- Troy punching Toadie and Callum witnessing it
- Troy not letting Sonya out of his hotel room
Lassiter's Complex
Toadie's worried about Sonya and tells Callum and Sophie he'll catch up with them at Harold's, but Callum says he'd rather head home. The kids walk off and Cal tells Sophie that he wishes Troy had never come to Erinsborough: "After what he did to dad, I hate him". Sophie reminds Cal he said the same thing about his mum before he knew she was Sonya, but Cal says that's different because Sonya's not a monster. The next time Callum sees Troy he's going to tell him he's ruined everything.
Charlie's Bar
Toadie asks Michael if he's seen Sonya (he hasn't) and gives him a brief run- down on his black eye when Michael queries it (he and Sonya are back together, the ex isn't happy about it). Toadie tells Michael to give him a ring if he does see Sonya.
Troy's Hotel Room
Troy won't let Sonya answer her phone and switches it off when the ringing gets too much. Sonya tries to keep things calm and says she'll listen to what Troy has to say. Troy tells her they never should have broken up and Callum's proof of that.
TROY: Callum's our son, not Toad's. Families should stick together.
SONYA: Yeah well we are a family, Troy. Me and Toadie and Callum. I'm sorry but that's how it is.
Troy's worried that they're going to shut him out of Callum's life, but Sonya says they could maybe arrange something next time he's on leave. That's when Troy drops the news that he's on permanent leave from the army.
SONYA: You never said anything.
TROY: A dishonourable discharge isn't something you talk about at your friendly neighbourhood dinner parties, is it?
SONYA: So... What happened?
TROY: A junior officer was out of line, someone had to pull his head in. They gave me warnings and counselling, like that was going to help. But being chucked out of the army was the best thing that's ever happened to me. You know why? Because it taught me the greatest lesson I've ever learnt. We can try all we want but people like us don't change.
Sonya doesn't understand why Troy's lumping her in the same category as him, but Troy sneers at her and says she's only one drink, one bet, away from the old her. The "real" Sonya.
Harold's Store
Tash gets a text from Ivan (UR HOT). She smiles and texts him back (I know). Andrew and Summer walk in to get a drink before hitting the study books again and Tash snarkily wonders how they can handle all the excitement in their lives. When Summer goes outside, Andrew gets stuck into Tash about her mature- age boyfriend but Tash doesn't care because she's been invited to a party tonight at Scavenger.
Troy's Hotel Room
Troy tells Sonya she's been hanging out with the "picket fence" lot for too long, but they're programmed to look down their noses at people like them. Sonya says those people are her friends but Troy says they're trying to control her and if she stays they'll just keep making decisions for her because they don't trust her. "Deep down they know who you are, even if you can't admit it yourself".
Lassiter's Complex
Toadie runs into Lucas and asks if he's seen Sonya, but he's out of luck. Lucas asks about Toadie's black eye, but Toadie just says it looks worse than what it is. Toad does the same spiel he did with Michael and asks Lucas to call him if he sees Sonya.
Troy's Hotel Room
Troy continues on his crusade to make Sonya have an emotional breakdown and tells her that Toadie's never going to fully accept her. He wonders if Toadie's ever seen something bad Sonya's done and gone ballistic. Sonya quietly admits that Toadie saw her with a beer once and got the wrong idea. Troy says that Toadie's always going to be watching over her shoulder just waiting for her to screw up. Sonya starts to get upset, especially when Troy tells her she can have all the best intentions in the world, but one day she's going to cave, "you can't promise you won't". Troy says Sonya may as well cut her losses now with Toadie because Troy loves her and she belongs with him. Adding to his jerk- ish behaviour, he sets down a glass of alcohol in front of her as temptation.
First Commercial Break
Troy's Hotel Room
Sonya stares at the glass and says that if Troy really loved her he wouldn't have done that. Troy says he does love her, he just wants her to let go because everything's simpler that way. Troy takes her hands and says they can just run off together with Callum and live life on their own terms. Sonya looks conflicted before catching a glimpse of her bracelet from Toadie and regaining her strength and determination. Sonya yanks her hand away and says she's a stronger person now because of Toadie, Callum and her friends. Toadie knows everything about her now and he still loves her.
SONYA: He wants me to be a better person because I want to be a better person. And you'll never understand that, but I don't care what you think.
TROY: Don't you dare walk out that door.
SONYA: People do change, Troy. And yeah, it's a fight, I fight every day to be the person I want to be. Be the person that they deserve. I'm proud of who I am! I look at you and all I feel is sadness and pity because you could be so much more. But all I see now is an angry, bitter man. Don't you ever, ever come near me or my family again.
With one last glare, Sonya slams the door on Troy and that toxic chapter of her life. Troy dejectedly slumps onto the bed.
Lassiter's Complex
Sonya rushes out of the hotel and takes a deep breath. Toadie finds her and checks that she's OK, but Sonya just kisses him and grabs him in a big hug.
Later that day, Lucas strolls out of Charlie's with Michael and tries to convince him to come racing at Calder Park with him. But Michael says he's just going to stay home and play some old records - he's got the house to himself because Tash is staying at Chris's place. Andrew, who is sitting at a nearby table, overhears this and starts to Google (or should I say 'Poodle') the Scavenger club Tash mentioned earlier. Lucas walks past and sees Andrew's laptop, warning him that the club attracts a "fighting crowd". Andrew pretends he was scouting venues for his next dance party gig but Lucas says it's definitely not a place for kids.
Number 32
Andrew drops in to see Tash because she wouldn't answer her phone and tells her that the Scavenger club is a dive and that Ivan is bad news. He says she has no idea what she's getting herself into, but Tash says no one knows what she's into these days. Her friends are all too busy with their own lives - she just wants something to call her own, too. Tash explains that no one else wants a bar of her at school, but Ivan and his mates actually like hanging out with her. She begs Andrew not to ruin this for her. Andrew doesn't look too pleased with the idea.
Number 30
Sonya and Toadie arrive home to find Callum pitching all of his Wii games that involve an army theme and some other stuff that reminds him of Troy. Callum tells Sonya that he hates Troy, but Sonya just says "I know". Sonya explains to Cal that Troy won't change who he is because he doesn't want to work at being a better version of himself. She looks to Toadie for a nod of support before telling Callum there's something she wants to show him.
Erinsborough High
Sonya has taken Callum along to a GA meeting where families are welcome. She gives him a warm smile before encouraging him to walk in with her. The GA coordinator greets everyone and tells them to take a seat. She says they can feel free to just listen or share their stories if they want to.
Second Commercial Break
Erinsborough High
When the meeting ends, Sonya asks Callum for his thoughts. Cal says it was alright and Sonya explains that having him and Toadie in her life makes things so much easier.
SONYA: I shouldn't have promised you I'd never relapse.
CALLUM: It's OK, I get it now.
SONYA: You've been through so much.
CALLUM: Yeah but it's like they said, it's up to me how I deal with it. And I'm in control of my feelings.
Sonya gives him a proud look, and is even happier when Callum says he'd like to come to her next meeting as well. They head home with a plan to "fleece" Toadie for two desserts each at Harold's, Cal hugging her on the way out.
Harold's Store
Callum tries out the two desserts request on Toadie, who doesn't comply, but when Sonya does the same thing Toadie laughs and knows he's being ambushed. He sends Callum to the counter to get one dessert each for everyone. Sonya and Toadie say "I love you" to one another and kiss, prompting Callum to tell them to get a room.
Number 28
Summer and Andrew finish watching a movie on the couch. Summer wasn't impressed changing up her horror genre for the comedy genre, but Andrew says it was mainly to help her de- stress and it did the job nicely.
SUMMER: The place is spotless, Karl hasn't complained and I'm with the hottest guy in school.
ANDREW: Where is he? I'll kill him.
Their kissing is interrupted when they hear a screech of tyres outside. Andrew says it's probably Tash's new boyfriend picking her up. This is news to Summer.
SUMMER: Boyfriend? When did this happen? And why isn't she bragging about it?
ANDREW: Probably because he's an old- aged pensioner.
SUMMER: What?
ANDREW: Well he says he's twenty- eight but I seriously reckon that's pushing it.
He adds that the guy seems creepy and even got Tash a fake ID. Summer looks worried and asks why Andrew didn't tell her, but he says he didn't want her to think he was jealous. He tells Summer he tried to talk Tash around but she wouldn't listen. But Summer's on a mission and says they can't let the sleazebag take advantage of Tash. She scopes out Ivan's Facebook page in disgust while Andrew leaves a voicemail for Tash, telling her to ring either one of them. Despite Andrew's protests, Summer decides that they have to tell Michael what's going on.
Third Commercial Break
Number 32
Michael's understandably alarmed after the teens tell him what Tash is up to and asks how long it's been going on for. Andrew says he just thought Tash was playing one of her usual games wanting attention. Michael starts to get angry with Andrew for not telling him sooner, saying that Ivan is sick, but Andrew protests that he tried to talk Tash out of it.
SUMMER: Michael we tried, but we can't stop Tash doing what she wants anymore than you can.
Michael grabs his car keys and tells the teens he'd going to find Tash and bring her home.

(Tomorrow on Neighbours)
SUSAN: I made up some new curtains for your room.
SUMMER: I kind of liked the old ones.
(Susan has a chat with Michael about Summer)
SUSAN: You and I should probably organise a parent- teacher interview. I should be across how she's going.
(And Susan's at it again)
SUSAN: Hi love, I'm just heading over to the drycleaners.
SUMMER: Some of those are mine. You just need to back off a little bit.
(Michael tries to deal with Tash)
MICHAEL: You were in a nightclub, you're underage.
TASH: I wasn't doing anything wrong.
MICHAEL: You were with that man! I saw what was happening.
(Tash decides she wants her dad and Ivan to meet)
(Karl tries to dispense Michael some advice)
KARL: Keeping them apart is likely to make her want him more.
