Toadie says the police don't know who is responsible yet, but they both know it'll be down to Paul. Ajay is looking to represent himself, unless Toadie will represent him. Toadie agrees to have a look at the paperwork.
Callum wonders why Toadie is taking a case against Paul. He tells Toadie that Paul saved his life on the day of the wedding. If Paul hadn't sent Callum away on that errand, he'd be in the marquee too when it exploded. Toadie says it was fate that saved Callum, not Paul. Two people died, and if Paul is responsible then he needs to be held accountable.
Amber returns home in a mood, even passing up the offer of a cheesy jaffle. Mason and Bailey say if she's upset about Robbo, he's not worth it, he's a loser. Lauren enters and wonders what they're talking about, but they cover it up. As Lauren leaves, Amber bursts into tears.
Andrew and Tash comment on how quiet Charlie's is this week. As Ajay arrives they approach him, telling him how sorry they are about Priya, and asking how Rani is. They offer their support if he needs anything. Ajay thanks them and leaves, just as Paul enters. Paul wonders why they're talking to Ajay, they shouldn't show him their support as Ajay is determined to hold Paul accountable for Priya's death. He tells Andrew to focus on work, as the explosion has hurt sales at Charlie's, and for the apartments. Andrew gets fed up with Paul and walks out.
TASH: Are you kidding me?
PAUL: Is there something you want to say Natasha?
TASH: Two people have just lost their lives and all you're thinking about is your stupid business. And I thought I was being selfish.
Number 26 Garden
Bossy has a glove in her mouth, which Sheila takes from her. Sheila is arranging her garden gnomes, when she notices one won't sit upright. She looks at it and finds the $10,000 of cash inside it.
Sheila arrives looking for Vanessa but Lauren says she's got an appointment with Patrick's specialist. Sheila asks Lauren about the garden gnome and if it was a family keepsake. Lauren assures Sheila that Vanessa and Lucas wanted rid of it, and tells Sheila she should keep it.
Callum is watering Paul's bushes, accidently spraying Paul's car as he pulls into the driveway. Paul angrily asks what Callum is doing. Callum says he's watering Paul's hedges to repay him for saving his life.
CALLUM: If you hadn't have forced me to go to Charlie's then I could have died in the explosion.
PAUL: Yeah well believe me I'm regretting it now.
CALLUM: Yeah well I just want my debt to be clear, so what can I do for you?
PAUL: You can get off my property. Now!
CALLUM: I'll clean your gutters or trim your hedges
PAUL: Go and trim your own hedges will you
CALLUM: I don't even have hedges!
PAUL: Just go will you!
CALLUM: But I...
Paul gets back in his car and drives up the driveway. Sheila tells Callum he could help her move her new birdbath if he likes. Callum thinks it looks heavy and runs away. Sheila finds Bailey collecting the mail, and calls him over.
Number 26 Garden
Sheila directs Bailey where to take the top of the birdbath. He places it down, and spots the garden gnomes, asking where she got them. She says hard rubbish mostly, and one was found outside his house. Bailey asks for a drink, so Sheila goes to get one. Bailey starts looking through the gnomes before Sheila calls him over, forcing him to leave before he gets a chance to inspect them all.
Andrew walks in on Paul angrily talking to Tim Collins on the phone about his insurance. Apparently they weren't covered for events in the car park. Paul is worried that if Ajay finds out then he could lose the hotel.
ANDREW: You always have us. Me, Kate and Soph
PAUL: Do you realise how hard I worked to get where I am?
ANDREW: I'm just saying Dad, there's more important things
PAUL: You're starting to sound like Natasha.
ANDREW: Maybe because she has a point
PAUL: Don't be so naive to think that money doesn't matter
ANDREW: Dad! Ajay and Elaine have lost more than you ever will. Just have a little bit of compassion!
PAUL: How many times do I have to tell you, I am not at fault here!
Andrew tells Tash about his conversation with Paul. He's all about the money as usual. Andrew asks Tash if she's pleased she's right about her dad, but Tash insists she's not getting satisfaction from any of this. Andrew thinks that Paul is still hurting inside, but Tash wonders if he's trying to convince her, or himself.
ANDREW: Tash, you know what, just because you gave up on your dad, doesn't mean I have to give up on mine. He misses Priya even if he doesn't realise it. This is about her dying and him not being able to cope. You know what I actually don't understand why you don't realise that.
TASH: And I don't get why you don't stand up to him!
Andrew storms off
Ajay hands Paul his lawsuit for damages over the deaths of Priya and Rhys. He tells Ajay that Toadie will represent him. As Ajay leaves, Andrew returns and Paul shows him the papers.
Bailey texts Mason, writing ‘Come home now!!! URGENT.' As he sends it, Mason returns from a jog. Just before Bailey tells him what is going on, Amber walks in. KATE: Who led them?
AMBER: One Direction?
Kate knows that Amber broke up with her boyfriend, Mason told her. Before they can start to chat about it, Lauren brings over their drinks, embarrassing Amber by saying how gorgeous Harry from One Direction is. When Kate asks Amber what is really going on, Amber admits she's pregnant! Or she thinks she is, she's two weeks late. Kate thinks it could be down to stress because she's just broken up with her boyfriend. Kate thinks Amber should tell her mum, but Amber doesn't think she can as Lauren didn't even know she had a boyfriend. Kate leads Amber away to find out for sure.
Toadie is playing with Nell when Paul arrives. He asks Toadie to drop the case. Toadie says that Ajay's wife died and he deserves compensation. Toadie gets a phonecall from Charlotte, asking her to wait two seconds while he speaks to Paul.
TOADIE: Are we finished here?
PAUL: I haven't started yet. I'd think long and hard before I take this case on, because I can promise you it is going to get very dirty before it's over.
TOADIE: Yeah right oh, see you Paul.
Paul leaves, and Toadie continues chatting to Charlotte.
Toadie tells Ajay that the firm won't let him continue with the case until the police determine who is responsible. Ajay is angry, he thinks since Paul moved the wedding to the car park then he is responsible. Toadie agrees but his hands are tied. He warns Ajay that Paul will fight dirty with this and Ajay isn't at all surprised. Ajay is going to represent himself.
AJAY: Paul ruined my marriage and then Toad, he took my wife away from me, forever. He needs to know what it feels like to lose everything.

Bailey and Mason head out for a walk. Amber returns and tells Kate she's not pregnant.
Number 26 Garden
Bailey and Mason jump the fence. Bailey feeds Bossy some steak to keep her quiet, while Mason looks at the gnomes, unaware that Sheila is walking up behind them.
SHEILA: So what are you two up to?
BAILEY: Oh, hi Mrs Canning. I hope you don't mind, but I wanted to show my brother the new birdbath
SHEILA: Oh, I thought you might be looking for something else, like, oh I don't know, $10,000. I tried to find out who it belonged to, but silly me, I didn't think to ask you two, did I? So how did you end up with that kind of money? I'll give you a tip, I won't be popping into my bubble bath of ass's milk until I get an explanation. So start talking.
