Declan calling in the cavalry!
Rebecca is absentmindedly drying a cup when Declan comes in minus Indy, asking if she can spare a couple of hours. Her mind is more on where India is, pointing out to him that they can't really put her into daycare since they need to watch the pennies. “Oh its fine mum,” she hears in the background and in comes the prodigal son, Oliver, carrying his daughter Chloe closely followed by Carmella carrying Indy in her arms. Cue hugs and tears from Rebecca, overwhelmed to see them back in Erinsborough. At her question, Ollie explains why they are back in town before Rebecca does the intros to Michael.
Michael shows everyone into #32 and tries to insist there is enough room for Ollie and Co but Camry replies that they will book into a hotel. Ollie thanks Michael for supporting his mum (Declan filled him in) and likewise Michael thanks him for the smile that has returned to Rebecca's face… while Declan is looking forward to seeing the look on Paul's face when he sees Ollie!
OLIVER: Bring it on! I'm not scared of Paul Robinson.
Declan thinks that when Paul hears he will avoid them like the plague but Michael thinks otherwise.
DECLAN: Oliver knows Paul, if there's one person who can sort him out…
And talking of Paul, he's on the phone to someone because he wants lots of dirt found on Declan – as dirty as they like! Unknown to him, Ollie creeps into the house through the open door and hears him say that, so announces his presence by saying, “good to see some things haven't changed.”
Paul immediately ends the call and then gloats that Rebecca must be getting desperate. “Or smart,” Ollie equally points out! Paul tries to rile Ollie but he's holding strong and indeed rubs salt into Paul's wounds before telling him to stop hassling his family now!
PAUL: Why's that? What because the cavalry's arrived?
OLIVER: Exactly! I can outlast you, I've got the money, I'm not going to let you hurt my mum ever again.
PAUL: I don't know what you think you can do to stop me?
OLIVER: I've beaten you before Paul. I'll be more than happy to do it again.
Ollie departs the house, head held high whilst you can see on Paul's face that he looks worried!
Toadie (minus the crutches) puts out his wheeliebin and runs into the returning Ollie. Cue a brief reunion and an invite from Michael who was also putting out his wheeliebin to join them for lunch at Charlie's.
Toad then joins Callum to wait for the mail as Jade and Sonya return home from a run. The ladies head inside to cool down and Toadie brings up the fact he wanted to call Robyn since there is no word (yet) from his aunt and suggests some possible reasons why, but Callum rejects his offer and plans on waiting it out until she does reply back to him.
Declan drops by to get the papers on Rebecca's divorce from Toadie, as Ollie wants to have a look at them.
Declan departs and Jade ropes the others helping her fine- tune her ‘boot camp' fitness package – she's planning on starting it up due to not getting enough shifts at the gym.

Now with the guys suitably attired in fatigue clothing, Jade starts acting like a drill sergeant getting the three of them exercising.
The happy family atmosphere in Charlie's cools significantly when Paul enters. Despite being told to go away, he tries to rile Carmella but she gives as good as she gets back, indeed tells him to “hop along,” and thankfully he walks away without causing more of a scene.
“Thank you,” Rebecca tells Camry adding that its good having them back before she then talks happily about Michael (and the help he has been) when he goes up to the bar to get another round of drinks after beating Declan at pool.
With Michael at the bar, the four adults talk frankly about how life has been lately. Rebecca admits that she feels she deserved some of it after all she did almost kill Paul by pushing him. “Not deliberately,” Ollie points out adding that it doesn't excuse Paul's behaviour since. Rebecca brings up that Paul won't touch them, what with their being so many of them however Ollie fears that it still wont stop Paul and that he'll go after more – the people/things around her. She again thinks that because Ollie is here, it's going to be okay, and it's Declan who brings up the fact that Ollie can't stay around forever.
REBECCA: I know but we have to fight him and once he realises he can't win.
OLIVER: We didn't come here to fight him… we came to get you.
REBECCA: (puzzled) Get me?
OLIVER: You can't live like this. Always looking over your shoulder, wondering what he's going to do next. You have to leave Erinsborough for good.
As soon as Ollie finishes saying those last two works, Rebecca turns to look over at the bar where Michael is buying the drinks.
Rebecca and her boys exit the bar with them trying to convince her it's the only thing to do. “I know he'll give up eventually,” she tries to tell them but when Ollie asks back! Rebecca then discovers that Declan is going and isn't feeling too impressed at being railroaded into going too. “You're not being railroaded,” Ollie tries to explain, “we don't have time to muck around,” he adds. “I can't leave,” she tells her boys explaining that she doesn't want to run any more, and that it means Paul wins.
OLIVER: (exasperated) Paul wins what? He's got nothing.
REBECCA: It's not that simple.
DECLAN: It is.
We then find out why she is hesitating going – Michael although Ollie is quick to say that he can come too. She doesn't think she can ask him to pack up his life and move away especially given he has a pregnant daughter… adding in that the father is Paul's son! “Big deal,” is Ollie's attitude to that and says he will buy them both tickets.
OLIVER: It's the only way mum.
Rebecca isn't sure so Ollie asks that she thinks about it.
Carmella reminisces about times past when she enters the store and tells her daughter that she used to own it. Michael offers to shout both girl's cupcakes (Chloe asked for one) and Camry heads to a table with Declan (and their respective daughters). He admits his fears to her that he wonders how India's been affected by everything that has gone on. Camry doesn't think so, then reassures him that he's doing the right thing and that although leaving will be hard, he won't look back. “I know,” he replies adding that they just need to convince Rebecca! Michael catches that last bit but the two of them quickly cover it up although he still thinks there is something up when Camry suggests they head to the park to eat the cupcakes.

Callum, Sonya and Toadie decide they've had enough of Drill Sgt. Mitchell and do a runner!
… and promptly collapse onto the grass outside of #30 when they return to Ramsay Street. Jade isn't too far behind them, impressed that they got out of exercising by running home! Callum gets up to go and check to see if the mail has been delivered and finds there is a letter from Robyn.
Callum sits twiddling the letter in his hands, unsure whether he wants to open it or not, before deciding that he will. Sonya asks to see the letter but Jade tells her that he can open it himself and he does just that by taking it to his room. Toadie decides to go with him and quietly Jade tells her sister there is nothing to fear in the letter because she's the one who wrote it! She explains that she did so to prevent Callum contacting Robyn because he never heard back from her and right enough, when the guys return to the livingroom, we hear that Robyn couldn't provide any answers on what Callum asked.
Michael is sitting enjoying his cuppa when Rebecca comes out to see him but their conversation is rudely interrupted when Paul butts in to tell her to go back to work because she's got “two unemployed men to support now.” Michael tells him to “give it a rest,” which he does but not before observing the two of them sitting with their hands entwined on the table top.
When Paul finally leaves, Rebecca asks if Michael has ever thought of how things will be without Paul and he replies that he thinks about that a lot! Rebecca then tries to subtly test the waters out about Michael coming to Portugal although he thinks its just for a holiday and rejects the offer due to timing and with all the other stuff that is going on in his life just now.
Michael gets the impression that the others (Rebecca, Declan, Ollie and Camry) know something he doesn't when they begin talking about Portugal/Michael having a lot of time off and Rebecca decides its time for a chat.
Michael sits shell- shocked at what she has told him off- screen. “You're asking me to go to Portugal?” he asks and she explains that she isn't sure how much more they can take but admits that she doesn't want to lose him.
MICHAEL: Then don't leave.
Rebecca tries to explain that things will impact on Tash since Paul is coming after all of them. She then tells him that Declan is going too and that she doesn't blame him because he's got to put Indy first. Michael asks if she really thinks Paul will let go if they leave. “It can't be for nothing,” what they've gone through these past couple of months she says and he replies by telling her that he won't be hounded out of his home especially with how things are with Tash just now.
REBECCA: (tearfully) Well I don't know what to do then.
MICHAEL: I don't want to lose you either.
They then hug and kiss each other…
… and we return to find them dressing from their afternoon exercise spirits very much lifted! Those spirits go though when after a bit more smooching, Rebecca tells him that she doesn't think she can stay.
REBECCA: I think that leaving is the only way we're going to be free.
MICHAEL: Rebecca I love you,
REBECCA: I love you too.
MICHAEL: So don't do this.
Rebecca is trying to come up with a solution but Michael has thought of one – very quickly he removes his keys from a keyring and gets down on one knee!
REBECCA: What are you doing?
MICHAEL: Rebecca, marry me. (She looks at the “ring”) I don't care how long it takes to get a divorce, I just want us to be together and I won't let him drive you away from me.
Well she must have said yes because Michael pours the bubbly. Ollie, Camry and Declan are literally lost for words and look rather gob- smacked as they watch the bubbly being poured before Michael proposes a toast.
MICHAEL: To family, strength and love… and to my future wife. I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you.
He leans in and kisses Rebecca and that causes the mood among the siblings to at least lift and allow them to smile! Even Rebecca remarks about them looking shocked. “Wasn't what we expected,” admits Declan and Camry adds that they're very happy for her, “just as long as you're sure it's the right thing to do,” Ollie says putting his tuppenceworth in. “I am,” Rebecca instantly replies.
OLIVER: Well we're still leaving.
REBECCA: I know.
REBECCA: Well I'm sorry boys but I've put Michael through so much just to leave so I'm staying end of story.
