauren, who quickly catches on that he's acting as if she's pregnant. Lauren is nonplussed and thinks it's because she's put on weight!
LAUREN: I mean I know I've put on a few kilos since I've been here, but I didn't think it was that noticeable.
LOU: No, no - it's not! You haven't! Have a muffin!
Lou reveals that he found the pregnancy test in the bin outside, and they both realise that it must be Amber's.
Shortly after, Mason, Amber and Bailey come in from the shops. Lauren asks to speak to Amber alone, and the boys leave. Lauren asks If Amber's pregnant, and shows her the box. Amber admits she was a little late, but says she's not pregnant. Lauren's relieved, and mentions it was Lou who found the test. Amber starts to get upset, and Lauren asks who the boy is. Amber says it's over, and tells Lauren not to lecture her.
Lauren wishes Amber had been able to talk to her about it, and says she knows exactly what she's going through, recalling her own pregnancy scare - presumably the one circa Episode 1911 (albeit Brad Willis is not mentioned by name). Lauren says she was older than Amber though, and says she'd always hoped Amber would wait. Lauren asks Amber to promise to use protection, but Amber says not to worry, repeating that she's no longer with the boy in question. When Lauren asks if he broke up with her, Amber flips out and walks off in tears.
The commotion attracts Bailey and Mason back into the room, who see the pregnancy test - Lauren reassures them it's just a scare. They make to leave, but Lauren is suspicious as to why they don't have any questions about who Amber's boyfriend is. They make excuses, but Lauren says she knows they know something, and aren't going anywhere. Just then Matt bursts in, insisting he needs to talk to Mason! So Lauren sets about interrogating Bailey.
In Mason's room, Matt asks if Robbo is here, and says he'd bet money that he was the one who tried to rip off Lassiter's. Mason denies he's seen Robbo, but Matt says he knows Robbo was involved in the Isa robbery too. Matt asks if Mason was Robbo's accomplice at Lassiter's.
MASON: Why do you always think the worst of me?
MATT: Because that's all you ever show me!
MASON: ...
MATT: I'm sorry, mate. I didn't mean - I shouldn't -
MASON: You know what? You need to deal with your own issues in your own time.
MATT: Mason...
MASON: No, get off me! Go back to the cop shop, Dad. I've got more important stuff to deal with than your garbage.
Back in the Long- Lost Kitchen™, Lauren continues to question Bailey about why he was unconcerned who Amber's boyfriend was. Bailey's saying nothing. Matt and Mason come back in to join them, at which point Lauren tells Matt that Amber thought she was pregnant. Amber comes in, and is annoyed that Lauren has told Matt. She tries to storm off, saying her boyfriend's gone back... before trailing off. Matt realises she's talking about Mount Isa, and Amber admits it was Robbo. Aghast stares from Lauren and Matt, as Mason tells Amber to shut up. The blame game begins, as Amber reveals Robbo was involved in the Isa robbery, that Bailey was his getaway driver, and that Matt knew about it but said nothing to Lauren!
LAUREN: Right, that's it! No- one leaves this room until I get some answers.
Soon after, Lauren wants to know why Mason didn't tell them Robbo was involved in the Isa incident before now. Mason didn't want to dob him in, as he was a mate. Lauren also chastises Bailey for taking her car and getting involved, and Amber for sneaking around with Robbo. Amber insists Robbo loved her, while Bailey claims he just wanted to protect Mason.
MATT: He's telling the truth.
LAUREN: You do not get to talk to me about truth. How could you not even tell me Bailey was there in the first place?
MATT: I didn't want you to have to hide that information as well.
LAUREN: You mean the fact that you let him go and arrested Mason?
MATT: I made a choice with Mason. We discussed it; you know the reasons.
LAUREN: I've got no idea what I know anymore.
MASON: The only person you should be mad at here is me.
LAUREN (to Matt): You should have told me about Bailey. I don't know what to say to you. I don't know what to say to any of you. But this is not even close to being over.
