- Andrew fighting with Summer about the Zeke rumours
- Andrew telling Tash he's only focusing on the baby from now on
- Sonya feeling anguished over her Gran's death
- Callum telling Sonya he wants to find his mum & tell her he hates her
Number 30 - Garage
Sonya looks through a box of her belongings until she finds a tin hidden away with some special items inside. Namely, her hospital bracelet from when she gave birth and a photo of Callum as a baby. Jade appears and Sonya tearfully tells her that Callum wants to find his mum just to tell her he despises her.
Charlie's Bar/Number 30
Jade sits Sonya down with some tea and gets her talking. Sonya's in a mess about what to do with Callum and can't stand the thought of him hating her. Jade reminds her that Callum hates “the monster” and Sonya's not that person anymore.
Toadie wonders why Callum wants to find his mum all of a sudden, but Cal says he has questions for her. Like why she left him and why she made his Gran work herself into the ground. Toadie says the journey might be a bit emotional but Cal reckons he'll get through it with his Dad's support.
Sonya's not prepared to be rejected by Callum, though, selfish as it is, and decides that there's no way Callum is going to find out the truth.
Number 32 - Natasha's Bedroom
Andrew finds Tash hiding away from Michael and Rebecca and tells her that he bought her a present. It's a milestone book for their baby. Tash feels uncomfortable and wonders if it's too early for presents like that. If you think that's bad, Tash, wait for the next pressie - Andrew's signed them up for an antenatal class for teen parents. Tash says she's not interested but Andrew reminds her she has to think of the baby; she can't just say no to everything.
Summer sees Andrew and Tash sitting together and gives them the cold shoulder. Andrew pushes Tash some more about the antenatal class but Tash complains that she doesn't want to sit in a room with “panting teenage bogans”. When Tash realises Andrew's already paid for the class, though, she relents and says she'll go.
Tash is dismayed to discover their antenatal coach is some weird hippy lady (“I hope she's washed her hands... And her pits...”) and does her best not to talk to her when they're introduced. Andrew's taking it in his stride and thinks the class might be fun.
The adults sit down with Cal while Toadie talks tactics with him about finding his mum. Toadie never got a birth certificate from Cal's Gran so they have to apply for one, but Callum's dismayed to realise he can't even remember his mum's name. Sonya has a fleeting moment of hope that the plan has hit a snag, but then Toadie says they can get in contact with Cal's Aunt Robyn to find out more info. Sonya and Jade share a panicked glance.
First Commercial Break
Sonya and Jade watch from the hallway as Callum tries to type up a letter to Robyn with Toadie's help. Cal's frustrated because he can't find the right words, but he doesn't want to ring her either because he doesn't have a good relationship with her and would feel uncomfortable. When Sonya and Jade realise that Cal's going to go the old fashioned route and post the letter (Robyn doesn‘t have email), Jade offers to “mail” it while she's out on a jog. Probably for the best seeing as Cal wants to include a photo of himself, Toadie and Sonya in it too.
Tash is struggling with the yoga exercises, letting Andrew know she's about to hyperventilate. While the instructor paces around the class, Tash and Andrew have fun together taking the mickey out of it all.
COACH: Now place your left hand behind your back.
ANDREW: Anyone for a game of Twister?
TASH: Shut up, I can't do this!
ANDREW: Come on, left foot yellow.
ANDREW: I call this one the ‘sitting like a normal human being' pose.
Tash feels bad that Andrew's wasted his money on the class, but Andrew tells her not to stress. Tash smiles at him, happy to be sharing such a fun, normal moment.
Lassiter's Complex/Lassiter‘s Lake
Jade waits on a bench for Sonya to arrive and take the letter from her. Sonya is torn about what to do - does she mail it and risk Robyn telling all, or rip it up and betray Callum yet another time. Jade says she needs to make a decision, and soon.
Later, Sonya is sitting under the rotunda thinking things over. She opens the envelope and looks at the photo of herself, Toadie and Callum inside. Feeling awful she slowly tears everything up and puts it in the bin.
Second Commercial Break
Still feeling happy about her fun time with Andrew, Tash asks if they could just not talk about the baby for one day and just focus on hanging out and having fun. Smiling, Andrew agrees and goes to get them some food.
Jade, Toadie and Callum are doing a puzzle together when Sonya gets home. Sonya wants to get started on dinner, but Jade says she and Toadie can take over dinner duties while Sonya hangs out with Callum. The sisters exchange a silent conversation as they pass by one another, Sonya communicating that she didn't post the letter. Cal gives Sonya a high- five and says they'll be the best puzzle team ever. Sonya smiles and hugs him.
While Toadie and Callum pick up a missing ingredient for dinner, they talk about planning a family camping trip soon. Andrew listens in on their chat and returns to Tash (after placing his order with a very robotic sounding Summer), suggesting they have a family holiday once bubs is born. Tash reminds him they both hate camping, but Andrew says he doesn't really know for sure because he's never been. He just wants to do something nice together as a family. Tash feels guilty.
Tash is relaxing on the couch, thinking the day over, when a builder from #26 stops by looking for Lyn. He tells Tash they found an expensive watch in ‘the girl's bedroom' and thought they better return it. Tash notices Andrew's initials etched on the back and all her goodwill from the day goes flying out the window as she's reminded of Andrew's infidelity. She takes great pleasure in stomping on the watch until it's smashed to smithereens.
Third Commercial Break
Number 32 - Natasha's Room
Tash informs Andrew that she's decided to become serious about this whole baby thing, which means they'll need to start buying stuff pronto. She shows Andrew a list she's made, prams, cot etc, and he nearly has a coronary when he sees it's a few grand's worth. Andrew says he's been saving money to buy a car, but Tash does the whole ‘you'd rather buy a car than support your baby?' guilt trip so of course Andrew's goaded into it.
(Tomorrow on Neighbours)
ANDREW: This could be my big break. If I got this job I could afford all of this.
TASH: The baby's not even born yet and you're already planning on dumping it on me.
ANDREW: No I'm not I'm working.
TASH: This is your kid too. Just put your career on hold.
(Meanwhile, things are still tough for Michael & Rebecca)
MICHAEL: (to Tash) You can stay angry at me but it's not going to change anything.
REBECCA: (to Mike) Apart from my friends being awkward and my ex trying to destroy my son's livelihood, I'm great.
(Paul tries to make Declan's life hell)
PAUL: You just be ready for tomorrow.
REBECCA: You are pathetic.
(Declan grabs Paul by the collar and roughs him up)
