- The builder tells Toadie to get Paul to pay him what he owes him.
- Paul and Declan on the building site.
- Declan and Paul being caught on CCTV.
- Paul says he'll implicate Declan in everything he's done.
- Donna having an accident on the building site and Ringo rushing to her aid.
- Paul tells Toadie that Declan is at fault on the building site. He wants him to close down the investigation.
- Susan tells Toadie she can smell a story.
- Ringo proposes to Donna, her father is not impressed.
Susan is practising her Uni presentation on Karl, Zeke and Audrey. Karl says it's a little boring(!)
Ringo comes in.
RINGO: I just asked Donna to marry me.
KARL, SUSAN and ZEKE: What?!
RINGO: ...and she turned me down.
Ringo explains that Donna is more concerned with what Nick thinks.
Donna is brooding about Ringo's proposal, while Nick tells her that she's made the right decision - she's too young to get married. She's got so much to look forward - Nick really likes Ringo, but he doesn't want Donna to make the same mistakes he did. Donna agrees that she's got a business to think of, and it's not like she and Ringo have broken up. But she does not look convinced.
Zeke is telling Kate and Declan about the proposal. Kate in particular is shocked at this news. Susan comes in and invites them all along to Uni to listen to her presentation today.
SUSAN: What else are you going to do? Sit here all day and drink coffee?
ZEKE: Yeah, pretty much!
They reluctantly agree.
Susan is handing out notes to the class. She's clearly nervous and drops her stuff on the floor. The lecturer arrives and sits with the assembled students. Susan starts her presentation, but breaks off to tell a girl in the audience (Gemma) for texting while she's talking! Gemma is not amused, but she does put the phone away.
Susan's presentation proceeds, and it's all about the ethics of "a recent case on a building site" - that she can't access the legal document because of a confidentiality agreement. Declan looks worried.
Declan comes in and demands that Paul tells him what was in the confidentiality agreement. Paul wants to know how he found out about it and is horrified that Susan did a presentation on it today. Paul tells Declan that he's done nothing wrong - he's paid Jim Dolan (the builder) everything he owes him. The confidentiality agreement is standard business practice.
PAUL: Everything I do, I do for this family. You have to learn to trust that and you have to learn to trust me as well.
susan is telling Karl that her presentation went very well, but Zeke is less complimentary. He says that Susan was a bit patronising and annoying - a bit too much like a teacher. Susan says he's right - but she was just so nervous. Gemma from the class comes in and says she thought her tute was brilliant and she should put it on Facebook...so people could see how boring it is. Susan's face falls, but when Gemma has gone, Susan wonders how one sets up a Facebook page.
Zeke has set up a Facebook page for Susan, and advises her to put the privacy settings on. Susan wants to keep it open to everyone though - the piece she's putting on is about Freedom of Speech, and she hasn't got any personal details on there.
Declan comes over to see Ringo - Kate sent him to see if Ringo wants to talk. He doesn't really.
Susan, Karl and Zeke come in.
KARL: You could have made use of my extensive social networking expertise!
ZEKE: Karl, uploading your acoustic demos to myspace doesn't really count!
KARL: My 17 friends might argue that point!
Zeke sits down with Ringo and Declan.
ZEKE: What's going on here?
DECLAN: Ringo has got absolutely nothing to talk about.
ZEKE: Right, how's that going for you?
Susan is looking at her Facebook page and exclaims that she's got a response. It's not a very kind response though, in fact, it's full of abuse. There's also a link to the Erinsborough News article of Susan just after she hit Bridget with the car.

Declan accuses Paul of writing the abuse on Susan's Facebook page, but he says he has better things to worry about.
Zeke has deleted the abusive message, and Karl wants Susan to get rid of the whole page. Susan doesn't want to though - she reckons it might be someone involved with the building site case.
Kate is asking Donna whether she wants to marry Ringo or not. She says she happy with her decision, although looks quite depressed. At another table, Andrew is boasting to Natasha and Michael that he'll be a hot- shot businessman within five years. Michael tells them that there's more to life than money.
When Michael has gone, Andrew observes that Michael is a bit intense.
Nick is out for a jog when Donna drives up in her car.
DONNA: You can't tell me what I can and cannot do!
DONNA: If I want to marry Ringo, I'm going to marry him, and you saying we can't only makes us want to do it even more!
NICK: Hold on, hold on. Stop you? I'm not trying to stop you.
DONNA: But...you said we shouldn't get married so young.
NICK: That's right!
DONNA: Well...yeah, see!
NICK: That's my opinion, and you agreed with me.
DONNA: No I didn't! Well, yeah I did, but...I didn't mean it, I was just...because we just met, everything's been going so well, I thought if I disagreed with you...
NICK: What? I won't love you anymore? You know, that will never, ever happen. I mightn't always like your choices, but I'll always love you.
He goes to hug her but...
DONNA: Ew, Dad, you're all sweaty!
NICK: You've got to stand up for what you want! Even with me. I mightn't like it, but I will respect it.
DONNA: I want you to like everything about me.
NICK: That's not realistic. Come on. There's things about me you mustn't like.
DONNA: You mean like your shorts?
NICK: What's wrong with my shorts?!
DONNA: Dad, they're a bit daggy.
NICK: Get in the car!
They get in the car, arguing about the shorts!
Susan is lurking on her Facebook page in case there's another reply. Karl drags her out for a walk, leaving Zeke to babysit the Facebook page.
Donna races in looking for Ringo, but only Zeke is there.
DONNA: I've changed my mind, we're going to get married!
ZEKE: Uh...have you spoken to him?
DONNA: No, but I will, and I'll tell him what an idiot I was...
ZEKE: It's not going to be that easy!
DONNA: Yes, but once I explain...
ZEKE: Donna! He was really cut after what happened.
DONNA: Yes, I know, I know he was. But that just means I need to win him back!
Donna tracks Ringo down at Charlie's: he is playing darts with Declan and Kate. She has got the wedding bouquet that she caught.
DONNA: I love you, and I want to marry you. I want it more than I want anything else in the world.
RINGO: So, your dad's OK with it?
RINGO: Because you realise even if he agrees to this, he's still going to be in our faces about when we have kids, or when we...
DONNA: He's not OK with it, Nick still hates the idea.
RINGO:(confused) He does?
DONNA: I love my dad, but you're right, I don't need his approval for everything.
Donna gets down on one knee.
DONNA: Ringo Brown, will you please, pretty please, marry me.
RINGO: This is forever, you know.
He takes the engagement ring out his pocket and puts it on her finger.
Donna stands up and kisses him.
DONNA:(excitedly) Do you really want to have kids?
RINGO:(laughing) I love you, Donna.
Zeke, Kate and Declan applaud.
Donna comes in with Ringo and tells Paul that they're getting married! Paul congratulates them, saying he wasn't much older than them when *he* first got married. Donna is somewhat surprised, but pleased at his reaction. Declan meanwhile is more interested in Paul locking some documents away in a cupboard.
Paul suggests some celebration drinks - his shout. Donna is delighted and goes to get changed. Declan is still looking at the locked cupboard.
Tash asks Michael if Andrew can come and eat with them and he agrees. On his way out, Andrew rather stiffly congratulates Donna and Ringo on their engagement.
Nick comes in and Donna tells him that she's engaged. They engage in some banter:
NICK: What? You're getting married? I'm sorry, I forbid it!
DONNA: Who do you think you are, my father?!
They chuckle, and Donna drags him over to the table where Paul, Kate, Declan, Ringo, Karl and Susan are sitting.
Nick has a quiet word with Ringo.
NICK: Look, I haven't known you for that long - as a matter of fact I haven't known Donna for that long, either, but er...
RINGO: We know what we're doing.
NICK: I know you do. I just wish I was as level- headed as you at your age. Anyway, congratulations.
They shake hands.
NICK: Just...make it a long engagement, will you?
RINGO: Weeks, at least!
Back at the table, Paul has ordered champagne. Declan tells everyone he has to go and check on India who is at Steph and Toadie's. He says he's forgotten his keys, so Paul lends him his.
Declan is searching Paul's laptop for clues, but he can't guess Paul's password. But in the cupboard (he unlocked it with Paul's keys) is an envelope marked "Dolan". Inside is a DVD. He quickly slips the DVD into the machine.
Declan is playing the DVD. There's footage of him sabotaging the building site - somehow Paul has been erased from the footage. Declan realises that Paul is setting him up.
